Joel greeted us with a warm welcome and got to the point and had us lay on a few beds to get the idea of what type of firmness we wanted. We walked along sides of the store on mattresses that were very comfy. We were looking for a king and he let us know about a mattress on clearance since we had a budget. It was in the middle of our budget and Joel was very informative about how great of a bed it was. We ended up with the clearance mattress and we’re very happy and pleased with the purchase, all thanks to Joel.

BrittanyWhen we walked in we were the only customers. Our salesperson, Joel H, was phenomenal. Very personable, sense of humor and very informative. We had a mattress we got from there two years ago that ended up being junk after a major surgery and being bedridden for a few months. Thankfully he helped us with the warranty AND gave us additional savings for another new mattress. He made the process stress-free and we felt zero pressure in to buying on the spot. Joel told us he helps out multiple locations, but if you ever do business with him - 10/10!!!
