Initially was looking for/researching mattresses online and that lead to more questions than answers. Found several I wanted to try and were at stores near mattress depot, didn't find the mattresses I was looking for at those stores. Went to mattress depot because it was close and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Vernon's customer service is some of the best I've experienced. Perfect balance of information/help and not hovering. Decided on a mattress and realized that night how much softer it was than my current mattress. Called the next day and delayed shipping. Went back in and Vernon switched me to a different mattress with no problems. Thanks Vernon!

They knew their product, they gave you space to check them out, they weren’t hard closers, and the mattress I got is a game changer. My back has quit hurting, I loved everything about this experience. When I needed to change the bed height, boom, they just handled it. So easy to deal with and a couple of great pros in this business.

This review is a little late, but I definitely wanted to get around to it because the people over at Mattress Depot Outlet were extremely helpful, professional, and made me and my wife feel comfortable when going through our mattress shopping experience. Vernon was able to give us good insight and share some knowledge about the different types of mattresses that we were looking at, and had a great process to helping us. I have already recommended Mattress Depot Outlet (this specific location) to a few friends who were also looking for a new mattress - and I will continue to recommend them.

My husband and I did alot of research on mattresses before going to the Mattress Depot Outlet. We met Donald who provided us with even more info. By the end of our conversation we knew what kind of mattress we wanted, but we were still unsure about the base. After going home and ordering a matching base to our vant headboard we arrived back to order the mattress. Donald wasn't in so we dealt with Vernon who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Neither one did a hard sell on us, and we left both times comfortable in our purchase. The mattress has arrived and is exactly what was promised. They sell 95% new products, so "outlet" is misleading.

I got several options on which mattress Depot locations I'm going to go for a mattress hunting today but GOD took me to this specific area in which I'm very familiar with. I was the second customer and the gentleman in-charge told me to give him 5 mins (he closed more than 6k deal on the 1st customer...ssshhh). Done! My turn now... His name is Vernon. First, he asked me what brought me to his location. I told him my need to find a comfy bed that would help ease my back pain since I'm suffering from scoliosis and arthritis on my spine. I said, I "want" an all natural foam mattress and full-sized. Second, he let me try several foam mattresses in the showroom and discussed about prices and all other stuff like bedframes, etc. Finally, I purchased a Queen-sized Luxor-Pedic Hybrid Memory Foam. I hope this mattress would be the answer for my sleepless, turning and tossing nights🙏 Well, to make my story short and precised...Over the top salesman, friendly, accommodating and with a ready smile for his customers. He knows what he's doing.

We ended up buying an adjustable frame with a memory foam mattress which was under a great deal which we never knew existed. Really bad service! I ordered a king bed mattress plus box springs from this store, while the bed framing I ordered online from a different store. I provided all the details of the bed (dimensions) to the seller in this store, and he suggested me to take the 9-inch box springs. Once the bed framing arrive and my husband assembled everything, I realized that it's way too high! I called the store again to ask a replacement for the box spring (5-inch instead), and the seller said that it's my problem and I can't return it and get a new one. The only option that he gave me is to buy a new one and also pay for the delivery. He is the one that told me to take the 9-inch, I'm originally not from this area, so I listened to his advice, but I couldn't believe that I'll get such a response from him after I purchased the product. He wasn't kind to me on the phone and didn't try to assist me at all. I won't return to buy from them ever. ********************************************************************** 01/27/2019 I just wanted to update my previous review - the owner of the store contacted me right after the review was published, and try to understand better what happened. After I explained him the details, he has decided to send me a new box sprint without any further cost. This time, the box springs are in the right dimensions and fit exactly to my new bed. For that, I appreciate the willingness of the store to fix the problem, and I changed my review score based on that.
