I was met with a friendly welcoming smile from Collin and James. I've purchased a mattress once in the past but did not have the extraordinary experience I did at this Covington location. Collin provided me with very helpful information to make the right choice for my comfort. No hype, no push, no hard sales tactics. His personal attention for nearly 2 hours was an interesting lesson on how to get the right mattress and base for me. I did end up spending more than expected, but I left there feeling very confident that I made the right choices so that I will get good comforting sleep. Collin likened a good mattress to giving a "big hug." That's exactly what mine feels like!

I stopped into Mattress Firm looking for a mattress to replace my king size mattress that is just not comfortable. Kenneth asked some detailed questions and then recommended several mattresses to try based on my sleep habits, body type and preferred temperature. I tried several mattresses and decided on the Purple Premier 2 for the support and cooling technology. Kenneth was very helpful and knowledge, and he is very personable and didn’t “hard sell”. He answered all my questions and made the decision making very easy. I highly recommend!

Worked with Nick. This guy knows his products very well. I did not intend to buy a mattress today. Just research. After spending 30 minutes in the store and being gently guided by Nick’s suggestions, I felt no need to wait. Spent 3 times more $$ than I originally intended to. But felt confident in my decision after Nick explained the difference in each model and patiently allowed me to try on multiple mattresses.

Nick was really great! I really appreciated him showing me all the options and the pros and cons to each type. I related to alot of the common sleeping issues he had shared and how changing his mattress really helped. I also got a great deal and I compared my price to what I would have paid if I bought the mattress online, and I ended up getting a better deal buying in store. I was able to get a mattress, sheets, and set up including taking my old mattress and saved $400. Thank you Nick!

I hopped in there real quick today, on a mission. Looking for a comfortable pillow. Ken the II assisted me right away. He got me to sample a few pillows and even did a little research online. I came in looking for a specific TemperPedic pillow, but after sampling a few different ones, I ended up walking away with a different brand entirely, but it felt just right. I’m hoping so now that I brought it home. The store was clean, Ken was very hospitable and knowledgeable! Many thanks!! I will return if this pillow is the ONE!!

Kenneth was super helpful at the Covington store in WA. He asked many questions about my sleep patterns and made many recommendations. After trying many and eliminating many. I decided and bought one right then and there. This was my second trip to a Mattress Firm, so I had a good idea (maybe) what I wanted. I had purchased a bed frame from another store and I wanted to make sure the mattress was not too high, covering the headboard. Kenneth helped me calculate the correct height mattress. The final test...is at delivery.
