Alan (i think his name was) was SO HELPFUL! literally went through all the mattresses with me and then helped me decide on one! And was able to offer delivery/pickup services! Literally made the whole shopping experience easy and not stressful! Only took about 10 minutes to find the mattress that worked for me and checked out!

Jim was absolutely amazing! Made the presidents day sale worth our wild with a Seely Hybrid Mattress, Adjustable Base, and Protective Cover all for under 3k. They also delivered our new mattress and hawled our old one away to dump for us. Highly recommend!

Drove an hour to see a great selection of mattresses … met with a warm welcome at the door - very helpful sales guys , who btw were not swayed by my very particular taste (lol) and lots of dumb questions. We ended up finding the worlds most comfortable mattress which I have asked to be buried in when I die!! Thanks guys!!! Highly recommend this store!! My Boyfriend and I just moved and we were forced to leave our old mattress behind because we couldn't fit it in our tiny car. We found this Mattress Firm while exploring our new city. Cody had greeted us immediately and started showing us around. When we asked if they could do same day delivery, he jumped on the phone right away to see if the warehouse was able. He even offered to personally drive it to us in his pick-up truck! He was very nice and helpful the whole time we were in there. We were able to receive the matress the next day and are very happy with it. Overall, the experience was quite positive and I definitely recommend this Mattress Firm for anyone who needs a mattress fast!

We came in just looking to peruse for a new mattress. Our salesperson, Corey, was wonderful! He taught us a lot about the different mattresses and really let us take our time to figure out which one worked best for us. We didn't feel rushed or obligated to purchase a mattress right away, allowing us to sit and think on such a big purchase. Definitely will be returning to Mattress Firm in a few months for our brand new mattress from Corey. Thanks so much!

This location was amazing, specifically Cody. I had bought a mattress elsewhere but it was delayed, so I went in MF just to look and see what they had. Cody was able to point me to mattresses similar to what I had already purchased AND was able to give me a price almost identical to what I had paid somewhere else! I was able to get my mattress the same day and avoided the air mattress life for a month. Best experience!

We recently bought a new King sized bed at your store. We just want to let you know that we are so pleased with our entire experience with this store. Our salesperson Corey was wonderful to do business with. He made the transaction so easy, from selection to delivery went smoothly. So I went to Mattress Firm on 41st St, and wasn't looking forward to it. Mattress shopping sucks; but we needed a new bed and it had to be done.... Surprisingly we ended up spending 3 hours there (our fault for needing help making decisions lol) and loved every second of it. Cody was super helpful, considerate, honest, and patient with us. He was genuine and talked about himself and us and it was great. He went to bat for us to get exactly what we needed, not necessarily what they usually offer or combine together. We are stoked to try our new bed (will be shipped to the store here soon!!). And we highly recommend Cody at Mattress Firm.

Had been looking all over for a bed in a box on internet, looked at mattress stores in Sioux Falls and could not decide what I wanted, I hate the process of finding a mattress and the prices!! I ended up at Mattress Firm after work with only an hour left till store closed to make a decision as I was running out of time to get delivery. I was greeted by Stephen, told him how I hate to mattress shop, told him budget and he worked with me and I bought a mattress! He didn't have me all over the store looking at mattresses out of my budget as I do love the high dollar ones! If you give them that info, they can work with to get in the right mattress. With the return guarantee and free delivery, I did not hesitate to purchase. Stephen was very informative and so was the store manager, appreciated both of them!

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic 5 years ago from Mattress Firm. After 4.5 years the support in the mattress failed and I had morning back pain. After contacting Tempur directly three diff times they were no help. I went back into MF and explained my situation and the owner offered me a deep discount on a new Tempur-Pedic bed. It is bitter sweet because its a $4k mattress and should last at least 10 years but I applaud the owners in softening the blow by selling me a new mattress at a Highly discounted price. I can buy a Tempur-Pedic many different places but their willingness to keep a customer happy goes a Long way! Good beds - Better people.

This is probably one of the best experiences I had buying a mattress. Eric, Cody, Joe and another young lady. Greeted us by name right when we walked in! Cody was very friendly! Made the process of finishing what we started with the original salesman a breeze. We laugh and jokes the whole time made it feel we buying from family. We had such a great time with Anna and Paul at this location. Anna knows her stuff!!! If you don't know much about mattresses, she is the one to go to. It's always a little skeptical going into a store where salesman are trying to meet their quota, but there was only genuine care about our needs, and it showed. I am not a "Review" Type of guy. on 7/21/2014 i went to a large warehouse store and was ignored. for 30 mins. Decided the Mattress Firm was close enough to my current place. I was greeted by two friendly, personable and engaging gals. One left and the other was my sales person. Bethany. What fantastic young lady. Answered my questions, stuck to her word, delivered all as promised and made to experience enjoyable. I hate shopping for anything. This was a rare occaision i was pleasantly surprised. I am "a raging fan" and will always reccomend the mattress firm.

We lost so much in the flood back in March and I went to SO many furniture stores in Sioux Falls to find a bed... many of the salesman were pushy and wanted to sell me way more than I needed.
