The Restonic, Comfort Care, Microcoil mattress in King size in the last seven months has been the best night's sleep and the mattress I've ever slept on. Locally built and sourced which I love, and comes with an unbelievable 15-year warranty. Seriously who has that? Don't buy a mattress without giving John or Kevin in Woodinville a call. I'ma huge fan!

Great products and competitive prices, but the real closer was the buying experience. We shopped at several places in Woodinville for a new mattress, and hands down I would say that if you only have time for one place, it should be the Mattress Depot. John was our sales person and he was very low-pressure and helpful. We both agreed that he helped us find what we wanted, and he did NOT push a product on us unlike some of the other places we went. We greatly appreciated the experience. Unfortunately, all of the other shops in the area are not even close to these guys and are very high-pressure and sales-heavy. Other places (Costco) did not have the right products. We are big Costco fans but their mattresses are not great (we are currently replacing our mattresses from there after years of "tolerating" them) and if you take one down and lay on it there for a sec you can tell the difference. This place, though, was GREAT. We bought our new mattress there and we plan to go back to buy our kids' new mattresses soon as well. Very personable, helpful, and they had a lot of things in stock in the store even. Can't recommend enough! And it's a locally owned franchise, too!

Talked to Kevin, choose a different mattress (tempurpedic one which was around $4K - $2K refunded). The mattress turn out to be great. We also bought an adjustable base BT3000. Went to Mattress Firm in Monroe, WA today and talked to two salesman. They immediately seemed like slimy used car salesman. Even though we kept telling them we only wanted a mattress they kept trying to sneak in a bed frame, pillows and sheets that added several hundred dollars to the price. They didn’t actually seem to know much about mattresses at all. We finally left with nothing but an undeniable urge to shower and an agreement that we would never set foot in that store again. We drove directly over to the Woodinville Location of Mattress Depot. The difference was night and day. The owner was polite, pleasant, professional and not at all high pressure. He was knowledgeable and very patient as we asked question after question and laid on half the mattresses in the store. We ended up getting a great deal with no pressure to buy anything but what we went there for. It was a great experience. I’d highly recommend Mattress Depot to anyone who’s looking for a new mattress.

Overall excellent experience. Sales approach was helpful and informative without being high-pressure or manipulative. One of the reasons we decided to purchase from Mattress Depot was because we had a bad experience with another company and a salesperson who just tried to pressure us into buying that instant. Experience at Mattress Depot, on the other hand, was great. Respectful of our time and needs, helped us find the right mattress and walked us through options without forcing anything on us. (We actually left after the first visit to come back and buy another day, and there was no guilt-tripping for leaving without a purchase the first time! I needed a bed since I'm an old guy and was moving into a smaller space. Mattress Depot in Woodinville came highly recommended by several friends. The excellent sales person helped me find the perfect bed size, comfort level and firmness. After I described my health conditions, we decided on an adjustable base. I had never heard of this, but I am so happy they recommend one! I now have the legs of a 23 year old when I wake up in the morning after sleeping with my legs slightly elevated. I sleep through the night which I haven't done in years - thank you Mattress Depot Woodinville.

This is my second time purchasing a mattress set from Mattress Depot Woodinville. I was concerned about the store changing ownership from my last visit but I should not have been. Clint and Thad were super knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. They are friendly and didn't pressure an “up-sell” on me as this 2nd set is for a guest room.
