From the time we walked in the door the service staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We really appreciated Chelsea. Her knowledge about the different mattresses and willingness to allow us to try several mattresses over and over again. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive. She really wanted us to get the mattress we wanted. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of the right mattress.

I had an excellent experience today. I went to replace a 12 year old mattress. I did some research online first, but it was overwhelming. Mark helped me through the process, explaining all the different options and helping me figure out the best ones for me as a side sleeper with vengeful cats. It was low pressure. Wow if you are even thinking about purchasing a new mattress do yourself a favor and go ask for EVE. I was going to buy a mattress off of OfferUp and decided to stop in and check out new ones given I have been sleeping on my Amazon mattress for almost 7 years. SO glad I did. Eve was so kind, I was going to look quickly but decided to let her show me around and find my type of firmness. And she changed my life !! I never knew you could feel so great in your bed and never even knew some of the options she showed me existed. I ended up spending much more than I anticipated but It was VERY worth it. Especially when you learn about bed sanitization (it’s seriously gross stuff if you are a person who just cleans bedding once a week) Eve and Chelsea were SO knowledgeable and really changed my entire perspective on sleep. Eve made me feel very comfortable with the financing process and now I have my absolute dream bed with no regrets! So just do yourself a favor and go to this store and go to talk to Eve, you and your body deserve it!

Kevin and Erica at the sister location on Gilman were both easy going, accommodating and overall great to work with! The 5 star rating is entirely reflective of their efforts. From a corporate perspective I'm somewhat displeased. Pricing is opaque and even misleading; buyer beware. The final sale price rose $50 from when I first visited 3 days prior. The "free" adjustable base is backordered for several weeks and incurs a $150 delivery fee. It also isn't adjustable (I think?). I did not order it since we already have a frame and I didn't want to spend extra. I guess I can't really be too surprised but it's still frustrating. I'd rate the company closer to 2 stars.

When all set up we decided we needed a low profile foundation as the bed was just too tall (for our puppy to jump up to lol). We had purchased our mattress and foundation two years before from Mattress Firm and had a good experience so I called down to the local store in Issaquah and got Lucy on the phone. She very happily looked through stock on hand and helped me pick the perfect foundation for our set up and scheduled it for our earliest convenience! I should mention I called on Cyber Monday/ Black Friday week and I could tell from background noise it was busy in store at the time and she still took the time to help me order what I needed. In my experience, mattress shopping can be as bad as car shopping: A lot of options, big price differences … and overly eager salespeople. However, Don in the Issaquah location was a dream to work with. He listened to what I wanted, asked a few follow-up questions, and then expertly guided me to three options he thought would work best. He wasn’t pushy — he was very clear on pricing. He immediately addressed delivery options. And more than anything, he was just an incredible joy to work with, very personable while also professional. And this is the same store I walked out of three months ago because the (other) salesperson was such a turnoff. I wish all my shopping experiences went as well. We went to mattress firm today to pick out our new mattress and we were helped by Lucy. I had called before going in to get a run down on the different types of memory foam mattresses they offer and she was so helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions. We got to the store and it was very clean and there were hand sanitizing stations through the store. Lucy ensured that they sanitize in between customers trying beds so we felt comfortable laying on them. Can’t say enough about the customer service here at this store. I originally bought my mattress online. On my scheduled delivery day, I was never notified from Mattress Firm providing me a “window” of when they would deliver my mattress. I tried calling the Mattress Firm 1 (800) phone number but could not connect with an customer service agent. I was frustrated and decided to call this store (near my house) wondering if they could help. Joe answered my call and resolved my delivery issue within an hour and even provided an explanation of what happened. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my mattress on the scheduled delivery day (received next day), Joe’s customer service was excellent.
