Walta greeted us as soon as we walked in, no awkward silence! We went in with an ambiguous cryptic description of what we want in a mattress, because to be honest, we didn’t know. He walked us through the different types and what makes each model unique. We got to try a variety and each time it helped us build what we want. His fun and knowledgeable mannerism made the experience less like a “let’s make a sale” and more like “how’s your shoulder? If it doesn’t feel right, let’s try something different”. I really like that the store has different brands so their views are more focused on the mattress itself vs the name. And yes, we said yes to the mattress! Thanks Walta!

We were greeted by Jacob who asked us about the results to the online questionnaire we did and adjusted our answers based on talking to us both about our individual needs for a good nights sleep. After providing extensive answers to our questions about different features and trying out beds based on our individual needs for a split king bed and frame we ended up buying the bed that meets our needs perfectly . I went in yesterday to Mattress Firm and I was greeted immediately upon walking into the store. Both sleep experts there made sure I was taken care of. Walta was my main point of contact. I was inquiring about a new bed frame. He asked what kind of frame I was looking for and showed me several different options. I asked if my old mattress would work on the frame that I was interested in and he said it wouldn’t as the type of mattress I had bought 3 years ago is an older one and wouldn’t a) fit; b) would snap a with the adjustable frame I was looking at. Walta showed me different mattresses that would fit the frame and showed me a clearance option. I mentioned my budget and he was able to make something work in my budget that would include both the frame and mattress. I went in today and Walta kept his word on the price we had discussed yesterday. He was very helpful and made sure I understood everything when signing. He was very careful in making sure all of my information was correct. He made sure that the delivery date would work for my schedule. I did not feel pressured or coerced into buying anything. The sleep experts, especially Walta was extremely helpful and supportive in meeting my sleep comfort needs.

After a terrible experience with a platform we bought online, my wife and I decided to place our trust in our local West Seattle Mattress Firm. Well, suffice to say that it was not misplaced. From the very first moment we arrived, we were welcomed and greeted by the fabulous Dorian, who hooked us up with a great deal. I never thought we'd be able to get an affordable adjustable bedframe, but Dorian came through with savings for us. Not only that, but it's going to be delivered right to our house where it will be set up by professionals. Thank you, Mattress Firm, and thank you, Dorian. Update: We came back this year (2022) and got a great new mattress! Really looking forward to getting much deeper sleep. Sarah was do awesome that our housemate bought one too. The service and knowledge was so spectacular, that I walked out with not only one, but two new mattresses! Gaea, the store manager was full of information and directed us to the perfect mattress for my 13 year old that will take him well into adulthood, I felt great about my investment for his well being. In the process of selecting his, I realized my mattress was also grossly outdated and that I was also over due for an update. Gaea worked within my budget found the perfect fit for both me and my son. She gave us a great deal for the quality that we got and the best part is the mattresses will be delivered tomorrow, 2 days after purchase! I feel great about my purchase, which was a big one for me, as a single mom. I’m so excited for our new setup. I haven't TEST DRIVEN a Mattress in a very long time. Paper protection pads were provided as I sampled several pillows. Now it takes the day for your Boxed Mattress to expand..which is cool to watch. Super thankful my wife and I decided to check here before pulling the trigger on an online purchase. As chance would have it we wound up buying a bed we weren't even considering. It pays to test-drive a mattress. Our salesperson, Gaea, was great. She was very personable and didn't give us that uncomfortable feeling of being pitched everything we looked at. She asked a lot of great questions and took us through the Mattress Firm process of getting down to the things we valued most about a mattress. After selecting a mattress and an adjustable base, highly recommend by the way, we found the pricing for everything was in line with what the brand offered on the website. There wasn't a need to leave and do additional shopping with hopes of finding the best deal. Our bed should arrive in a day or two. Definitely recommend shopping here, ask for Gaea.

Ended up trying out a lot of the mattresses since we didn’t know what we really wanted. You start off with the most expensive beds up front then you work your way back to the cheaper beds. You get to try the best in class mattress technologies to gauge what is needed for you and your sleeping habits. They provide pillow napkins to shield your head if that is necessary. There is also financing with 0% APR so it helps with the purchase if that’s also something you need. The financing process is pretty quick and easy as long as you know your SSN, income, etc.

