momoI've visited every Parachute store and this one follows the exact customer service expectation. The service and helpfulness of the staff was above exceptional. Although they didn't have a lot of my items in stock, they were able to get it shipped to me. The store is also bigger than the Portland location. Looking forward to returning again.
IsobelAmazing customer service!!! I was transferred to this store over the phone because they had a specific item in stock that I wanted that was out of stock online. Even though they have only been open for 11 days and didn't have their shipping operations fully up and running, they went out of their way to make sure that I was able to order the item that I wanted and shipped it to me. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to get me the product that I wanted. Overall, a great experience!
