The sleep expert, Rabbit, who helped us was amazing. We thought we were only going to go in, pick a bed, purchase, and leave. Instead, we came out of the store educates on sleep and beds. He helped us find our perfect mattress. We’re excited to get it delivered to our home this week. We were extremely happy with his excellent service. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the products he’s selling. We were very impressed. Would definitely recommend his store.

Being first time buyers of premium mattresses, me and my wife had a ton of questions when we went to the store but our salesperson Brad did an excellent job of helping us choose the right mattress. He was very polite and provided us with ample information regarding what type of mattress is better suited for us. He has loads of years of experience when it comes to mattresses and as a customer you feel it when he goes super deep in some of the intricacies related to mattresses. He spent a good 30-40 minutes with us and not once did he pressurize us into buying something from the store. This gave us more confidence into buying from Mattress Firm. I really enjoyed talking to him and getting all my doubts cleared.

When my husband and I initially walked in, I immediately told michael about all of the mattress types I did not like and want even interested in checking out. Michael took the time to ask really good questions and convinced me to be more open minded. We ended up finding the perfect mattress, which I would have completely overlooked when I first walked in because I was not educated enough to even give these options a shot. Michael truly made our mattress shopping experience painless and enjoyable, without any pushy sales gimmicks. We were just going to look at a purple mattress. We were not ready to buy but after trying a few. out we realized that the purple was not for us and bought a sealy hybrid. We spent more than we had planned but I think it’s a good purchase. Can’t wait to get it delivered on Monday. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and not high pressured. If I had to complain about anything is that the mattress I like best and purchase was a bit more money then I would of liked to have spent, but that’s no fault of the people there. Mattress Firm always has the best quality and prices in my experience so that was our first stop before we started our travels. I came in and talked to Drew our sales associate. I gave him a price range and told him what I was looking for. Not only was Drew super knowledgeable but he also tried to get me a better deal than what I asked for. My kids had fun testing out the merchandise and our cozy new mattresses will be delivered when we arrive at our new home. I usually do all my research, and most of my shopping, for various things online. Looking for a new bed was mostly no different. However, I went into this store in person for two reasons: one, so I could try laying on mattresses to ensure that what I thought I wanted was going to be as good as I expected, and two, so I could talk to somebody who knows a lot more than I do about beds - I had some questions such as the real availability of Full XL size mattresses and bedframes. When I walked into the store, my salesperson Anthony greeted me immediately and he blew my expectations out of the water. Not only was he familiar with Full XL despite it being a very uncommon size, but off the top of his head, he was able to tell me what the process would be like to get one, what the wait times would look like, and some of the drawbacks such as not having the same warranty available on made-to-order purchases. Throughout my shopping experience, there wasn't a single question I had which he wasn't immediately able to answer to my satisfaction. Anthony didn't push me to make any purchases I wasn't prepared to make, and he didn't push for an up-sell to a more expensive mattress when the one I liked best was several hundred dollars cheaper than my second choice. In fact, he was straightforward and reasonable about the merits of the cheaper one over the more expensive one, and I feel like he was consistently motivated to help me get the deal which was best for me rather than to try to maximize any commission he might earn on my purchase. I didn't end up ordering a Full XL after all, but I had expected it to be a long shot, so that's fine. I did order a more standard size through Anthony, and I am exceptionally pleased with how little I had to spend to do so. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Really easy going experience! No pressure in making on-the-spot decisions/purchases. We spoke with Rabbit at the Lynwood location and he was very friendly and patient with us. He walked us through the types of mattresses available and gave suggestions on what might best suit our sleeping habits. His customer service felt more genuine than other stores that might push you into a sale, and beats out the guesswork you might have to do with out-of-the-box online mattresses. Honestly recommend!

