Stopped in 10 minutes before closing to take a look at their sale. There was no presure from Paul. He told me it would be fine to take pictures, which I did. I came home and showed my friend and he agreed that it was a nice couch. So the next day I called they took info over the phone and will call back on a steep deleivery. Because of health problems I cannot move it into the house so will pay the extra.

I really dislike the fact that all prices are negotiable, but that is my only negative. I did find everyone on the staff, from the sales guy to the people in other stores, very impressive. I purchased my items in one state and picked them up in another. Everything was ready earlier than promised, I was contacted promptly, and everyone was very professional and accommodating. You don’t find that level of service very often anymore. Thank you!

Christina went above and beyond helping me find a sleeper couch. After driving all around town to find that all sleepers are about 1 month out, I called Conlin's and Christina answered. Not only did she find one for me, she offered to text me a picture to save me a drive if I didn't want it. She then sold me the floor model because it would be a week or more to get one from the warehouse. When I told her "sold" over the phone, she had them wrap it up for me. It took me less than 10 mins to get the transaction finished when I arrived. So from phone call to sitting on the couch, less than 2 hours. Absolutely blown away with this customer service. This is how you gain loyal customers. Thanks again Christina!
