We needed a new mattress for our college girl. My husband and I always make an effort to shop locally in our Issaquah/Sammamish community so we popped over on a Sunday afternoon to see if we could find something for her full size bed. The staff was so friendly and efficient. We were really appreciative for her helpful recommendations and we were in + out in under 20 minutes. Delivery was prompt and just as promised. We will definitely be back.

I had the best experience with Mattress Firm. These people believe in customer service and it shows. All the sales people are very knowledgable and helpful and will assist you in any way they can. Being able to try out the showroom mattresses beforehand is a must before buying. Their 120 day trial period is the best perk of shopping with them. I invested in a very good mattress that turned out just not to be the right one for me. When I returned to the store to ask for a replacement, it was an easy process to get a different one. A special thanks to awesome Erica who went the extra mile to be sure I had the best mattress for me.

We bought a mid-range mattress and box spring from this location. We loved the mattress at first, but after about a month the box spring failed and then over the course of a year the mattress and box spring slowly caved in. We made a warranty claim against the manufacture, but were denied. We thought that was the end of it and we were SOL, but we came back to Mattress Firm and they made it all right. They replaced the mattress and we put the box spring refund towards an adjustable base, which we love. We recommend this shop to everyone. We will shop here again. They stand behind their products and take care of their customers.
