Summer, was a huge huge help explaining the benefits of certain mattresses I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for Summer calling other stores and getting it delivered to my house in a timely manner ! Robert J SchmalzWe arrived about 11 AM. The manager Bobby was alone in the store. He gave us the complete rundown making sure to present all options and the pluses and minuses of each mattress. He made the decision easy because we were armed with all the knowledge necessary. We bought two queen size mattresses. This is an honest and professional store and management. This is the place to go to get a quality mattress at a reasonable price.
Susan TaylorThe sales rep Paul is the best. We told him we wanted an inexpensive mattress for our RV and there was none of the usual up-selling pressure. He listened to us, showed us several possibilities, and taught us a whole lot about sleep positions and beds. Paul has a great personality and is fun to talk to. Overall our experience at the Silverdale store was perfect.
leslie siemerBuying a mattress can be a daunting process, but I’m happy to say that we had a very positive experience at Mattress Firm Silverdale (on Silverdale Way). Store manager Bobby is quite informative and he was very responsive to our numerous questions and concerns. He did a great job of showing us various products, explaining and comparing options and then giving us time alone to consider our needs and make some decisions.
We felt that he really worked to understand what we wanted and made sure we were pleased with our final purchase.

Michael MillerI came in the other day and spoke to Austin. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and just a pleasant person to chat with overall. He helped me find a mattress that I was happy with, and after a couple days of checking around other stores they still had the best deal for me. The only complaint I have is on the delivery end. The most control I have over delivery is which day I want them to show up, but if I'm only available after 2pm that day and they call and say they're coming between 8-10am then I'm SOL and have to reschedule. Not ideal, but manageable.
