Alissa was on the phone when I arrived, her multi tasking skills as well as seriously being the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with from any store are exceptional. MF should be beyond grateful to have her as part of their team. The entire visit was very happy, helpful, and informative and I purchased a new mattress. I was made to feel welcome. I'm a house fire survivor so employees tend to think the worst and I've come to appreciate more than I did before good service and being treated like just a normal person. Thank you again Alissa. We need two new mattresses for our house. The staff was helpful and friendly and we were able to quickly locate the mattresses we needed. The prices are very reasonable for a queen and a twin mattress and we were able to complete our transaction quickly and without a number of those teeny tiny fees that they like to stick on to a purchase. I recently got a new place and with all the different parts in motion that come with moving, buying my mattress has been one of the most refreshing parts! The service I was provided with by Alyssa was top tier I definitely felt welcomed and taken care of. I went in and she showed me all the different mattresses that I was interested in, and was super informative and knowledgeable about the products and ALL mattresses! I ended up leaving with something bigger than what I originally intended on however it was by choice, it didn’t feel like I was trying to be upsold she simply just provided me with knowledgeable and great service to where I was able to make a conscious decision on what mattress I wanted to go with! Patrick over at the Northgate store was great as well he actually referred me to the Roosevelt location! All in all the service provided from both stores was awesome! Highly recommend checking them out for your sleep needs!!

I went here today to pick a mattress for my apartment but I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. Brad showed me around and let me try on a few mattresses with different levels of firmness and also mattresses at different price points. He was very knowledgeable and was very patient as I was going back and forth between two mattresses (>30min). Huge thanks to Brad at Northgate Mattress Firm for his patience, expertise and commitment to helping us get the right mattress. My partner and I have vastly different mattress needs. We bought one mattress that I loved, but it was too hot for him. We swapped it for another mattress that was perfect for him, but it was too firm for my injured back. We finally settled on a twin of each, and we’re thrilled. There is a Mattress Firm policy to charge hundreds of dollars for a “restocking fee” when people return mattresses. Brad recognized that we were truly trying to find the perfect sleeping situation, and helped us waive the fee. Finally, we want to recognize the drivers/delivery folks. Every person who came to our home was professional, respectful and fast! Five stars to Brad and five stars to the drivers/delivery people!

The whole experience of working with the team at Roosevelt Mattress Firm was incredible. Steven took listen to my current sleeping patterns and provide recommendations of mattress types that would suit me. He had me go around and try a good number of mattresses and cross compare. We narrowed down on the one I wanted. There was a small hiccup in the delivery process by a partner delivery team (drove to the wrong delivery address) which caused the mattress to arrive later than expected. However, during the process - Steven + team were incredible in giving me updates on the progress towards getting my mattress and were great on setting expectations. The awesome customer service truly made the late delivery no big deal at all. I've had my mattress for about over a month now and I absolutely love it. It's been a game changer for my sleep quality and overall physical health. If you're not ready for a new mattress but thinking about one in the future - I highly recommend going over to try out mattresses and just building some knowledge on what your next mattress could be. And perhaps you'll love the mattress so much, you'll buy it that day... that's what happened to me!

My recent experience at Mattress Firm was excellent! Sleep Expert Alissa was really patient and professional, and found me the best deal possible on the mattress and platform frame that I liked! The process of trying out mattresses in the store really helped me narrow down my choices, even though I didn't know anything about memory foam mattresses prior to my visit. My mattress and other items were promptly delivered to me within a day, and worked just as expected! I'll definitely be visiting again since I forgot to buy a pillow :)

Alissa was super helpful. She made an entire showroom of mattresses seem simple by walking us through an easy to follow and understandable process. She was the only employee on the floor at the end of the day and managed to easily juggle I think 4 separate couples who were looking, testing, and asking questions. My partner and I have large weight/height/bed differences & preferences and she was able to easily narrow it down to a bed that we both loved. Her sales method isn’t to cram everything down your throat, it’s to listen and provide feedback based off the customers needs. We went to the store looking for a sleeping mattress after I developed considerable back pain from sleeping on our current one. We were greeted and served by the super lovely Alissa. She was very friendly but also to the point and just generally did a fantastic job. We appreciated her guiding us through the process in a way that is impossible with an online purchase. She also made sure to point out all the costs that we might incur if returning/exchanging. We were super happy with her and the experience generally, and we did end up buying a mattress from the store. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the store's delivery dates. A month's wait is pretty hard on someone who's in pain. Of course, at present, I'm unable to determine if the mattress itself will prove a good purchase or not.

I don’t think I can even begin to describe how incredibly amazing the customer service is here. Ryan helped me find a wonderful mattress for my needs as well as something in my price point since this was an unanticipated buy, and even better he was able to get everything delivered to me the next day so I wouldn’t be without anything for long! (Really, the red carpet delivery service is worth the money - everything was on time, and everyone was really professional. It also helped that they were able to take away my old mattress for me.) I did realize upon receiving everything that the box spring I had gotten was too high, but they were able to take it back with no issue and get me a bunkie board for lower profile support that day. Lauren was really amazing with helping to see this through, and on the same day I received everything I was able to get that board as well. I really can’t express how seamlessly Ryan and Lauren were able to help me through this, and I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a business that can do such a quick turn around. I literally ordered these items on a Friday later in the day (the same day I realized I needed a new mattress) and had everything delivered the next Saturday morning, with the board replacement by early Saturday evening. 10/10! Long story short, I’d STRONGLY encourage people to check out this location if in need of a mattress. It’s wonderful customer service all around, and I’m so happy with the purchase I made. I really felt like Ryan and Lauren gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision too. Can’t wait to sleep in this new bed!

So I called ahead to see if they had what I wanted and the lady who answered, Laura, said she wasn't sure but that she would check. I arrived about 20 minutes later and she greeted me in a professional manner and we sat down while she called every store from Kent to Marysville looking for the best selling mattress that I wanted, it was nowhere to be found, all sold out. So she risked getting in trouble, and sold me the display model AND gave me a free $15 pillow for my troubles. Not only that, she temp closed the shop and helped me by carrying my pillow and my coffee 2 blocks to my truck while I carried the mattress. Outstanding service and willing to go out of their way to help a customer. Pro tip: as always parking is difficult, so park at the Shell station around the corner or the park and ride.

Purchased a customer returned purple mattress recently with delivery. Fast foward 2 days and the delivery person arrives. They pull the mattress out the truck. About 80 percent of the thing is brown with stains, molding and what looks like tomato sauce or something of the sort in some areas. I'm shocked that they'd even sell it let alone accept it as a return. I don't think anyone would buy it. He allowed us to reject it even though they normaly don't when buying a previously returned one, stating that he's never seen one this bad. Waiting on Mattress Firm to contact us regarding this. I appreciate the delivery services' understanding. Will update this after I here from them.

You ever find yourself desperately wanting a $10,000 mattress? I know I don't. To their credit they do have some comfortable cheaper mattresses in a small display rack in the back. Under $1,000 for most everything you would want. If you have a clearance section that has acceptably comfortable full mattresses for $350
