The staff of the Mattress Firm did a fantastic job helping me with my purchase, particularly Kristi. They showed me every option in my price range, and tailored the experience to my tastes. Letting me test many options at my own pace. The delivery time was much shorter than other stores offering similar products. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for a place to by a Mattress look no further, they will have something for you!

I was greeted by Don and he did a great job juggling two of us (separate customers) that walked in at the same time. He was friendly and efficient, worked quickly and really knew his stuff/data. I was looking for something specific and he was great at narrowing down my options. He was a true joy to work with. I’d recommend the store because of him! We had a great experience with Kristi. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to match mattress options with our needs along with pointing out key things we should look for knowing we were side and back sleepers. No pressure to buy which allowed us time to do some research. After a few days of research, we decided on the Purple Hybrid 2. Since this was a big investment, we looked to get the best deal. We gave Kristi the opportunity to beat Purple’s pricing and she got us what we wanted plus a little more for the promotional price Purple offered. And we’ll get the bed and adjustable base in less time that from Purple.

I originally went in to replace my shipped in a box mattress that did not stand up over time! Buck was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable, I felt confident in my decision on the mattress I ended up choosing. My mom even came in and bought an adjustable base from him. I never felt pressured to buy, only supported throughout the entire process. Strongly recommend if you are in need of a new mattress!

The staff there is amazing and really friendly. Don Setchfield is the man to see. Very knowledgeable about what’s He’s talking about and has a super kind personality. Definitely talk to him when you’re going to shop there. As for the store itself, they have pretty much anything you can think of, from seals all the way to purple mattresses. However, they might now have it in stock but they can have it to you in about 48hr with free shipping. Definitely would recommend checking it out. The deals are great too.

Came in there on Labor Day to help my friend choose a mattress. Shortlisted to a couple of models and ended up picking a more expensive one, for which an adjustable bed was given for free. But when checking out it turned out the last one was already sold in the size we wanted, so we went with the second choice. The frame wasn't included, but since we couldn't get our first choice, to make up for that we were given a free bed frame with the second one. The price was already lowered due to Labor Day, but we got even some larger discount, due to constrained budget. And everything was done quickly and professionally. Couple of hours later I decided that it was actually a good time to throw away my old mattress as well, so I came back to the store and placed an order for myself, for the same model, only in larger size. Yesterday it was delivered and I'm writing this review after my first night sleep on a new mattress. I should have bought it sooner. Huge thanks to Kristina, the store manager, who spent a lot of time explaining the differences of different models to us, dealt with our indecisiveness, while being very friendly, accommodating, and making jokes and in general making this experience easy and great.

Don was very helpful and informative right away. My partner and I went to a few mattress stores right before coming to mattress firm in Kirkland and the sales people either didn’t care at all or were overly pushy to the point of making us uncomfortable. But while Don was with us guiding our experience from beginning to end, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He was able to answer every question we had and give us some science and specs behind the design of the mattresses that the other sales people didn’t even bother with. By the end of that shopping experience, I really liked one particular mattress, but just wasn’t ready to buy yet. And that was ok with Don. He sent me home with the information about the mattress I liked and with financing options because I was interested and that was that. I spent a few days looking online and thinking about the purchase (because it’s a BIG purchase) and decided I was ready to take the plunge, so I went back to the same store and luckily Don was there. And he not only remembered me, but he remembered my name, which mattress I liked and other things we had talked about the other day I had been in. I was shocked. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m glad Don was there to help guide me through the process of buying my first mattress. I know that if something doesn’t go right with the delivery or if I don’t like the mattress or pillows that I can come back and Don will be there to help me for that, too.

I recently purchased a mattress from the Redmond store and it wasn't working for me so I went back to try different mattereses. The model I was wanting to try was not at the store but I was informed that they had one at the Totem Lake store. Kristina Turner is the most knowledgeable, kind, and confident retail sales person that I have ever had the pleasure of shopping with. We haven’t shopped mattresses in store for a long time, because online was simpler. But we decided to give it a go this time and are super happy that we did. The staff at the Mattress Firm Kirkland Totem Lake was extremely kind and informative—and most of all, patient with our toddler running around the store touching and (probably) messing up everything. We could not make up our minds until the end but they were nice enough to let us know that we could come back again the day after (for a faster delivery) and gave us the model numbers in case we wanted to research further online. The morning after, we returned to the store and grabbed the fasted delivery option. The entire process was very satisfying. And of course, we love the new mattress. :)

We went here to buy a new mattress for my 77 year old mother. We had a great experience being helped by Matthew and Daniel. Both were extremely informative and helpful without being pushy. We never felt rushed or pressured. They answered all of our questions and gave us space to try what we needed. My wife and I recently purchased a bed from Mattress Firm, were helped by Denait and would recommend her. Denait was very knowledgeable, helpful and arranged a special deal for us whereby we could also take one of the mattresses on clearance for free to pull us through until our mattress arrived (as there was a couple weeks lead time in availability for the one we wanted). Denait also proactively called us when there were some supply chain disruptions that meant our delivery was delayed. Denait rescheduled and said she would regularly check to see if she could get our delivery bumped up to an earlier time.

After spending weeks researching and scrolling online and getting nowhere in my search for a firm mattress that is also able to contour to your body, I stopped by at Mattress Firm in totem lake. Kevin very pleasantly greeted us at the door which was refreshing since the store looked rather busy on president's day sale. He was very polite and thorough in finding out about our requirements and preferences and started showing us different mattresses with insightful details on how each works. He's definitely a mattress nerd (which is great for customers coming in with little knowledge about these) and was able to help us finalize on a great mattress with an excellent deal. I strongly suggest visiting this store instead of buying blindly online and I will definitely be back in future.

