The Mattress Firm in Everett was our first stop in our mattress shopping journey. We walked into the store with very little knowledge of the market, and with the intention of only seeing what was out there. We were immediately greeted by George, who offered to give us a full tour on the range of mattress options. He was very friendly, helped answer all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable about all mattress options in the store. He ended up convincing us of the value on a higher end mattress, and we walked out of the store having made the purchase. Thank you George for giving us such a great shopping experience!

I used Consumer Reports and other online resources to do research for a new mattress that might help my bad back. I was guessing that my current mattress, which I have used for about a year, was too hard, but I wasn't sure. I just knew I often woke up in pain. I used the Consumer Reports Mattress Selector to match my size and sleeping preferences (height, weight, back or side, sleeper, hot or cold sleeper, etc.) to some recommended mattresses. I picked two mattresses to from the recommended list and went to Mattress Firm in Everett,, WA to ask if these mattresses might be good for me and to get help deciding which one to purchase. I think I made the right choice going to Mattress Firm and meeting George, the salesman there. George was super helpful and knowledgeable (based on what I learned from my research about buying mattresses). He reviewed my choices and also my rationale for picking them and helped me decide which one was best for me. The mattresses I wanted to compare were not in stock (that didn't surprise me because no store can have everything) but George led me straight to mattresses I could try that were pretty much the same and had me compare them. Based on trying three different mattresses I was able to make an informed decision and was happy to see that the mattress I selected was also on sale!. I would not have needed Consumer Reports had I just gone to George first and explained what I was looking for in a mattress (but it's always good to do some research if you can). George impressed me with his knowledge of his products and his professionalism and personality. Beyond my expectations.

Recently purchased a new home and thought about doing a mattress upgrade to treat ourselves. Right when we walked into mattress firm, Seth Hand was attentive, and accommodating. We were a little pressed for time initially, and he was super respectful of our time constraints. We ended up coming back in and Seth was super patient and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all and really made sure we felt informed about our decisions and questions but wasn’t insistent. We felt so comfortable and ended up going with his recommendations as well as adding more on to our purchase. He’s personable and was genuinely helpful and nice. We will definitely be purchasing more bedding for our guest rooms in the future. To anyone who needs a new bed, Seth is awesome and you should definitely pay him a visit!! Went in to purchase a box spring for my KING size mattress after having issues with over stock. I purchased my mattresses from the location in lake city and my box spring from the Everett location. I spoke with a gentlemen when I was in there and he ordered me a king size box spring. I double checked that it was going to be the correct size to order because it only came to $130 plus tax so it seemed rather cheap (online it says you have to order two twin XL box springs to make the king size) upon delivery I got one twin XL box spring. I called and spoke to Lyndell at the Everett location and he was more than helpful! He contacted his manger and he called me right back. They waived the fee for the second box spring due to the mix up. Best $2500.00 I’ve ever spent on two mattresses and a box spring. I’ll definitely be using them in the future. Thank you for the top notch customer service!

Walked in not knowing exactly what we were looking for or would be interested in, as it had been about 13 years since we last shopped for a mattress. Anthony, the sales rep, took his time as he carefully helped us wade through all of the various options. Never tried to upsell and was always very honest with his thoughts, which we greatly appreciated. Finally settled on a king sizeTempurpedic hybrid adjustable which should be awesome. Bruh. When I tell you this place went above and beyond my expectations... I went to almost every mattress store along this road (there’s probably 5 or 6) and Mattress Firm was the best by far. It was my first time buying a brand new bed and Gavin hooked me tf up. He wasn’t pushy about trying to make an expensive sale and was very straightforward about what pricing he could offer in comparison to my budget and how much I was willing to spend. The man was incredibly personable and easy to talk to—almost felt like I was engaging with a family member. In the end, after all the free stuff he added on and the price he was willing to come down on, I ended up saving almost as much as I spent. 100% would recommend this store. Don’t waste your time at any of the others!

But after the sales associate, Bill, had us "test" some of the beds out, we ended up going with a bed that was a little out of our price range but it worked perfect for us. I haven't recieved my mattress yet since it's on back order but I will say the customer service re: the sale was excellent! I worked with Forest. He didn't give me too many choices or too much information. I'm quite confident that if I had an issue with my mattress it would be resolved to my satisfaction. Updated: My mattress ended up not being right for me. It was a foam bed in a box. I don't think it was Mattress Firm's fault though. I think it was defective. I feel like it never expanded fully. As I suspected Forest did an excellent job making it right. Super happy with the service he provided and my new bed. I highly recommend.

Our bed was not delivered on the proper day due to a clerical error but they were quick to schedule us for the very next day and here’s where I was majorly impressed. The deliver people, Chris and Tre, were amazing. Extremely fast, professional, polite, personable, and just the shinning example of what delivery and customer service SHOULD be like. The only reason it’s not a 5/5 is because of the salespersons clerical error with delivery. It’s a small shop but with a large selection. Thank you again Chris and Tre!

I have worked right next to this place for over a year, and I can honestly say, (after purchasing a new temperpedic for my son several months ago from a different company) my bed was way overdue for an upgrade... I had my eye on one of THIS LOCATIONS models, in particular as it was the only store with the model I truly wanted. After a visit the night before to conferm, i was reluctant and greatful to speak with the manager, Christa the next day.
