Customer Service Audit

Can I just say, I have not have this nice of a customer service experience in so long. I mean, it’s one of the reasons why I made my company. But dear God, the husband and wife team that just acquired this company are a dream team. I feel like they really care about me and my business . It’s incredibly refreshing. She is helping me with the finance legwork as it’s my second time using this company but the first time under them and they want to make sure I don’t have to stress. This is how business is done folks. Don’t buy your mattresses from anywhere else if you are in the Tampa Bay Area. Stress free is the way to be. You will be with this company.

My wife and I recently bought a house in Valrico and bought a king size mattress and adjustable frame from Andy. It's been about a month and I have never slept better. I have nothing bad to say about the entire experience. We set up a time to pick out a mattress and he was there waiting for us 15 minutes early. There were no sales tactics of any kind and we got everything for about 60% off of what mattress giant was offering us. My parents also surprised us with a queen mattress for our spare bedroom and Andy was able to add on a platform frame a day before the scheduled time for delivery. He had his delivery guys meet us at our house the day we moved in, and let me tell you, they were very respectful and thoughtful throughout the experience. They even went to Home Depot to buy a missing screw when they realized it was missing from the package! I have told everyone I know, that's looking for a mattress, to check out boxdrop. Needless to say, if you are in the Tampa area and looking for a mattress give Andy and his boxdrop location a shot. Thank you