I'm a combination side and back sleeper, and have started having some lower back soreness after sleeping, which usually means it's time to replace a bed. I went into Mattress Firm after days of researching various mattresses for my height, weight, and overall build, so I came in already having a rough idea of what I was looking for. Dan was top-notch in service here. He started me on what I came in aiming for, but still took me through some steps to help zero in on other possible options. He was both friendly, and knowledgeable during the extensive time I spent trying out laying on several mattresses. Overall, it came down to a tie between the one I came in looking for, and another that I hadn't looked into that felt just as good, but was cheaper. While laying on it, Dan had to help another customer, which gave me some time to look up the second option on my phone, and it actually had roughly similar marks through sleep lab testing to the other. He came back, and I got the other mattress instead of the one I initially came in for, saving me roughly $300 in cost of the mattress. If you need a new mattress, you should always do a little research to get a rough idea of what you're looking for, but just buying online doesn't give you an opportunity to actually feel it out. For that, you should definitely go here!

The store appeared to be very clean, the sales people were masked and definitely social distancing. Buck Wagner helped us locate a new matress for what we wanted. He showed us several styles and firmness. Eventually we checked out "The Purple Bed" and really liked the feel of it. He explained all the good points and talked about all the other brands. He was very, very nice, explained everything several times and answered all of our questions.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Kirkland. Matt gave me a tour of the different beds and firmness in my price range. After testing out different ones i decided i liked medium firm foam mattresses more than the traditional springs. He gave me an incredibly great deal, much better than i could ever expect so im thrilled cuz i got a much better mattress than i thought i could and also an adjustable frame and other accessories. Im really glad i opted to check out the store instead of ordering kind of blindly off the internet. He was very helpful and informative, id recommend the store and their great staff!

I had an excellent experience shopping at Mattress Firm in Totem Lake. The manager there went above and beyond to get me a replacement box spring for one that was defective and should have been replaced by the manufacturing company that made the box spring. I had worked with the manufacturer for six frustrating weeks to try and get a replacement or partial refund and got nowhere with them. I gave up with the manufacturer and decided to just buy a new box spring. I was in and out of the Mattress Firm store in 15 minutes with a great box spring at a very fair price. I would recommend this store to anyone. Another great review 5/20/19: My husband and I had an excellent experience with the help of the store manager, Erik. First of all Erik made sure he helped us only as much as we wanted help so we could shop the way we wanted to shop in the store. He showed us multiple mattress to try out, each one working to get us closer to the mattress that would work best for us. Never once did we feel pressured to buy something that we did not come in to buy. Erik worked within out budget to get us the bed that would work best for us. He worked out the numbers and worked them again to get us the lowest possible price. We were completely happy with our shopping experience at Mattress Firm. We have purchased beds here before and will purchase them here again when needed.

Me and my friend went there just to browse but hopefully find a good firm matress to help with my back problems. Daniel greeted us with a friendly hello and asked me what I was looking for. I told him that I've had my matress since 2012 and that in the last 2 weeks I've noticed that my back has been hurting more and more. He asked me my budget and showed me two mattresses which were meh. He then showed me a Beautyrest firm mattress and I immediately felt the comfort and the difference even my friend loved it. I told him that I was currently also in search for my first car and he offered me the friends and family discount which brought it down from $1,299.99 to $650 plus tax which was $715 I couldn't let that opportunity go so I went for it and now I'm super excited to be able to sleep without waking up with my back hurting. Wednesday can't come fast enough that's when it will be delivered. I had never step foot in that location before but I am SOOOO glad I did. Thank you SO much Daniel even after a long 12 hour work day for Memorial DAY and only 30 minutes left of your shift you gave me an excellent customer service experience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK!!! He even texted me and wished me good luck in finding a great car so I really appreciated that gesture.There were two other employees there who were also very nice and polite. I didn't quite get their names. I would definitely recommend this Matress Firm to everyone. Again THANK YOU!! 😁

Mattress Firm has been the Bain of my existence since April when my bed base broke and the warranty company gave me the run around after the repairs that were made failed horribly. Yes We are in a pandemic but I was brushed off and ignored and not given any decent service until Totem Lake Mattress firm stepped in. They in good faith got my bed base switch out set up while I waited for the replacement voucher to come via email which ironically came the next day sttern4 calls to corporate and several emails to find out where the voucher that supposedly had been issued was. I loved the selection and pricing at your Kirkland store. Buying a mattress can be a daunting task, especially if you have back issues. I was injured years ago and bed ridden for 6 weeks with 5 bulging lumber disks. As a result I have chronic sciatica and have to be very careful to support my back properly. I was fortunate that James (aka Jim) was working the day I came in. Jim really listened to my concerns and unlike the other two stores I visited he didn’t try to sell me the most expensive mattress in the store, instead he pointed out the perfect mattress for my back and sleeping habits. The mattress was within my price range and it also came with a free Ensō Sleep System too! The customer Jim delivered with sincerity and a smile is something you normally don’t find In the retail world anymore. I also purchased your white glove delivery. Your drivers arrived yesterday to deliver my mattress and Enso Sleep System on schedule. They had masks, gloves, booties on (Covid-19 compliment). They were in and out in 10 minutes. Best of all, last night was the most comfortable and deep sleep I’ve had in a long time. And, with a push of a button I can elevate my head to read or watch TV in bed. Thank you Mattress Firm! You are a cut above the rest from start to finish.
