What a great experience for the task of finding the right mattress. Ashley was very easy going and upbeat. She clearly explained each brand and feature and then she let my girlfriend and I try out the different features. It was so nice to discuss our style of sleeping and then have the time to experience it real-time. Ashley was very helpful to be sure she knew my price range and options to meet that requirement. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm as a great alternative to the high pressure mall stores. I feel very taken care of.

We were skeptical of going in because I didn’t want the pressure to buy but I’m glad we did. My fiancé and I were in the market for a new mattress but we didn’t know what would we best for our needs. Patrick led us on a mattress testing tour to dial in our preferences and then took us right to the mattress in our price range that he believed would be best for us. We actually enjoyed the process and we are confident we got a good deal. The sale price was in line with what we saw online and he even threw in some extras to sweeten the deal! Highly recommend talking to Patrick if you’d like to feel confident you got the right mattress and the right price. Patrick, thank you for a surprisingly good shopping experience. I rarely write reviews but I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t leave this one. Hope you have a great rest of the summer!

I went in to Mattress Firm in May after renting an apartment and in desperate need of a bed. Patrick helped me find a wonderful mattress, set me up for delivery and got the easy financing done all within a couple hours. He was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the bed seems to not be for me so I decided to utilize the 120 day exchange policy. I went in today and Bruce assisted me and he was very helpful in finding another mattress for me that met my needs. The exchange eas super simple as well. I would definitely recommend going here for a mattress. They treat you well and you get quality for your money. 😊

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm (Northgate location) with Patrick. He made sure we tested all the mattresses within the ranges of what we preferred and needed (we both suffer from back issues). Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised that the mattress will be delivered within the week! We left feeling assured that the bed we picked out was exactly what we were looking for and we can't wait to sleep in it! The total cost of the purchase ended up being less than what we anticipated on paying. Total bonus!

Chris is one of the most talented and influential salespeople I've met in my career. He carefully and paitently built rapport with my partner and I over the course of three hours. We tried nearly every bed in the warehouse and it came down to 2. The super plush and soft temperpedic or the regal and pluffy tufted Beauty Rest. We chose Beauty rest because we almost passed out after laying on it for 10min. Also, Chris set us up with a base that is adjustable in 3 ways - head, lumbar, and foot. Never experienced a base that is adjustable. Clearly a game changer in the sleeping industry. Why in the heck sleep labs don't recommend this is beyond me. Net-net: Chris, I owe you... multiple beers (or your preferred beverage). I might be back to swap out the Beauty rest for the bed you have (temperpedic)... but it's only because the beauty rest is a bit firmer brand new than the well-used floor model. Either way, seriously Chris, you rock. The store is easy to find, park at, and feels oddly comfortable once you get in there. Cheers, Geoff

Buying a new mattress had been on the list for some time, and this was our first trip out shopping for one, so didn't expect to actually make a purchase. Patrick was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about sleep and mattresses and encouraged us to go back and forth between the two we had narrowed it down to as many times as needed. No pressure to buy the most expensive one, and in fact the one we chose rung up for less than the posted price. A good experience.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a store, it was my first time buying my own mattress so having an employee guide me through the process was great. Ashley gave some amazing help, where she let me try different mattress firmness and metrials and then asking about the budget and making sure that I knew my rights as a customer. I was intimidated of going and not knowing anything but I felt very welcomed and heard! !
