I went to Mattress Firm looking for a firm Queen mattress for my guest room. Only wanted to spend around $500. Didn't need a box spring. The Salesperson was Stephanie, and she was so great! She listened to what I wanted and helped me to find the perfect mattress! With tax, delivery (they'll take the old mattress with them!) and cooling mattress ,protector, the price was less than $550! As I said I said, Stephanie was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. She never tried to upsale me. Also, the other salesman in the store, Steve, was very nice and helpful, too! This store is in Wesley Chapel, Fl. on Bruce B. Downs near 56. Very positive experience! Oh yes, they're delivering the mattress in 4 days! Is that cool, or what!

We purchased a twin xl and a twin reg box spring for two seperate beds and Mattress Firm employees and even delivery guys were completely on it verifying and re-verifying that there wasn't a mix up in sizing. They were priced perfectly and the service was competent and friendly. We were extremely happy with our service, quality of matters and delivery because of how seamless and smooth everything ran. Steve was incredibly helpful! He gave us detailed info about spring beds, hybrids, and foam mattress. He answered all of our questions regarding the purchase and offered additional cooling options for the sheets and pillows. He was knowledgeable about the various brands and types of beds. He was attentive to what we were looking for and offered us additional bed options at another location. We made the short drive to try another bed he suggested from a sister store and ended up purchasing that bed from him. We were happy to make the drive back to his store to honor his time and effort in our endeavor. We made a decision and feel very comfortable about the purchase. Definitely recommend him.

Best Experience, Friendly Staff! I'm disabled and went in big hopes, and not a lot to spend. The employee there Linda Bidetti was a real life saver. The only mattresses like what I was looking for seemed way out of my price range. Most had only $100 off of like $900. I can't describe how very thankful I am to have gotten the deal I did. I bought a tempurpedic firm 12 inch mattress from mattress firm to the tune of $4100 plus change. I expressed to the salesman that my wife is only 5 ft tall and she might not be able to get into bed. They delivered the mattress and it was done so fast. The delivery men just grabbed the bed clothes and threw them on the floor. The took the old tempurpedic mattress off the bed frame and replaced it with the new. It was like they were really in a rush. The crew leader spoke in broken English. We went to bed and I had to litterally lift her into the bed. It took me 25 minutes to get into bed. Never once did anyone advise me about a bunky board. After trying to get a handyman to build something that would allow me to lower the mattress, a friend advised me of a bunky board. I contacted Hudson furniture and they just called me to tell me they had them in stock for $69 each and I would need two. I had already contacted Steve at a mattress firm store and he sold me two generic bunky boards for over $300 including an $89 delivery charge. The woman at Hudson furniture suggested I cancel my purchase at mattress firm and purchase them at Hudson. I declined.

I have had exceptional service from the Mattress Firm at The Shoppes at New Tampa. Dan went out of his way to make sure I found a mattress that suited all of my needs. He was not your typical pushy salesman. Instead, he was knowledgable about all of his products and because of that he was able to make helpful suggestions to me based on all of the things I was rattling off to him that I wanted. He even took mattresses I was interested in and put them on other frames in the store to make sure I would be completely satisfied with my purchase. His above and beyond customer service continued through the delivery process.

Recently my wife & I made a purchase of a Full Size Beautyrest Pressuresmart Mattress & Foundation. Our Sales Associate: Linda Bidetti was very courteous & friendly showing us what was available for our needs and concerns. After resting on various mattresses, we chose the Pressuresmart. Delivery personnel were also very courteous & friendly on setting the mattress & foundation were I wanted them located. Upon setting up the mattress, I noticed that the tag on the mattress stated in Bold Lettering that this mattress did not need a foundation. Note: Mattress, foundation & bed frame put top of mattress 34" above floor, making getting in bed a slight problem. After talking to Linda our sales associate about the tag and her informing us that it was Mattress Firm policy that a foundation was necessary for the 10 year warranty. We returned the foundation & exchanged it for a flat board to put between the mattress & bed slats for additional support. With all that transpired, we would still recommend Mattress Firm & seeking out Linda Bidetti @ the 1758 Bruce Downs Blvd location.