I walked into the West Seattle Mattress Firm with the intention of trying out a Purple Mattress, and deciding on a purchase at a later date. I was guided by Lauren through a number of different options. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not make me feel pressured to make any purchase. After answering a number of questions regarding the physics of the Purple Mattress, as well as price matching, I did decide to make a purchase of a mattress and adjustable base. I was pretty skeptical about buying a pricey mattress but they helped me find the right one with a monthly payment plan that I could afford. Also I had my 5 year old in the store with me and they were so nice to her as well. We were in the store for about an hour so my daughter was getting antsy. Dorian Clark the sales associate with very friendly and patient. I was in there for about 2 and 1/2 hours. I laid on several beds for a long time just to see what was right for me. Never once did they push me to get up off of a bed. They allowed me to take my time. During that time I was able to go online and check out the bed that I was laying on. Dorian had no problems with me taking up as much time. Very helpful and listen to everything I had to say. Did a wonderful job. Adding only 3 stars for delivery. I refused the platform and the delivery guy Andy said he could not take it back. Now I am treated as if this is my fault. I have to cancel a very important doctor appointment to have them pick this up. My time would not be wasted if Andy would have followed protocol. This should not stay in my home 24 hours. I am not waiting till next week. Delivery is not worth $199.00 I should be refunded $75 for wasting my time.

Seriously can not speak more highly of the people who work at this Mattress Firm, but big shout out to Tamara who helped us purchase our first "big time" mattress! She really worked with us to find something that met our needs and our price point, and we never felt pressured along the way to buy something we weren't comfortable with. We had a few bumps in the product / delivery, partially due to covid, but they were there to solve each of the issues, even exchanging a new adjustable base when ours stopped working shortly after the initial delivery. We added a platform frame & a mattress cover. Fortunately for us, their current sale & a coupon we had saved us over $250. Abdul verified the stock availability & secured all the arrangements for the store near our new location to deliver our new bed there. Once again, we received exemplary customer service & excellent-quality merchandise! Approximately an hour before they closed on Sunday, 09-30-18, the on-sale mattress I went to view & test was no longer on display @ that location, so I asked the friendly sales associate if she could show me any similar products. She asked me what specific features I was looking for, & I explained my needs & budget. I emphasized that my timeframe deadline was three (3) days later, because that was my move-in date into my new (to me) apartment, I have no bed, & I have disabilities, due to several medical spinal issues. Honestly, If I could rate 10 stars I would. As a consumer and fellow sleeper we really don’t take into account all the decisions that need to be made when choosing a mattress. But Chadd and team walked me through each step with special attention to my needs (chronic back pain and a sleep disorder) and budget restraints. Amanda and Lonnie (not sure if I spelt that correctly) were SO helpful that we were able to find our guest bedroom queen bed in a matter of minutes. I kid you not from the minute we walked into the store to when we walked out with a confirmed purchase, it was 15 minutes. Not only were they knowledgeable and friendly, but we were able to save money and get a queen sized bed for the price of a twin! Boo ya!! AND to boot, the delivery of the mattress was next day and JUST AS EASY as purchasing the mattress. I will be cancelling my order for a Cali king with another company who said I wouldn’t get it until mid-July when the order was place in late May and going to this Mattress Firm to get my bed for likely cheaper and faster. So my partner and I went into the Mattress Firm several nights ago just to check out some simple metal bed frames. We ended up testing a couple different adjustable bases for fun, but Tamara there was such an amazing expert that we left the place after purchasing one of the adjustable bases that were on sale. UPDATE: mattress Firm just called today (the day of delivery) at 11:15 to tell us our delivery date was cancelled and rescheduled for Sunday. They called TODAY. I took of work for this delivery, and took apart the two beds. Which means we will be sleeping on Aero beds until Sunday. No one called to let us know in advance. Very inconvenient.

Diane, the sales woman at Sleep Train, was most patient with my wife and I as we entered the showroom. Diane made sure we had the same type of pillows that we utilize at home and then Diane proceeded to have us sample the several bed types in various firm/soft levels. We tried out a dozen different beds until my wife and I agreed on the particular one we both preferred. Of course we did not look at the prices, of each bed, for we were more interested in the quality of the sleeping experience than the price. After all, bed is where we spend 8 hours of every day; so why not make this time the most comfortable possible? Since my wife and I are in our "mature" years, getting a great nights sleep is most important for a good attitude and good health. When we determined which bed to buy, I turned to Diane and said, "This particular bed is the most expensive one you sell, right?" Diane answered in the affirmative. Well I said to myself, why is it that my tastes always run to the best? I just know quality when I find it. I sent my wife and Diane off to finish the transaction, while I lay on the best bed ever and promply fell asleep. When they had concluded the purchase and delivery arrangements, my wife came over and woke me from my slumbers. I found myself most reluctant to arise from my new bed, but I would have to wait untill tomorrow before my bed would be delivered to my home. Thanks Diane you're the best! Mark B.
