We came into Mattress firm, with the mindset that we were just going to lay on some mattresses, get a feel for what we wanted, go home and talk about it. We were greeted by Jimmy, and I almost knew right away that we were likely to leave with a mattress purchase. I appreciate someone who knows their industry and product well. Jimmy was so nice, and just knows his stuff. Gave us all the information, listened to us and adjusted his recommendations appropriately, and before I knew it, we were in love with a mattress and buying it. He didn’t push us to purchase anything we couldnt afford and just in general was not pushy at all. I would recommend him as a sales man and this store to anyone. Thank you Jimmy for your knowledge and patience!

Jimmy was great and hooked us up, we were able to get the box springs tonight from Thor at the Mattress Firm down the street. Both men were Awesome! Instead, I was educated on the value of a new sleep system. I was empowered, not pressured, to make what I consider to be the best selections for my personal needs. The best -- not necessarily the most expensive. I appreciated Kyle's scientific-based approach to the features of the various mattresses and his superb recommendations for the one best suited for me with an accompanying adjustable base and a mattress protection/pillows bundle. I believe I'll be able to enjoy far superior and uinterrupted sleep going forward from these selections! There was no sales pitch or fluff. Just facts and logical solutions to realistic health issues. I'm extremely grateful for for the time spent, and am looking forward to a great future of healthier, more comfortable and beneficial sleep. I went into the South County store in St. Louis. I was on a mission and needed beds quickly for my twins. Joe was absolutely the BEST! He knew his product and quickly weeded out what I didn’t need and what was out of my price range. I ended up buying 2 mattresses and was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Also, when I went to the distribution center to pick them up I was having trouble getting ahold of them to let them know I was there. A quick call to Joe and he had me taken care of in just a couple minutes. Any mattress I buy from here on out will be from him!

Hands down the best place to make a big purchase. Me and my wife went to several different stores before coming to here, only to find very pushy sales reps who hovered over you and did not take into account anything we were saying. Greg greeted us at the door made us feel very welcome and gave us some wonderful tips and then let us shop around and test out mattresses at our own pace. After shopping around Brandi came over and helped us lock down our final decision for our King size mattress. So my wife and I had been talking about butong a new mattress basically since we got together. The one we were using was a hand-me-down, and was not only beyond its serviceable life, but had springs creating pressure points and numb spots on us. We ended up at matress Firm in So. County, and was greeted by the salesperson there, Greg. His knowledge on all the products in store, along with his ability to read our reactions and show us what would suit us better, was stunning. Encyclopedic is probably the better word. After we told him that my wife had back surgery, and I shoulder surgery, he showed us what he deemed the best possible item for each of our tastes. We went in there knowing that we probably would not be in a scenario where we would spring for the best bed possible bed for us in the future again any time soon, so we decided to get the best possible bed set that we could afford NOW. Greg not only recognized cues we were giving off, but directed us to the next best item in line for what we sought. Greg was consummate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his product. We ended up with a lot of the bells and whistles that were accessory options, but USB outlets and power strips built into the bed made more than enough sense, especially as my wife is a computer programmer, and had been for many years until the fortumf 500 company that she worked for sold and she received a severance. So, while we DID walk out of there with basically all the bells and whistles, we ultimately were in control of the sale, what we needed and didn't (and in some cases just WANTED) Greg wasn't pushy AT ALL, and we felt very happy to be dealing with someone who knew what we wanted almost more than we did. Now it's here, and I am BEYOND , excited. Greg, than you again for your honesty and knowledgeable insight to the products at hand. Would shop here again and again for a new bed. Thanks so much, Greg, and all the others who made this possible! !

First off, let me paint a picture of some of the big box, or big chain stores. (lets call them B.B. electronics and W.O. furniture) When u walk into these two stores, Youre harassed to the point where you are forced to leave because you are asked so many times if youve been helped or have to carry a black book with all the sales peoples names that say "im J. Smith and let me know if i can help you with anything." That after all the head spinning youve forgotten what you came for. Now lets fast forward to Mattress firm. 2 sales people, very personable, and i even remember their names, Greg and Brandi. I picked a mattress, and wasnt pressured into and upsale or any accessories. Both were even very patient with my wife, myself, and my 2year old running wild in the store. Very pleasant experience, and would recommend to friends and family.
