I went to Mattress Firm a couple weeks ago to pick out a mattress for my new apartment. I met CK (the rep) and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best mattress to fit my budget. Not only was CK helpful but I spoke to Andrew a few days later who was helping me with picking up my mattress from the warehouse. In the process I went online and found a slight discount on the mattress if I bought it online. I called the store back and spoke to Andrew. Andrew didn't hesitate to help me amend the situation and get the best possible deal. I'm waiting on the delivery of my mattress but even while waiting I couldn't wait to write this review because of how outstanding the customer service was! Thank you guys so much!

CK treated me very well and was very knowledgeable. He guided me through a questionnaire to help me decide which mattress types would best for me. He encouraged me to test out many of the mattresses in the store, and I spent hours comparing them. CK was patient, friendly, courteous, and at all times helpful. I finally picked out an innovative new style of gel and foam mattress, a matching adjustable base, an extended, refundable warranty for the base, the best pillow ever made, and a delivery option that included taking away my old mattress. Very knowledgeable sales representatives. We had Will who showed us the different types of mattresses that we needed. We were able to make a great purchase that matched our budget and our sleep needs. There was no pressure and we felt so comfortable because we were able to test them out without any sales pressure. Aug.31, 2021 I went to the store location at I-75/Bruce B. Downs in Tampa, Florida. I took my roommate who was a combat medic who served in Afghanistan and Iraq.and our country for 15 yrs until she encountered a road side bomb and was severely injured. I wanted to purchase a mattress that would be suitable and beneficial and comfortable for her. Then I met ANDREW, STORE MANAGER. WOW!! What a phenomenal young man. He was without the kindest, compassionate, caring young man/salesperson I have encountered. We spent 2 hours with ANDREW. We checked and looked at many mattresses. ANDREW was extremely knowledgeable on all their products. We bought a Sleepy's mattress that ANDREW recommended. My roommate loved it. I purchased it.. my roommate said thus far this is the first time in a very long time she has woke up without a severe headache and shoulders not hurting. I also purchased the adjustable frame which I highly recommend. I cannot speak enough of ANDREW'S patience with us. I encourage MATRESS FIRM give him a raise and please advise him how appreciated we were/are. He was a blessing in our life that day. ANDREW IS THE MAN!! I know that it was meant for us to specifically meet ANDEW. He is definitely an asset to Matress Firm this company would be crazy if they didn't do everything possible to keep him as an employee. I truly like this store. We bought two mattresses from them in the last two years and we love them both (we returned because we knew we would get professional service and quality mattresses just like we did the first time). I know that people prefer cheaper mattresses from online retailers, but when you compare the quality you get for the price here, there are simply no words. And if you think how important sleep can be for a person's general health and wellbeing, there is absolutely no reason to not invest in a good mattress. Therefore, I highly recommend this store.

Les Freeman, the area manager, was beyond super helpful in my search for a new mattress. We “discovered my sleep” you could say. He is a great at what he does and is all about helping you find what you’re searching for instead of pushing you towards anything. He was very professional and listened to what we wanted and needed. I personally am disabled and have special needs in a bed. Julian was able to make several suggestions and together we were able to select a mattress set that was perfect for my needs. In addition, we received a great deal! The pricing was more than competitive. We cannot begin to list all of the accolades that would describe our great experience with Julian . Why Les? he is by far the MOST knowledgeable person I have ever done business with in the mattress world I'm 60 yrs old primarily have bought temperpedic in the past, but I needed to understand the various aspects of the different mattresses as I have sever hip bursitis. Les was soo not typical salesperson. He really explained the products like he went to college and got his masters in mattress technology. He was extremely pleasant to work with. We purchased the Purple mattress with adjustable frame . It is by far the best mattress I have ever owned Thank you Les!@

I saved over $1200 here. The people people here are amazing. Evan and Diana were so wonderful. They helped me find the best financing, the and the bed of my dreams. A $3600 bed for $2999!?! 2 bomb pillows, an adjustable base and a bed protector later im only paying $55 a month for 5 years. I never knew buying a new bed could be soo easy and rewarding. Id say ill never shop elsewhere but they made sure id have a 20 plus year bed so ill just be stopping by to say hi and thank them lot. :)
