Drew was an excellent associate. Even though he was very busy he was patient, kind, and thoughtful of his customers needs. He listened to what I needed and was not a hard sell type of person. He suggested beds that were good for tummy sleepers and made sure I got the right product for a curvy gurl. Much appreciated!

Our entire experience was fantastic thanks to Faris! We went looking to upgrade our mattress from a queen to a king. We weren’t entirely sure what type of bed we wanted, but Faris able to help us throughout the whole process. He was patient and very knowledgeable; allowing us to try many different types of mattresses. Eventually we found our perfect match. We will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to everyone we know. 10/10 experience!

We initially went in to look at a Purple mattress to replace our ageing and very busted mattress we have now. Derrick gladly showed us the purples and gave us information about them, but also asked a number of questions about the both of us and how we slept. He then showed us another mattress which was comparable but we actually liked it a lot better. Derrick seemed very honest and steered us to a mattress that appeared to fit us better than the one we were initially looking at.
