This was a one stop shop for our first mattress buying experience. Robbie provides excellent personalized customer service, listens and is so kind and caring. Unlike other stores, they have in-house delivery so our mattress is able to be delivered in one day! (Also cause its in stock. :)) And their prices are super budget friendly - they stuck within our desired range easily and even showed us things far below our range with total respect and truly left the decision to us. Thanks, Robbie and Mattress City - what a blessing!

So let me start from the beginning.. we had been researching mattresses for months on what would be a big purchase for us money wise. We went to over 7 different stores some being the bigger name stores with each one we left feeling more on the fence with things cause it felt like they just wanted a sale, and I get that it is their job but then we walked in and met Robbie and well it was a game changer for us. There was no pressure no crazy sales pitch it was a honest conversation based on our needs and budget. Robbie walked us thru all the pros and cons of each mattress we were interested in and then showed us other options. We had a lot of questions and she took the time to explain everything and it was a wonderful experience. Robbie is a wonderful kind human being whose only goal is to help you find what you need regardless of what your budget is. We finally ended up going with a higher end model bed and did the 12 months financing with 0% interest and it was one of the better decisions we have made. Robbie is active within our community to help those who are in need and she is just a down to earth person. On the day her team came to deliver the mattress and set it up they were timely and respectful of our house and set things up swiftly. Regardless of your budget this is the store you need to go to whether you are spending a few hundred or several thousand she has all budgets covered and you will leave there knowing you were not taking advantage of and your needs and wants were met. Unlike most places I checked with in Snohomish and Monroe with a low or no inventory and I needed the mattress the same day, these people had a large inventory and I was able to test out several mattresses and pick the one that worked the best for us. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer most all my questions, and those they couldn't, they were able to look up quickly to confirm. The only reasons this isn't a 5 is first, the store was a bit dingy, like they had moved in and opened shop before taking the time to repaint the walls and everything, which was a bit of a deterrent counteracted by the staff (in my opinion), And they had been having internet issues the day I went in and everything for the actual purchase took a bit longer than it could have. My husband and I went in to Mattress City a few weeks ago in search of a new mattress. I am halfway through my first pregnancy, and we had just relocated here. We wanted to explore other options than the competitor (mattress firm seemed like the only option closer to us here in Seattle proper) and we are so glad we did and checked out Mattress City in Lynnwood. Our first mattress had turned out to be more of a torture device for us both, and we were NOT sleeping well. We were greeted by Robbie who was absolutely amazing. She walked us through some technical info on the difference between options, some pros and cons to consider, and then gave us some space to just check things out and try the mattresses out so we could feel really good about our decision. It was so nice to have just the right amount of engagement without feeling like a salesperson was breathing on us. Robbie was delightful and really sweet and seemed as eager as we were to help us get into a more comfortable sleeping situation. She was super empathetic. Then, we were blown away when, after making our bed selection, she was able to schedule a next day delivery, AND the bed came with a free sheet set and 2 pillows to-boot! She even called us the next morning to follow up on the delivery schedule and make sure we were getting exactly the mattress we wanted. She went above and beyond, and was overall just a really nice person. She took a lot of the stress out of the process and got us taken care of so quickly. The delivery of the mattress also went super smoothly and they arrived right at the start of the delivery window. The guys were also super polite and professional. Highly recommend!! Lastly, we have been sleeping amazingly since our new bed came! We went with the DreamCloud premium as a compromise between my husband and I (and my side sleeping needs) and we are both in heaven with the comfiness of the bed, while still feeling support, especially along the edges.. And we ended up saving $700 relative to the price of the matress/torture device we returned. Very happy customers!!

I was welcomed immediately as I entered the store. As I walked through the store I was asked about what I was interested in and sleeping style. There was no sales pressure, just a genuine interest in understanding how I slept and understanding about some injuries I have that effect my sleep. The staff there was incredibly knowledgeable and before I knew it we had down selected to two matresss. At that point I was left alone so I could relax on the mattresses and make sure there were no adverse pressure points. Once I made up my mind on which mattress, the purchasing process was incredibly easy. The whole time I was there everyone was so very nice and we all shared stories as conversation was so easy to have. I asked for next day delivery and was easily accommodated. The delivery team called me ahead of time and told me when they would be at my house. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. In less that ten minutes my old mattress and box springs were removed and my new mattress set was installed. Overall this has been a great experience. I will be a returning customer.

It was as if a bed magically appeared exactly when we needed it. A job very well done!!! In all the chaos of moving in, these gentlemen were outstanding.

I went in on a Friday with my mom just to look because I was in the search for a new mattress. The store was open and clean. Damien our sales man was nice and informative. I really like the beauty rest silver and he said there was a sale going on. The bed plus a free box frame and also free delivery which would also take your old mattress. He gave me his card and said the sale would go on until the next day so I went home to think about it. Later that night I called to tell him I’d like to come back because of the sale going on and asked if the metal frames would be free with the box and he said yeah he can throw it in there as a package. I went in the next day that Saturday afternoon ready to sign and finance the bed. We started going over everything again and he said shipping was $59.99 and my mom asked what happened to the free delivery and he said they don’t do that anymore. Then told me the metal frames were $89. So I ended up paying more than my budget. I didn’t want to go back and return since I’d just rather finance the bed and not do business at this place again. Apparently they aren’t a place they upholds to their word. Just glad I got the bed.

They have financing which I didn't need but nice to know and a 30 day return policy with no fees, you can switch to another mattress. Delivery is only $60 and they usually can do next day delivery. So far, I'm very happy I decided to go there and hopefully the one I bought will work for me!

I'm very thankful for the experience I had in this Mattress City store. The name of the saleslady who helped me is Elyse. She truly puts customers' interest in the first place. I have a tight budget. She patiently explained the pros and cons of the products that can fit my budget. And she made numerous phone calls to the store owner just to make sure I can get the lowest prices. While she was making the phone calls and checking inventory, the time had passed the closing hour. The store closes at 6pm, she stayed until 7pm because of the sale to me.
