We'll have our new split king adjustable delivered soon, but in the meantime I'd like to provide some feedback on the buying experience. We worked with Chris Elliot, he was very informative and helpful regarding project knowledge and showed us several options. I did look at two other stores and came back to Mattress Firm to make the purchase. Prices are very competitive and as a business owner, I really appreciated Chris's approach, no pushy sales stuff. Our experience at the Mattress Firm Canyon Park location was informative and enjoyable. Clay (Mattress Firm sales person) was incredibly knowledgeable about the type of bed we were considering, and the science of sleep in general. We did our own research of the bed we were looking for, and already knew a lot about it. Clay was able to add to what we researched, and was very patient as my wife and I asked tons of questions and tried out several mattress firmness and coolness. Even though the bed and base we purchased could have been bought at one of the brand’s flagship stores, we opted to buy it from Clay simply due to his kindness and care in helping my wife and I find the best mattress/base to fit our needs.

Went in to Mattress Firm in Bothell to look at and test out some different mattress types and we were helped by Alex who was one of the associates working. He first had us lay on 3 different mattress types to help us narrow down what we like. Alex was very informative and knowledgeable on what he thought would be best for us. He appeared to be the only one there working but did a fantastic job giving us a high level of attention while also helping 2 other customers and answering phones. The whole process was very smooth and we did not feel any pressure at all. They were fairly priced and had a good amount of options in stock. We ended up buying a mattress from him and I would strongly recommend this store and working with Alex if possible!

Went here with my fiance to pick out a mattress. We ended up financing a Queen sized medium firm spring mattress. I can't wait to get it shipped. It was our first time visiting a Mattress Firm and it was very thorough. Our sleep expert, Patrick, was incredibly gracious, warm, kind, and helpful. He meticulously selected a handful of mattresses for us to test out after asking us a series of questions pertaining to each of our sleeping habits and preferences and if we had any issues falling or staying asleep or with pain. He made sure that we walked away with a mattress that suited both of our needs. I would say this is worth the trip if you're looking for a new bed. While Patrick was just covering someone's shift at this store, I have no doubt that the staff at this location is just as professional and as amicable as Patrick was.

We had the best experience with our salesperson, Buck. We always expect to be upsold when we comes to places like this (mattress stores) but Buck was open and honest regarding price differences between models. He was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding our complaints about the comfort level of our current mattress. He was thorough when asking about our sleep positions and related aches and pains and had suggestions for what might work better for us. Additionally, he laughed at all my dumb movie/TV references and was just an all-around pleasant guy to do business with. Finally, make sure you ask about his horse. Trust me on this. 5 stars. I recently purchased a hybrid memory foam/traditional spring coil mattress from this location and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. Stephanie, who took care of me, was friendly and knowledgeable. She first had me try out difference mattress types to see which I was most comfortable lying down on. Once we found the perfect type, she helped me to pick a mattress that was in my price range. I even got a new body pillow with the deal! I highly recommend this location. I had Buck as my sales person today when looking for a new mattress and adjusted bed frame.. I have ehlers danlos syndrome and have back and joint issues. Buck was so nice and understanding. He was patient a d professional the entire time and I was there a long time. We found the perfect mattress for me. Then I told Buck I needed three more mattress sets and single California king for my 6’4”husband. Those are hard to find. But Buck reached out to his also very nice co workers to help search for one while i was trying out the other mattresses. When we were done, buck had everything figured out and written up in a clear and simple quote so I could take it home and show my husband. I never thought shopping for 4 mattresses could be so easy and relaxing as Buck made it fir me. He went way above and beyond what any sleep expert has ever done for me. I had never actually been in a mattress store before since I normally buy online, it made a big difference to be able to try out the mattresses and was pleasantly surprised that the price was the same for it online.

Surprisingly quick and simple mattress warranty process. Once we realized our bed, Beautyrest 800 Pacific Series, had excessive sagging and issues we looked into a replacement. Luckily, we still had time left on our ten year warranty. I didn’t have the original receipt and the company we originally purchased it from was bought out by Sleep Train and then Mattress Firm. To my surprise when I reached out to mattress firm they not only still honored all of the previous store warranties they also found my records after a short online chat and sent me a copy of my original receipt. All I needed to do was answer a few questions and submit pictures of the damaged mattress to show sagging (printable depth tool is included in process). The next day we received approval and a credit for the full price we paid for the original mattress. I took a copy of the credit form to my local mattress firm store, picked out a new mattress and credit was applied. All of this was done in a few days. All in all a pretty painless experience for a 9 year old mattesss.

Had it delivered free of charge directly to the apartment next day, early afternoon. *****Outstanding communication and service***** Mattress is very comfortable. If you're in the Greater Seattle area looking for a mattress, call this location and ask for Carmen. Five stars! - Detailed Review: Would easily buy another mattress from this location as a first option. I had moved to the Greater Seattle area from the East Coast on July 4th. The mattress that we had been looking at was on sale, and I called two other Mattress Firm locations before this one. On my third call (now Bothell location), Carmen answered the phone very promptly. I gave her the item number of the on-sale mattress I was looking for. The database showed that another location had the mattress, but she did her due diligence and said, "Let me call you back to make sure that they actually have the item, because sometimes, the inventory isn't always correct." That's when I knew how thorough she is. (I used to work in a retail setting, so I know how important it is to actually check to see if an item is physically present - and not just go with what the computer says - before a client gets frustrated/upset.) She could've easily told me to call that location myself, but she took the initiative and called. After several minutes, she called me back saying that they did not have it in stock, but during that time, she found another mattress also on sale. She asked how soon I needed the mattress. I told her "Next day, if possible. I just moved from the East Coast yesterday." Carmen: "Yes, then you'll definitely need one right away!" She even told me a bit about herself and welcomed me to Washington, so she was very personable. The available mattress, although a bit more expensive, was still on sale at half off, and it was within our budget (and looked to be even better than the one we had previously been looking at). She even told us that she could have a free next-day delivery. So I told her that I was interested, and she sent me an email with the PDF invoice and link directly to the purchase page on the website (so that I could complete the payment). However, I saw on the website that they also had a $50-off coupon that could be applied if a minimum purchase was made. I emailed her back asking if she could apply it since it was indeed over the minimum needed for the coupon. Sure enough, she applied the coupon and sent me an updated PDF invoice. The next day, the mattress was delivered early afternoon, during the earlier part of the estimated delivery window. The delivery drivers even carried up the mattress (king-size) box a few flights of stairs to where our apartment is located. We were not expecting them to do that, because that's not usually included in the free delivery. Decided to give them a tip and write this Google review just to say how professionally everything was handled.
