Yesterday my husband and I went into this location and was greeted by Wilson! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were looking for 4 mattresses for our children and he was right on it. We left the store probably within 45mins, as we expected to be there a bit longer but we didn't have to, and I was totally okay with it!!! As well as a specific delivery date that worked for us and exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for your patience with us Wilson! We definitely look forward to using your experience again when we come in! If you're looking for great customer service make sure you ask for Wilson or better yet any of the employees there as they were all nice and helpful! Definitely great customer service at this location!

James really hooked me up with a wonderful mattress! He asked me all types of questions to really pinpoint what mattress was going to be best for me. Really can’t say enough good things about this specific location. When I went in the store, everything was nice and the environment was welcoming. Got lots of help from Wilson who works there, and he showed me around and helped me pick the best and affordable option within my budget and needs so that I can have a comfortable rest. We also went through a test to see what kind of sleeper I am and to help resolve my sleeping problems like how my old bed was too firm and is pressing on my nerves, making me ache and toss and turn, the cause to why I snore, and the reason why my chest hurts from laying down on my old bed because of acid reflux. I learned so much from visiting this store and I appreciate the patience, time, and kindness Wilson took to walk me through everything

Kristi Tate was super helpful and understanding of my situation. Throughout my limited interaction with her she always kept a smile and was eager to help. I came into the store, she asked me what type of mattress was I looking for, then asked a few questions regarding how I sleep and less than 10 mins she was able to find mattresses within my price range and comfort level. Now thanks to her I will get a decent mattress within 2 days! This means a lot especially since I was having trouble getting a mattress delivered in a reasonable timeframe!!!

Daryl who helped us find our new mattress was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just all the way around a great person to buy from. We really appreciated how easy he was to work with and appreciated him staying in our budget. There was a bit of confusion as to when the delivery people would contact us and Daryl made sure to help us get that information. I really appreciated it. The delivery people did a great job. We live in a three story townhouse and the stairwells are tight. They did a fantastic job getting the new mattress in our bedroom and set up with not hitting walls or damiginc blinds. Living in a rental makes it hard when you can't move certain things! Plus they were able to get our old mattress out. We deeply appreciated it! The next time ourselves or a friend or family member is in need of a new mattress we will be going directly back to MattressFirm and we hope to do business with Daryl again in the future.

Diego immediately helped by looking up date of purchase to see if still under warranty. He scheduled appointment to fix my problem with my bed this week. The sales representative, Nick, was helpful but not pushy. He left me to make my decision and chatted amiably as I paid. The delivery team were courteous and quick. The entire experience would have been perfect if the distribution/scheduling people had accurately detailed my setup; the poor delivery team was harried for time because my gold service delivery was not listed nor was the required time provided in their schedule. They also have not been informed about how to open a Purple mattress (there’s a provided special tool, apparently). I cannot be the only customer who needs someone else to lift a heavy mattress or wrestle it open, that’s why I bought the mattress at your store instead of online and paid extra for the set-up service. The information and necessary time should be provided to your team. *Edit - Nick responded to my feedback immediately. He refunded my set up cost and assured me that my feedback on communication will reach the right people. I want to clarify- every representative whom I met was friendly and professional and I would buy a mattress from your store again.

It was really nice to be able to try out different mattress types in the showroom - especially right now when there are so many restrictions inside businesses due to COVID. The salesman we worked with was helpful and ended up getting us a better deal on the bed we were interested in. We were also able to set up really quick delivery the next day. I thought I'd be waiting a few weeks at least. The delivery team was great as well - in spite of having to deal with a narrow staircase in our older home that made it really difficult for them. So far we've had only a good experience

We were greeted instantly upon coming into the store with enthusiasm and professionalism. Our needs were specific and she honored that by sticking only to what our requests and questions were and did not try to steer us towards something else. She ensured that our original offer was honored and handled our shipping very efficiently (both from a data entry perspective as well as timing of the actual delivery...we lucked out and we're able to receive it the next morning! She also went above and beyond offering to look up our original mattress purchase to print the invoice as we are looking to resell it...just wow 👏 We were done in about 30-45 minutes all around. World Class service and not something that you can count on often anymore...would send anyone we know her way for a mattress or other bedding needs :)

If you’re looking for a quality mattress, go see Alex Cooke. I knew the bed I wanted going in, so he gave me the pros and cons, and showed me a different bed to have another option if I wanted. This bed was a tad more expensive and slightly better quality. Again, he gave me the pros and cons compared to the other bed. I ended up going for the second option. Alex gave me a great deal which ended up being a few hundred dollars less than the price of the first bed I had initially come in for. Alex is super kind, helpful, very informative and willing to work with you.

Excellent service!. My fiancée and I were both experiencing back pain with our old bed and with all of the selections on the market we wanted to stick to a certain bed and price. Alex asked a series of questions and presented what we were looking for in our price range. During our experiences he took notice that my fiancée’s hips were bothering her on the first few mattress selections so he let us demonstrate a Purple 3 hybrid premier. This was more than we wanted to spend but after he explained everything about the bed and what came with the purchase, it was hard to turn it down. A 120 day trial period and being able to return it for a different bed under a different manufacturer was what got my attention. There are a lot of beds out there and they are not cheap so buying the wrong one and being stuck with it was my biggest concern. All I wanted was for my fiancée to return to getting a good nights sleep again so this was what made us pull the trigger. It was kind of hard to put a price tag on that. I dealt with Mike, who was very kind and helpful, purchasing experience was wonderful! Prices were great too. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because upon delivery, the frame was damaged so I had to reject delivery and wait 3 or 4 days for a new one to be delivered. So my mattress is currently on the floor, but it's still very comfortable!

We purchased the mattress January 5, 2023 My wife and I both felt that, Pasha, our sales representative was very knowledgeable and she did a good job of explaining the the information we needed to make a decision on which mattress, what features we needed etc. The first delivery group picked the wrong base and we had to have a second delivery made rhe following day.