Mattress Firm in Lynnwood provided excellent service in choosing my next bed. The sales associate Christa was able to walk me through the process with ease and ensured I found the mattress that fit my sleeping needs. You can expect knowledgeable friendly staff as soon as you come to this store. Ask their sales associates for help and let them know your sleeping preferences to find the perfect bed. I was lucky to get a nice discount and free adjustable base during one of their holiday sales. I'd recommend going during the week and leaving yourself ample time of about 2 hours to make sure you really try a lot of the beds that fit your style and then compare the beds you like most. I went in on a Monday night and practically had the store to myself to discuss sleeping options and try some different beds. You spend a third of your life sleeping so it should definitely be on a quality mattress. If I had the money to purchase an Intellibed (~$6000) then I for sure would have got one of those beauties! I'd say expect to spend anywhere from $2000-$4000 on a quality sleeping experience. Just a warning to those who haven't shopped for beds in a while so they don't get sticker shock. You shouldn't have to spend this money up front if you don't want to though. Ask the sales associates about their financing options. Anyway, 10/10 would recommend this store and their knowledgeable staff to anyone shopping for a new bed.

Hello Mattress & Pillow seekers! There are numerous mattress and pillow stores all around the Alderwood Mall area in Lynnwood. It was a $$stroke of good luck that I found my way to Mattress Firm Lynnwood North and was welcomed by Tyler and Eric to pick a new mattress and let go of the 7+ year old one. My motive to buy a new mattress is because my partner, who visits me from out of state, prefers a much firmer mattress than I do! I wanted to surprise her. So I was out on this solo secret mission in the dark of night seeking Mattresses!! Tyler welcomed me in the store. I started lying down and trying out all kinds of mattresses on the firmness scale 1 through 5 out of 10. Tyler was remarkably patient and easy going. I went back and forth from mattress to mattress to figure out which one would be the best one…. as firm as possible for my dear partner and yet not like cement for me!! I asked Tyler all kinds of questions about each mattress. He was calm and even humorous as he answered all my questions and educated me about mattresses. Therefore, instead of being a stressful process it became an enjoyable meeting. I felt at ease. Dayton introduced us to some modern mattress features, helped us factor in issues that other customers have faced, and was incredibly patient with us as we Goldilocks-ed and conferred over the store models he introduced. He even moved one of the mattresses into a different frame so we could try a different setup. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I also want to say I felt unexpectedly safe there. I just came in yesterday after seeing their Memorial Day sale had started. We were helped by Dayton, ASK FOR DAYTON, you won't regret it (make an appointment, it's needed right now!) During the lockdown I had ordered a mattress in a box online that was taking forever to come and I am SO glad for that delay because this experience, guidance and expertise was way better. I can't believe how much I learned going through the mattress testing process. Dayton had the best analogies to help us understand the differences between the mattresses and what was good for us. We purchased a King Purple 4 and an additional queen mattress for our guest room, King adjustable base and two purple pillows. I wasn't expecting to see Purple in the store since it seemed like an online brand but all four mattresses are there and they apparently have more of the online brands coming in as well. I feel so much better that we tried the mattresses before purchasing and know what we are getting. The prices and in person hands on experience can't be beat.

These guys really helped me out. My wife, baby and I practically rolled into town super late. Unpacked and quickly rushed in at around 1:40 PM just before they stopped same day delivery. At 1:54 PM he called the distribution center and was able to get my mattress on the truck even when they stop taking delivery orders at 2:00 PM. Joshua was super communicative and helpful. He knew my husband and I were going to come in the morning and so he arrived earlier to greet us. When we arrived he walked us through the different beds based on our needs and interests. He was very patient with us and let us test out the different beds in the store but didn't overwhelm us with too much information. It was also great he could tell us what each bed was made of so we could make an informed choice. It was a busy time for them, but he really worked hard to give us great customer service and attention while we were there. In the end, we found a mattress we were very happy with and Joshua help us save a ton of money. My husband and I are very happy customers at this Mattress Firm and would recommend coming here for the service and expertise. Thanks!
