This company was great to deal with. I started off getting an estimate from Jim the sales guy at the store. I called back the next day and he was off work and I had a young man named Steve that had answered every question that I gave him and yes I know that these guys work on commission but he took the time to walk through almost every product and gave me his opinions based on what we were looking for. I bought a full complete setup from Steve and Jim over the phone without actually seeing the one that I'm actually getting. I would highly recommend these guys. This probably won't be the first time we buy from them

We had stopped in just before closing time, just to see if they had a sale going on. We were greeted by Joel. We asked him if he was closing now, and he said yes but what can he help with. We kind of had a pretty good idea, but the mattress we wanted was no longer be made. Joel showed us a few others, and frames rather than a box spring. We ended up buying 5 mattresses and frames. Mattress Firm is my go to place for all my bed needs. Each time I enter the store, I am greeted by friendly employees and a bright atmosphere. They are knowledgeable and patient with questions. I have been able to bring my kids in there while shopping because they have a section with some toys and crayons for kids. I feel like family when I’m there, especially at the Western Ave store. I would highly recommend this store to friends and family. My sales associate is named Anna and she is the bees knees.

My wife and I went mattress shopping, mostly "just for ideas" as we were planning on buying online. Well, we ended up at the "Mattress Firm" and met an outstanding salesman named Chase. This man is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. We really liked the way he treated us....it made us "want to buy from him". Great store, great atmosphere, and a great experience!! Very happy customer! Anna Connelly was super helpful and extremely nice. She was diligent in asking intentional questions to really find out how to fit our needs and to fit the timeline we were looking at for purchase/delivery. She made known a variety of options from low, mid and higher price range. She explained the differences and benefits for each range. Ultimately, she made a no-pressure, honest recommendation based on the information she had gathered for what would best suit our needs and our child's comfort. Excellent service all around!

Initially I bought a full mattress at the store near the mall that I ended up coming into the 2039 W 41st St location, inquiring how to get an exchange. Manager Will Corney provided amazingly awesome customer service and I purchased a firmer mattress. During delivery, the two delivery men told me about buying a box spring on clearance, so I went back to Will's store and purchased one on clearance. I had three different deliveries and all three trips were quick and very professional. I have already referred several friends to Will's store and I will return again, to purchase a twin bed for my guest room. Thanks for reassuring all of my questions I had and for making my experiences fun and entertaining. 5 STARS!

This was a very easy and amazing experience. Especially do to the sales lady Anna Connelly. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t expect to buy some of the accessories but Anna explained the ease and cost savings of buying the mattress protector and a bit upgraded platform for the bed all at once. My wife and I love the Tempurpedic bed. It has solved all our sleeping issues. I would have shopped around but Anna really knew her stuff.

We bought our mattress from them 2.5 years ago and haven't slept good on it since we bought it. It was definitely the wrong mattress for us and should've returned it right away. We decided to start searching for a new bed, but first wanted to call mattress firm to see if maybe we had some kind of warranty. I'm glad we checked! The owner of mattress firm came to our house and said he will give us a full in store credit in the amount we spent on our bed! DEREK WIEBERS is the BEST! We called ahead and he actually picked up the phone. Our family immediately knew that we wanted to work with him. We literally just relocated to Sioux Falls and were on a BUDGET! We visited his location and found, bought and scheduled a delivery for our complete TWO QUEEN MATTRESS SETS in JUST TEN MINUTES!
