I don’t typically write reviews but the woman whom helped us (Michelle is her name) was so knowledgeable and helpful! My boyfriend and I walked into the store strongly disagreeing on what type of mattress we wanted. To be honest we walked into the store upset at each other. Michelle approached us as soon as we walked in and offered assistance. We told her the budget we wanted to work within and she didn’t try to sell us a product that was more expensive. She listened to our needs and offered a solution to something we both loved. We walked out of the store very happy and we spent a little more than anticipated. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thank you Michelle!

Codi was our salesperson- he actually helped us at the Tukwila location but I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He made buying a mattress a relatively painless experience. He went above and beyond in the customer service department. He advised us on what to look for and he even told us to reach out if we saw our mattress go on sale and the sale price would be honored. Well the mattress did go on sale and all I had to was text Codi and he texted back that my refund was in process. It was that simple. I was very impressed by that. The delivery was done on the day as promised and set up ready to go by a very friendly and knowledgeable delivery person. Can’t say enough good things about my experience at Mattress Firm. The pillow I got from here is definitely the best my Husband and I always fight for it at night lol definitely going to order more pillows here I guess a pillow for 140$ ish is a great investment . I also want to add that all the staff is great super friendly had a great experience I edited my post because at first I was not sure about how the pillow felt but after some time I realized I could only sleep with the pillow I got here

Pleasant experience at this store. Manager was super good, knowledgeable and patient. He let us try multiple mattresses that fit our budget and need. Was not pushing to sell expensive ones. Specify your need and budget clearly so that he may be able to show a better mattress that's on a deal....like he did to us. They have several sanitizer stations in the store as well.

Our bed and base arrived two days later and the delivery crew got it setup in under an hour, including hauling away our old mattress. The experience overall was fantastic. We've been sleeping on our new bed for a week now and couldn't be happier. We ended up going with a split king (two twin xls) on an adjustable L&P base. It has great features (remote, light, etc.) that make it feel like we're living in the future and we each adjust our bed throughout the night for comfort. A big thank you to everyone at Mattress Firm for getting us on the best bed we've ever had!

I forgot who helped me (it was the girl with blue hair and her tall boyfriend) but we got a super comfy mattress from here, with the help of the sales guy. We found a memory foam hybrid that was really comfy, that even I, a super lightweight woman, could sink into and get comfy in. I was never interested in a mattress base before, but after being shown the standard model, I realized how awesome it would be for gaming in bed! I love my new setup and use it all the time. The best part is that he didn't pressure us into buying anything, just gave us his advice and knowledge and let us decide naturally.

I’m always skeptical about going into places and getting stuck with a pushy/overbearing sales person, but my mom actually recommended this place and I’m glad she did. I was kindly greeted by Luis, who was very knowledgeable and answered my million questions and hypothetical situations (yes I am THAT customer). I was in a pinch, and needed a topper for my pull out couch when guests were coming over, wanted to get a memory foam replacement. Kevin informed me that while they couldn't help me there, he did help me in suggesting where I could get one. 2 weeks later, I am closing on buying a new home, and am getting my new king size tempurpedic mattress from them!! He didn't try and sell me in the most expensive model, he insisted I try several in different price ranges, and ultimately he helped me make a decision I am sure about. They definitely earned my business because of him. His approach should be an example to other sales persons.

Excellent customer service , Just purchased a mattress from Kevin & I couldn't be happier with the customer service. He was working alone and juggling between several different people but always came back to show that he was connected and attentive & had lots of information about all the different mattresses and was super helpful in me narrowing one down that might be perfect for me.
