I was recently mattress shopping for several bedrooms and am very pleased that I connected with Kenneth at Mattress Firm. He price matched the sale price of the local warehouse store and even upgraded me to slightly better models. It was Veterans Day week and I am a veteran so Kenneth threw in some complimentary pillows and protectors. I also dealt with Sarah to arrange delivery and pick up. I am very satisfied with the products and the service. Kenneth and Sarah were great to work with.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Let me start by telling you my brother has gotten our mom a bed through Mattress Firm, his bed through Mattress Firm and now my bed through Mattress Firm, the quality of the service and how wonderful these beds are I could not be happier with the service I got, from the minute that I walked through the doors at the Auburn location Kenneth took his time and showed me all the different options and I told him I was on a budget he really went the extra mile to make sure that I had the very best at the price I could afford. I got my lovely bed delivered within one day the delivery guys were very respectful, kind, fast and took the time to show me how to work the remote. They were in and out within 10 minutes I was shocked at how good they were and when I tried to give one of the guys a tip more than once he said no I cannot accept that but I insisted he please take it for some lunch money. I couldn't be happier with the Auburn Mattress Firm. THANKS FOR YET ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I had looked at 2 other mattress stores near auburn . I then called Kenneth at the mattress firm location in auburn, and he was very knowledgeable . I went in and told him exactly what we liked in a New mattress and quickly was matched with a serta hybrid adjustable king mattress. Thank you Kenneth, will refer you to others! It was delivered today ( just over 1 week from ordering) and the 2 gentleman who delivered, Eddy and Alvaro came in, took shoes off and put booties on so they're very conscientious of keeping my home clean during the install. They came and set up the adjustable bed, showed us how to operate it, and wanted to make sure we were pleased before leaving. They also took away our 7 year old mattress at no charge! Excellent all around!

Very satisfied with purchases. Excellent customer service from many staff however Benjamin stood out, from the Auburn wa location, when he helped me find sheets to fit my king mattress. Me and my family walked in with little to no idea with what kinda mattresses we wanted, but Kenneth helped us out immensely. His knowledge of mattress is insane, like I didn't know mattresses had zone coils to help with support. He was by our side the whole process and helped us pick out the mattresses that were perfect for each of us, and we have two kids so that's saying something. I was thrilled with my experience with Brittany Berg at Mattress Firm in Auburn, WA. She was patient, communicative and a true problem solver. I had purchased a mattress for my elderly mother, it was going to take a bit of time to have that exact one delivered. I needed this taken care of as soon as possible so Brittany talked me through all of the options. She personally measured bases and mattresses and helped talk me through the best option for my mom. She reassured me that she would contact me after she personally spoke with the warehouse to ensure the mattress was there and reserved for us. She called me back at the time she committed and really helped build significant trust that she would take care of us. Kenneth and Drake at Mattress Firm take care of business! We spent some time laying on every one of your top of the line mattresses, we were looking for the Aulani Disney Mattress, found it but, after trying a few on the floor we changed our mind and found exactly what we needed. Drakes professional, polite, knows his products, didn't try and oversell us what we didn't need. AND he told us that MF would price match if the bed we bought went on sale in the next few months. We called back on memorial weekend and got $500 back thanks to the sale, excellent customer service, and a great company that stands by its products! Very pleased with the customer service and can love our Sealy Hybrid Premium Chill mattress and adjustable base. Thanks Kenneth for taking care of us after the sale. We’ve told our friends and I highly recommend Mattress Firm for their products. Side note, Sleep number beds can’t compare to the comfort of our new bed, we tried a SN for 90 days and couldn’t get comfortable and our sleep suffered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went shopping for a new bed not expecting to find one, but *man* this place has some legit mattresses. A lot of them are really expensive, but they have a decent selection of inexpensive ones too. Their salesman Gerardo is excellent, and he gave us a lot of options, as well as being friendly as all get-out. If you've got a bed that's not giving you a good night's rest, and you've got okay credit, give em a shot. We ended up buying one, and I don't believe we'll be getting out of it for at least a week.

