This was the best mattress shopping experience we had so far. We needed a nontoxic mattress in a box right away and couldn’t wait for an online order to arrive. We were also looking for something durable. Rob at Mattress World was super friendly and helpful. He went over our options and recommended the best nontoxic/natural mattress for us to take home. He even delivered it for us right away, which was so kind of him . Unfortunately this kind of customer service is very very rare these days . We had such a pleasant experience with him and highly recommend him and the Mattress World. Thank you so much

I just moved to StP from Miami and was in search for a good mattress. Stopped by and Tom assisted me, he was very kind and provided educational info, was patient and not pushing for a sale. Great customer service by Mr Farmer. He took the time to show me the difference in mattresses, from coverings to the internal parts to have me trying them out and finding the right one in my budget. The delivery service was "Top Gun" also . They gave me a time frame window and actually came a little early. The delivery personnel where careful on bringing in the new mattress into the house. I have no problem recommending Mattress Firm if your in need of a new mattress.

I was very pleased with my Mattress Firm experience! The store salesman, Rob, was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and shared lots of information. We ended up buying our mattress at the store after we tried it. Then, the delivery, which could have been a problem, was made easier by Rachel, who was very accommodating and got us scheduled for delivery at our convenience. That was a big help for us, as my 90-year old mother, who is living with us, has a schedule and Mattress Firm worked with us to find the perfect time, which they did. First time visiting Mattress Firm. First time purchasing my own mattress too. But luckily I’ve researched what I want prior to shopping in person so I knew what I wanted right when we arrived. We were greeted upon entering. Although both employees were busy with a customer one guy still managed to come over and asked us for assistance which was great. I’m very glad I looked at the Mattress Firm website first because they were busy. We knew what we wanted and luckily they had it in stock and he let us try it out. We were in and out in probably less than 20 minutes. Overall great customer service. I would go back for my future mattress needs.

Right up front, I must admit that I purchased my mattress and foundation set (two of each) at the MattressFirm website. However, I had problems with the delivery, receiving both mattresses but only one of the foundations. (I was charged for two.) I contacted the customer service center online, as that was the only to get to customer service. The first time, I actually got through to a person, who seemed to understand my problem and set up delivery of the second mattress for the following day. I even received an email confirming that the missing foundation would be delivered between 3pm and 5pm. It wasn't. After two more tries getting through to customer service, getting a recording each time saying a representative would get back to me, probably within an hour (no one did), I finally phoned the MattressFirm 4th Street South store, speaking first to Scott and then to Tom. Tom was really great. He grasped my problem immediately and took ownership of it. Apparently the foundation I ordered is out of stock until after New Year's. He has put in a shipment request to the warehouse for delivery to me at no charge, and I have received an email confirmation. Tom and Scott are to be commended for their excellent customer service skills. Next time I am in the market for a bed, I will visit them at that store instead of relying on the website..

Although my son’s mattress is longer available under the particular name, Cole found the newest version of that mattress. I’m looking forward to having my new mattress delivered next week. I can’t wait. The test model in the store was perfect. I looked up reviews and was very satisfied and happy that it had received highly favorable reviews. I shopped when the store opened and before the crowds of Labor Day sales so it was a very positive shopping experience. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new mattress at Mattress Firm. I dealt with Mr. Robert P. Browning, the St Petersburg store manager. He was very polite and very pleasant. He knew his store product, from the pro and con. There was not one question that he was not able to answer. He applied his own personal experience to each mattress that I asked about. I am a very detail or well informed shopper. Before I make a purchase , I do 5-6 weeks of resource on the product that I want. I will even Google the pdf manual of that product. As I ask Mr.Browning questions on several mattress. I listen to every word that was said to me. And he confirmed what I read on several products that was in his store. I also looked at how the product was displayed in his store. I looked at the customer info packs. I looked at how well the store was clean especially during the Covid-19 times. Prior to my retirement I was a store management in an upscale flower store in NYC ( Soho and east village area) that sold not only flower arrangements but furniture, paintings and more. It is very important to make your customer relax and comfortable. A customer relies on the sales person to help to make their final decision ,without feeling pressure ,on any product. I was able to make an excellent decision on a Mattress that Mr. Browning suggested. I needed just a little help on deciding between two products that I like. He had a sale , to my surprise Mr.Browning applied a competitor saving to my order in combination to the advertising special. This is a technique that I used in order to have repeat customers. I had an excellent experience and I look forward for my delivery of my new mattress. I have already referred a couple of my friends to go to his store. Mattress Firm has a new repeat customer for life.

I had an idea of what I wanted before I arrived. When we walked in the store we were greeted and attended to immediately by Robert (Nice hustle man, super appreciated 👍 much respect sir). He listened to us and showed us options. He was never ever pushy or judgy (let’s just say I was dressed super duper casual.) and really just wanted us to experience every option so we could determine what we really liked and wanted. A bunch of mattress tests later and I found “The One”. Ooooo baby that’s a cozy comfy mattress! The sale was quick and easy and Robert again went above and beyond helping us snag a delivery date that worked best for us. A positive experience...the only thing that could have made it better was if he was doing dialogue from the mattress store in “the Internship” that would have been hilarious...and they had the corner that could be “the widow maker”.

Customer service is none existent. Nobody responded from your care email system to my inquiries about an online purchase. I made an incorrect purchase and emailed the same day on 5 May to cancel it. Nobody responded and still have not received a response. I received the product I do not want today. I finally called a local mattress firm and talked with Rob Browning from the St. Petersburg store who went out of his way to arrange to have the unopened Tulo mattress to be picked up and will have another mattress delivered to me in a couple of weeks. He was exceptional and patient with my frustration and irritation. He deserves accolades and any incentives you offer to employees for fabulous service.
