My husband and I stopped at the store to get a bed frame because ours broke during a recent move. Zuriel was the sales rep that took care of us. While he was searching the inventory for the bed frame we needed “Z” allowed us to try on some mattresses and answered all our questions. He was kind, did not pressure us and had patience while we learned the new and most up to date information regarding the mattresses in the market today. Wonderful and fun experience! We will definitely be going back to buy a mattress once we settle in our new home. Thank you!

Our daughter was in a bad car accident and was being released from the hospital with major injuries. We went to the Brandon store to get a bed for her, the bed we picked out was out of stock, the salesman went above and beyond to help us find a bed for her. Considering the situation we were in and the stress we have been under it was wonderful to have someone so caring helping us. I can’t say enough good things about him. I had a really wonderful experience today throughout the entire shopping process from the moment I walked in the door. My salesman name was Jaylon, he was really great, very patient and if I’m being honest a bit easy on the eyes too… me and my daughter both laid on just about every mattress in the showroom but also talked his ear off about everything from moving to sports. During the paperwork and credit application process he had great communication skills and offered my daughter and I both a bottle of water. The only criticism or advice more so I would have about shopping with Mattress Firm, IF you are planning to finance your purchase to go ahead and get pre approved prior to shopping, I originally picked out a mattress that was about double of the one I ended up purchasing but that’s only because I didn’t know what my available credit line would be ahead of time and I didn’t want to pay anything out of pocket today, never the less, once I found out my credit limit he already had some other options in mind to show me, so I ended up with an extremely similar mattress, biggest difference was the outside look of the mattress and the brand name….for about half the price of the original one I chose. At the end of the day, I had a near perfect experience and am actually happier that I went with the better value mattress, which was one of the first few he showed me but I was being bougie and wanted to check out the entire store. I couldn’t recommend Jaylon more, he is at the West Brandon Location in Brandon FL, he really made a purchase that I was dreading prior to arriving a really informative, stress-free experience that I don’t feel buyers remorse about or felt like I was hustled by the salesman like I have in many other similar type stores. 10/10 🤩

Our sales agent was Angel who really knew his products from all the major bedding manufacturers. We were not rushed, we looked at and test-rested on several bed types we were interested in, from different manufacturers. We settled on a fine Stearns & Foster "Estate Collection" LUX unit which fit our needs. The price was right, the warranty from BOTH the manufacturer AND Mattress Firm will cover us through about the next 20 years. And in the end, the deal was very satisfactory. We are looking forward to many great years of restful sleep.

I don’t normally like shopping at these types of stores and avoid the salespeople. However Angel, the manager, was wonderful. He was helpful but not pushy, let us take our time, gave us information in an easy to understand way and didn’t push the higher priced items (though we did end up buying a mid-tier tempur-pedic mattress and pillows). It was delivered in 2 days and went very smoothly. Highly recommend this specific store (Brandon, FL).

It's really odd that there are three Mattress Firm locations within 5 minutes of each other, but I'm glad we walked into this one. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which was a great relief after some of the experiences we had with shady salespeople at other mattress stores. Ended up buying a mattress and some pillows that were more comfortable than I expected to find, and at a great price. Definitely recommended!

Thank goodness for Dustin! I’ve been on the search for a new mattress, but opted to do it online and avoid the stores because, let’s be honest, salespeople can be pushy. I’m glad I stopped by this location though. Dustin let me take my time testing out allll the mattresses! He was patient with me, answered all my questions and even gave me additional things to keep in mind. I was straight up with him and let him know I was going to stop by a few more stores after my time in his. He gave me his card and encouraged me to give him a call if I found something elsewhere to ensure I’m getting good quality from wherever. Needless to say, I didn’t have to call back because I just went back and purchased my new mattress from him. Totally worth it! I’m waiting for it to be delivered, but I am still just as excited about my new purchase today as I was yesterday! Check him out for the sale going on! King for the price of a queen, queen for the price of a full plus another gem. :D I’ll let Dustin tell you the rest!

The entire process was effortless, informative, nothing was pushed on us or forced with the intent to buy right here, right now today. Our sales representative Joe was excellent, he managed us as well as about 20 other people who came in today. We never felt pressured or ignored or otherwise required to purchase anything. They got us the bundle deal that was advertised even though they were out of stock AND they let us mix and match matress and base when a better base with a lower price was actually better for us and they managed to get us a ten year warranty full coverage and our price only went up by 6$ a month and we were already good with the base and matress price we started with. I highly recommend this specific store in and Brandon Town Center and Joe.

My wife and I bought a Stearns and Foster king mattress, adjustable base, and cooling king bundle set today from Aaron. We had bought a Sleep Number bed a month ago and we just weren't comfortable with the temperature of it, no matter what we tried, it was always hot. We thoroughly explained our previous problems with our Sleep Number bed to Aaron, along with what we were wanting in our new bed. He suggested several different beds to try and explained thoroughly how each of the beds cooled differently; since that was a main point of ours. We paid close to 9K for our Sleep Number bed and couldnt get what we wanted. We spent 4k with Aaron and got a bed that was just as comfortable as our Sleep Number and cooler (Temeperature wise) and was adjustable too. Not only that, but the financing was 0% for 5 yrs, verse 0% for 3 yrs.They both are financed through Synchrony. I thought the Sleep Number brand was the best and clearly I was wrong, I should of shopped around. One more thing, while we were there, other customers came into the store and he was able to manage others, while also assisting us effortlessly. He is a master at his craft!

After mattress shopping for a month I was tired of every mattress store trying to hard sell a mattress to me. Britton answered the 100,000 questions I had, and let me come to a decision on my own. I already had an idea of which one I wanted, but I’m just bad at pulling the trigger on big purchases. Plus I’m stubborn and didn’t want a pushy salesman to get credit for my mattress, lol.
