We had a great experience purchasing a new mattress from Nate. We went to multiple stores searching for a new mattress, and he was the best person to work with. He helped us pick the best mattress for us, and we never once felt pressured. He also gave us a great deal. I’d highly recommend this location!

Wife and I were looking for a new mattress and nate took great care of us. He showed us some samples to see what we liked best, before showing prices. Nate didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store, rather he was more worried about what we wanted for our comfort level. I would highly recommend mattress direct sunset hills. Ask for nate, he will point you in the right direction.

My wife and I had two really good experiences at this location. About a year ago we thought about buying a mattress and decided not to but had such a good experience that we went back and ended up purchasing one. Nate was incredible to work with. He is a super down-to-earth guy and made the process fun and simple. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to discuss what we needed, along with adding information I wouldn't have thought about or thought to ask about. Overall we would highly recommend this place and are excited about our new bed. Great place to shop.

I bought a Mattress here and Derek was AMAZING! I told him my problems with previous mattresses and what I was looking for in a new mattress. He directed me to the ones specific to my needs so I didn't waste time with others. He also explained why each mattress could be a good fit (and why one might not be as good of a fit). I absolutely love the one I chose and I am thrilled with the help Derek gave. I was dreading mattress shopping but he made it easy, and even a little fun, as he's a super nice guy too.

We bought 2 XLT mattresses with adjustable bases from Mattress Direct. Nate worked with us to find the best fit for my husband and me along with the best value. We made several visits before deciding on our purchase. Nate was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We received our king size bed and LOVE it! My husband and I have been shopping for a new mattress for a few months now. We have been to many stores and tried out many mattresses. We weren't planning on stopping by Mattress Direct, yet we say it and decided to stop by anyways. We were greeted by Nate, started with asking questions about how we sleep and what kind of sleep experience we were looking for. He walked us through many different mattresses and explained the difference between them all. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with through the whole ordeal. Since we had already had plans to visit other stores that day, we told him that we were going to compare elsewhere. But we did end up coming back later that day to purchase a mattress set from him. Out of all the stores that we have dealt with during our research, this store has been the best experience hands down. There was no pushiness or hovering of the salesperson. Nate knew more about what the different mattresses had to offer beside just what the tag said. And we did find that we enjoyed the mattress from Mattress Direct better than any of the other places. Also, a bonus was that we had a very rambunctious 2 year old with us and Nate was very good with her also. My only regret is that you usually only buy a mattress every 8 years. But we know where one of our scheduled stops will be next time.

Great experience with Nate buying a new mattress. He did a great job of explaining the options, the differences between the mattresses and accessories. We shopped around a little bit and ultimately went back to Mattress Direct! And we enjoyed a few buy one get one free deals on accessories (mattress covers/pillows.). Mattress removal and delivery was on time and super quick and friendly.

We walked into the store today just to take a look around and get an idea of what we liked. Being in sales ourselves, we were up front and made it clear that we were just looking. Nate was extremely helpful anyway, knowing we weren’t planning on purchasing today, or even from Mattress Direct. He took as much time with us as he did with the couple before us that did plan on purchasing. Because of his kindness and care, we walked away with a receipt and a delivery date. Thank you Nate!
