I went in ready for battle and nothing like that was needed. The gentleman I worked with at the store was amazing. He treated me like a friend not a customer. We chatted, he knew what the deal were for the bed I was looking at on-line right off the top of his head. I laid on the bed, played with the controls he let the bed sell itself. The deal was amazing I shopped on a Sunday and the bed was delivered on Tuesday. They even took my old bed away and set my new bed up perfectly. The bed is amazing made even better by the service. Don’t go anywhere else to buy a bed if you do then shame on you.

Came in to store with my mom who needed to replace mattress. Wonderful customer service and helpful information to assist with choosing one. After a few nights, mattress was found to not be a good match for her. Went to the store and again met with great customer service. A different mattress was chosen and delivered with no hassles. Highly recommend stopping by if in the market for a new mattress. Chris helped point us to the mattress which best suited our needs to replace our existing aging one. Delivery was fast and installers were careful when carrying it up a tight flight of stairs in our home as well as removing the old one. These guys are super to work with! I have purchased a few beds at this store and have had exceptional service each time. My most recent mattress purchase was two years ago, and the mattress started losing its shape. They Suspected it could be a spring problem, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, and are swapping the mattress out. In a world where customer service is nearly non existent, these folks excel.

My experience was phenomenal! My husband and I walked in reminded the store Manager Christopher P( Brandon FL) that I had called the day before and expressed I needed a new queen size mattress ASAP. The Manager remembered my call and conversation. He said he had 4 particular mattresses in mind . He showed them, we layed on them and made our selection . Finally , he cashed us out while maintaining his professionalism & patience with us. It was such a smooth process and easy selection as the Manager was very familiar with his product, material, inventory and warranty information. Delivery is set for Friday. #Perfect Service 👍🏾👍🏾

Great experience at this store. We needed new beds for our kids. The sales manager there was able to point out suitable choices in different price ranges, describe the differences in those choices and make a solid recommdation for our needs. He took a no pressure approach to us, so we were able to decide relatively quickly. We were in and out in about 30minutes and had the new beds delivered the next day! Delivery was prompt and professional. Great sales, product and prompt service in all respects.

I worked with Chris, the manager of the Brandon, FL store, to get a mattress that I knew I wanted sight unseen, but had experience sleeping on at a family member's home. This was during the holidays and the mattress had to be special ordered. This took some time and we communicated through the waiting period. When the mattress was delivered (the delivery service was great), the mattress didn't end up being the same feel or material as the original mattress I had experience with. When I called Chris, he immediately worked on getting it corrected. He understood what I asking for and offered to help me find the mattress I wanted. He recommended the perfect mattress that did meet the checklist of things I wanted and within my price range. I am now a happy customer enjoying her new mattress each night. I recommend Chris and his Brandon, FL store. PS - my best friend ended up buying the same mattress from Chris and he had it delivered to her the next day.

Chris at Bed Pros was amazing. I take my time making any expensive purchase. I must have visited the store at least a dozen times, trying out the different Pure Talalay Bliss beds. I brought my pillow, asked Chris to put the topper on half the bed so I could try that, and never did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Every time he was always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Chris at Bed Pros and the Talalay Nature bed if you want a great bed and outstanding service.

Very happy with my purchase at bed pros! Chris was very helpful, funny, and straight to the point. Told him what my sister and I were looking for and in what price range and he took us around a few mattresses to try out. There are also several different kinds of mattresses in different price ranges so I’m sure anyone would be able to find something they like. They delivered the very next day and the delivery guys were also nice and waited for me to get back to my new place since it was raining at the time. The sales rep Christopher podgorski was great! I went into the store on a Saturday about the warranty for my mattress and he showed me the warranty process and I had pictures of my mattress and he submitted to the warranty department and within minutes I was approved for a new mattress and picked it out that day and it was delivered on that Monday and they picked up the old mattress! This was the best experience I ever had with purchasing a mattress!!!! Christopher was very knowledgeable and helped us with a cover for my mattress so no more dirt from sweat etc gets on it. I will be coming to that store when its time to trade this mattress in especially since the warranty paid about 1/2 the price - thank you bed pros

My family has purchased 5 beds from here. Chris the manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different features of the mattresses there. After finding the right bed, Chris had all the paperwork completed and sale completed in 5 minutes. My father was pleased with his purchase and delivery was made the next day on time as promised. I went to two other mattress stores before coming here. I even bought a $1200 closeout mattress from one store to only have them try and deliver something that didn’t even resemble the shape of a mattress it was so beat up and it even had been pierced by a forklift. Chris could see right away I was on a mission, he showed me two mattresses that were in my budget and the desired firmness. We talked, he should me two others just so I knew I was making the right choice. My mattress was delivered the next day by two courteous gentlemen that delivered the mattress and took away the garbage in less than 10 minutes. I wish I didn’t waste my time and energy at those other two store initially. These guys know what they’re doing, have good products and a great team.

Chris was great. He wasn’t pushy and wasn’t trying to sell me the world. I usually leave quickly when that happens. He was patient and truly trying to find what he’d fit me the best. He wasn’t pressuring me to buy anything. I laid on various beds, back and forth for an hour and he didn’t hover. Everything was great with our experience here! We only had one issue. When the delivery guys were moving our old bed frames to the garage, one was dropped and subsequently was broken. We didn’t discover it until we were selling them. Needless to say, we haven’t been able to sell them yet. But, we will go back when we need another bed!

Go see Chris. I can't stress that enough if you're going to buy a mattress. He was very knowledgeable, but also gave us enough space and time to really try out all of our mattress options. We did our homework and heard every sales pitch and gimmick there was from the other stores. Chris was a well-needed change of pace. Just honest help. I don't normally give reviews, but after visiting this Bed Pros I felt I needed to. I am a very picky shopper especially when it comes to mattresses due to my scoliosis. Every other mattress place I went the salespeople seemed eager to help me at first, then after I took too long and asked too many questions, they lost interest in helping me so I would leave. I was pretty disappointed until I came into the Brandon Bed Pros. The manager Scott was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I told him about my scoliosis and he didn't show disinterest, and ended up showing me the Tempur-Pedics. He didn't rush me into buying a mattress immediately, he let me take my time and answered all my questions. I found the perfect mattress, firm enough for support but soft enough to fit my contour. And at a great price! I made sure to tell all my friends about my wonderful experience.

OMG! Paid for bed at 10:30 AM. It was delivered at 3:00 pm the same day. John, the salesman, was knowledgeable, cordial and extremely helpful to choose the right mattress.
