The salesperson, Patricia, was both friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to select a mattress in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, the price was very competitive and delivery was offered in 2 days. I am purchasing a replacement for a very unsatisfactory mattress purchased at Famous Tate one year ago. I will never purchase a mattress from a refrigerator salesman again.

We just went in looking for an RV mattress and couldn’t be more pleased. Candi helped us and she was wonderful. She answered all of our questions, moved mattresses around so that we could try as many as we wanted and even have us a list of several restaurants that we should try that are in the area. She was just so pleasant and friendly, we enjoyed working with her. Even my husband said when we left “that’s a nice lady”. We ended up with the perfect mattress for our RV and she made very simple for us to pay etc. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Candi!

Great experience. Went in to shop for an extra bedroom mattress. It was quick, easy, and inexpensive compared to the stores we stopped at beforehand. They had multiple options within our price range, even a couple in the box options we could’ve left with in person. We ended up purchasing a mattress that they scheduled for free delivery within two days. The whole process took 10 minutes because we had great customer service and a large selection. I highly recommend this store as we did stop in at three other mattress stores in the area and didn’t find what we needed.

My salesperson, John Slanoviec was most helpful in describing and demonstrating. It is obvious that John is very knowledgeable and is also most helpful in assisting me in making a decision. We recently moved here & needed mattresses for our new home. By chance one day we stopped in this Mattress firm store & was completely blown away by how great the store manager Evan Brown is. We have been dealing for years with many services, stores, etc. & nothing compares how dedicated Evan is to making sure everything goes smoothly. He explained the difference between a few brands & after our purchase we were very satisfied. Since I have a medica illness, comfort is my priority. We bought headboards through mattress firm online & there was a slight issue in assembling them. Evan even came to our home to understand what the problem was & tried himself to correct it. He scheduled a new date for the installation & even called when he saw there was an earlier appointment. We highly recommend Evan & this Mattress Firm store. We have other friends moving here & told them about this store & how great Evan & his staff are. We still have another room that needs a mattress & we are heading right to this store! A very capable salesman named John assisted us on our purchase of a bed. My only complaint is there should be pull down shades to prevent the afternoon sun from heating up the room. The heat was a distraction while trying out beds next to the windows. Looking forward to our new bed.

I bought a mattress that I was really excited for. It’s not fault for not asking questions but now it’s need a box spring. The bed feels like it has zero support. Went back to get a box spring and go figure they don’t have any in the store, and if they do they’re completely over priced

TRISH WAS FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED AND HAD A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF HER MERCHANDISE AND WAREHOUSE INVENTORY. She was extremely patient with me and my 90 year old mom who wanted details. Trish also cheerfully repeated details of the sail and went over the receipt numerous times so my mom, who is always suspicious of mistakes and bait-and-switch tactics - could be confident of what she was buying. We were outfitting 2 rooms with three beds, so there were numerous details. Please ask for Trish at THIS Mattress Firm when you need bedding; we highly recommend her!!!

Walked in to the store exhausted and expecting a big sales pitch and time consuming ordeal. I could NOT have been more wrong! My salesperson Joseph was great! I already new what size and type mattress I wanted and a price range. He immediately showed 3 options that fit my needs. I made my selection and was overjoyed to hear my new bed would delivered that same day! My expectations were blown out of the water. Best mattress buying experience I've ever had. Additionally, I had mentioned to Joseph we had just moved across country and had only been in town 2 days. He took the time to write down several suggestions of restaurants and markets (Mazzaro's). It was such a great welcome to St Pete!

I purchased a very expensive Nightfall intellibed in October and needed to do a return/exchange as the mattress was just not comfortable. The fees for exchanges are more than most other mattress stores that I’ve researched but I will say that John was very attentive and helpful with the exchange and walked me around the store sharing about other options. I ended up going w a Stearns and Foster... keeping my fingers crossed.

My husband and I came to the store right before closing. I actually met my husband there and he got a head start with Joe Mendez, the sales consultant. They selected the top 3 beds based on our needs. Joe was very helpful in explaining the differences between the beds and sharing product information concerning toxins as that is a concern for me with memory foam products used in most beds. We ended up selecting a bed that Joe said his mom purchased and we joked that if Joe's mom likes this bed, it must be great. We really enjoyed the experience of purchasing our mattress and delivery was fast. The company they use for delivery is top notch. They even helped us clean up broken glass from a lamp my husband accidentally broke while move our bedroom furniture. We highly recommend Mattress Firm!

I have been wanting a tempurpedic for years. My girlfriend was recently diagnosed with lupus and is dealing with pain issues. The new mattress helps her to sleep through the night and wake up feeling much better than when she slept on a conventional mattress. The sales rep was very informative in helping us to find the right product for our needs. He called us to make sure the delivery went smoothly, which I found very polite. The delivery men were very efficient in setting up the new mattress and even helped me remove the old mattress. I was very happy with my experience with Matress Firm. I would recommend this store to friends looking for new mattresses.

Over 2 weeks ago I needed to purchase a mattress for my parents. I wandered into a MattressFirm location in St. Petersburg on a Wednesday afternoon. I was quickly greeted by an agent and shown the mattresses that met my needs. The location was bright and clean and the agent was friendly and knowledgable. Within 30 minutes, I had ordered my mattress and setup a delivery. Within 24 hours, the mattress was delivered and installed at my parent's home. I could not have asked for better service. The whole process was excellent and professional.

I recently visited your tyrone store location in St. Petersburg, Florida for a new mattress and was introduced to one of the best store associates I've personally ever met. Ms. Taylor Nunez was very knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't even flinch when I mentioned that we wanted to be left alone to wonder for a bit. At which point she informed me that napping hours were from open to close. Over all Taylor left us with a really good impression of your brand if this is the caliber of employee you have. Her impersonal skills made us feel we were dealing with someone who cared and genuinely wanted to help. Not the fake smiles and head shaking sale's approach. Once we chose a mattress, she walked us thru the process and we finalized the deal. After SHE found us the best possible price I might add.On the day of delivery, there was a small hiccup, but once again have no fear here's Taylor to the rescue. I contacted the store, spoke with Taylor and within minutes was put in contact with the delivery driver. At which point Taylor called ME BACK to confirm delivery and informed me that my delivery fee was being reimbursed. Now that just speaks volumes in itself. After sharing my mattress needs and budget, she navigated me expertly throughout the store, helping me select the perfect unit I probably never would have even bothered to try if it weren’t for the amazing promotion that Mattress Firm was running. She even sold me on an upgraded adjustable frame, and a supreme sleep bundle- and after working her magic on the phone and computer, she somehow managed to get this all within my budget! I sat and watched her calculate and jump through hoops to make sure I could walk out the door happy, and without burning a hole in my pocket.