Drake answered all my questions, gave good advice, and more importantly space to try things out without putting any pressure to sell or upsell. He's the kind of sales person you always hope to get. Gerardo (sales) was amazing, delivery not so much We purchased our bed on Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday. The service from our salesperson (Gerardo) was great. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He truly wanted to understand our wants and needs. He was thorough and professional the entire time. When the delivery team arrived it seemed as if this is going to be a smooth process. When we heard a loud bang from downstairs my wife and I look at each other but didn't think much of it but when they had us come up to show us how the base works. This is when we noticed the scratches and damage on our bed frame. We believe they would not have told us if we did not notice and that is shady. Mistakes happen but own up to them.

If you ever visit this store, make sure that Gerardo is the salesman who helps you. Not only did we get an amazing product, but we were far more impressed by the outstanding and fantastic service we were graced to have while we were in Gerardo's care. I personally was not there when the mattress was purchased but my husband was and he isnt very fond of people. He was so impressed by Gerardo's personality, knowledge and friendliness that he has not stopped speaking about it. Morgan was the absolute best. I had a warranty replacement only because of his diligence in making sure I knew it was worth pursuing because of the age of my existing mattress. Well $2000 credit to my name after the warranty claim was approved and I was certainly glad he pointed me in the right direction!! His customer service didn’t stop there! I came in twice with tons of question, tons of laying on beds, comparing and contrasting options for my specific situation.. All answered with a smile genuine appreciation for my questions and reasons for asking with helpful information back. He took my needs and concerns into account giving me ideas on which would suit me best. What more could I ask for?? I know free sheets!!!! No luck. ;-). His coworker Robert even got in the mix and was helping me with information in the time it took me to lay for a bit on almost every firm mattress in the place. Neither of these gentleman were getting a commission because it was a warranty sale. I still got white glove treatment. We purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from this store because the website indicated the store had the model we were interested in on the showroom floor. Our salesperson, Kenneth, was friendly and listened to our needs. He did indeed have the model we were interested in on the showroom floor. He did a good job explaining the features of the different models to ensure we selected one that fit our needs. We purchased the model we originally came to the store for. We left the store confident in our purchase. We have a glitch in the delivery of our mattress. We were notified by the warehouse that our truck was on its way so we rushed to prepare. Unfortunately, the delivery did not show up during the morning delivery time frame. Unable to speak to anyone at the warehouse, we contacted the Auburn store and spoke to Geraldo. He was sympathetic to our situation and tried very hard to still get our delivery the same day. Well, to make a long story short, our delivery team arrived at 6:30pm and even though we were the last of 15 deliveries for that truck, the team did a great job removing our old mattress and installing the new one. They made sure everything was set up properly and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for the extra effort from the delivery team and the concern from the store that we obtained delivery on the day promised.

My husband and I hopped from bed, to bed, to bed - back to the other bed. He educated us on each one we touched, but he didn't bore us with the details. He gave us just enough info that if we wanted to hear more we had to ask a question. He didn't push a sale, he wasn't a "car salesman", he was genuine. We appreciate that type of sale. We couldn't get financed (dang new cars we just purchased) the first day we went into the store; however, we said we would return to the store. To be honest, we weren't sure when we could be back (in a day, a month, or a year), but we always speak the truth. We were able to return to the store in a few days. Honestly, if we had found the same exact set-up cheaper elsewhere, we would have still returned to Sleep Train. The service Benny provided is not common, and we appreciate his attitude/work ethics. Purchasing the bed from Benny (Sleep Train) would have been a better purchase than trying to save a little money. Benny continued to show us kindness and perfect customer service. We are returning customers to the store, but I must say, Benny is the reason we will return again! Thank you, sir, and thank you Sleep Train!

I've had trouble with mattresses in the past, due to the springs always popping up and poking me, so I figured I'd bite the bullet and get a memory foam. When I got to the store I was intimidated by the $1000+ pricetags for memory foams everywhere, as my previous purchases at other stores had been in the $300-400 range. Basically find the cheapest bed that felt decent and try to get the whole thing over and done with as quickly as possible. The employee who assisted me, Benjamin, was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the products, and overall great. I told him what my issue was and what I was looking for and he took the time to answer all of my questions and even explain and show me the different kind of springs and fillings. And although I got a spring mattress instead of a memory foam and spent more than my typical $300/$400 range, it was a very well informed purchase. It felt more like a long term investment instead of an annoying necessity to be done with as quickly as possible like with my previous purchases. I feel satisfied that I got a good product that matched my needs and was still within my price range. I would highly recommend this store to others. Will buy from again.
