I would like to thank the staff at Beds & Beds for not only for a great product but also a very personal, professional sales staff. I called several places looking to buy my 91-year-old mom an adjustable bed. She has recently had back surgery and needed a different bed that raised by the feet and head. This was the fourth store that I called and the difference in the customer service was unbelievable. They asked me the make/model of her current mattress and said that if she currently had a good mattress, they had frames to fit. Secondly, they asked me to measure her current bed and asked how tall she was. She is only 5’2’’ so he advised us to get adjustable legs. This was the first store who asked me those questions. Upon delivery they spent a lot of time adjusting the bed making sure it fit my mom. This staff went beyond to make sure we got the right product and the best fit for my mom while saving us the cost of a new mattress. I would recommend the products and the store for whatever you need.

Amazing customer service and selection!! My hubby came in last weekend and was helped by Ryan, to select a bed that meets our needs. Today he brought me in to make the final decision. Normally don't write reviews but once we discovered Beds & Beds, it became our favorite. My wife felt (and she has a great intuition), that this company is trustworthy, sells quality items, and owner/staff are highly knowledgeable. We stepped into a few other stores before this one and felt that this one was a win-win all around. Plus - it was an absolute pleasure to buy here as the people here are just wholesome. I bought a mattress about a year ago (somewhere else). I was having back pain when I woke up, every morning. I was going to the chiropractor often, but it finally dawned on me that I had this same problem over thirty years ago and it was caused by the mattress. I went to Beds and Beds and two other stores. The mattress that Beds and Beds sold me won out and I even bought the shredded latex queen pillow. This is the place to go if you want a great bed at a reasonable price. No dealing with inflated prices or salespeople that don't actually know a thing about mattresses. Carl worked with my fiance and I to find a perfect mattress that would accommodate both our sleeping styles and, most importantly, our college-student budget. So I was walking by and peaked in the window and there sat my dream couch. I walked and never dreamed I could own it, feeling a bit bummed by the price, Andrew sits me down and do a no hard inquiry credit app, and not only did I leave with my dream couch I left with a kitchen table as well.. he was friendly, sweet, helpful, the other guy was amazing as well, he loaded everything up nicely. I've already referred 3 people and plan to tell everyone how amazing these people are. Here's the best part 100 days no interest, everything is already cheaper than retail, by the time my 100 days are up I'll be able to afford to pay it off, with NO INTEREST. I cant describe the simplicity of all this. After years of being screwed over I finally have a place and people I trust.

No kidding, we went to Beds & Beds just to see what they had. Carl gave us his undivided attention and put up with my husbands 1,000 questions and indecisiveness. He took me almost immediately to the bed I needed according to what I told him. We left to go check out other places to see if there was anything that could top what I had chose. We came back the next day to once again try out the bed and make our purchase. We picked it up the next night, and today was the first day in MANY YEARS I woke up with no back pain!!! Nice sales staff came and put everything in the house for us. We went in for an adjustable pillow top type bed and were talked into a different adjustable bed. I'm not terribly impressed with the bed, I wake up with a sore back & I used to have a sore shoulder when waking up so basically traded one issue for another. Haven't tried to return it because it's a big king and we have little wiggle room getting it in and out & seeing them install this one I'm not sure the pillow top would make it in the room. I will deal with it for a year then look for a different bed.

Let me start off by saying I was not happy with the Bed that we initially went home with from Beds and Beds. This was of no fault of beds and beds or the quality of their beds but rather the bed typed we had selected was simply not for us. We called to inform that we were not happy with the bed that we had and they were more than happy to work with us on finding the right bed. We spoke with Carl and expressed our concern and not once did he seem to try and talk to us into keeping the original bed or trying to stick it to us for the original purchase. He graciously worked with us on finding the right bed with no hassle. This was welcoming in an industry where few of us know what type of product we need / want. I have made a few attempts to get in contact with the owner. We bought our bed 14 months ago and it has a 20 year warranty. It is already sagging and we wake up with sore backs like we did before we bought the bed. The sales man was wonderful but what sales person isn't when they want the sale. To bad they can't get back to a customer that has bought from them more than once. I will not be buying from then again though. Below is a review from my friend that bought from comfort king. Comfort king will now be our place to go. Bye bye beds and beds Just a quick shout out! We absolutely love Comfort King. Bought our bed there in 2006. It has a lifetime comfort guarantee. We've been noticing it's due to be refilled/leveled out, so all we had to do was call them! We get to pick up the materials next week for FREE!!! Going to put a lumbar support in it this time!
