I bought a mattress here a couple years ago and when I had an issue with it, Christine stepped in and made things right when other employees weren’t able to. Because of the great service I received from her before, I came back again when it was time to purchase another mattress for our new home. My fiance and I visited this store a month prior to moving into our new home to research mattresses and pillows. We were greeted by the store manager Christine. She was knowledgeable and not pushy, which is lovely. We ended up purchasing two pillows and were advised that if/when we came back to purchase a mattress we'd be refunded for what we spent on the pillows. We ended up coming back today to purchase a King size Tempur-Pedic mattress. She recognized us and remembered that we purchased these pillows a few months prior. She kept her word in refunding the price we paid for pillows after we bought our mattress today. In general, all of their employees are nice, welcoming, knowledgeable, and have a funny sense of humor. I would recommend anyone frequent this particular location over others. I went there because the internet site wasn't simply accepting some of my credentials at time of check out.. I met with Phillip and was so pleased at how he normalized the situation. He was then able to have us purchase the exact model queen mattress but also my mother was able to try its comfort as it's for her.. they delivered it 2 days after purchase! Everyone was very helpful as we started with a mattress and it wasn’t the comfort we were looking for. 2nd mattress was good but the headboard we bought from another source we were told was a queen was a king🤦‍♀️. Awesome awesome awesome. Customer for life. Bought a top of the line mattress over a yr ago. Got it home and didn’t sleep well. They offered a free exchange. Picked my old mattress up and brought me a new one I picked out. Almost a yr later I returned to the store to see if I had any credit I could use to turn in my old mattress for something else. My fiancé felt my mattress was to soft. I expected them to say sorry you already did our one time exchange and we can offer you $1000 for your old mattress. Anyways we looked ard and found something she liked. When we were doing the paperwork the sales associate said your getting a refund of $550. What? Yes they gave me full purchase price for my mattress and are delivering my new mattress this weekend. Wow. Talk about going above and beyond. The manager happened to be in the store at that time and approved the exchange. Talk about customer service!!!!!! That’s been lost in this day and age. We went into the store and originally we thought it was closed because it was dark. When we walked in, we were greeted by Jackie who provided us with excellent customer service. She explained that the lights had just went out. We recently moved to Florida and needed some mattresses for our guest rooms, she was able to guide us and help us select the right mattresses. The salesman was great and the experience was good. But when it came to the delivery portion. I was very unsatisfied. I asked them to set it up to the highest it would go so i could use the underneath part for storage. They were sure it was set up completely to the highest that would go and I felt like it looked low but I wasnt going to sit here and argue with them well today I went to go check under the bed because it was caught on something and I found out that there were like 6 in that they could have raised it the bed is heavy and we're having to use a jack to lift it just to get it to the right height and that should have been done at set up. I love my bed and would buy again but i will pay more attention when they are installing the bed.

Great but lookout for the Progressive Leasing offer. They'll approve you for a large sum ($2900 for me) without checking your credit, but this leasing company will hound you until you've paid balance off. Also, if you decide to return product, progressive leasing keeps any payments you have made , despite mattress firms offer to give you money back if you dislike the product. ONLY buy what you can afford ,duh.
