This furniture store runs pricier than the local shops around here, but they have huge sales on holiday weekends to even out the playing field. Definitely wait for a sale week to make your purchase. The showroom at this location is quite spacious and there is much to look at and choose from. They can also order anything you like off the website too. The staff is friendly and helpful. All in all, it's a good place to find some quality house furniture.

I had a great experience buying a couch and a dining table here. Richard was very helpful and showed me exactly what I asked for and within my budget. Before I received my couch and after I bought it, they had called me and told me the couch price was lowered and refunded me the difference. Now the delivery service was phenomenal, they are able to come on Saturdays and Sundays. The first couch I received had a chip on the leg which I only noticed after they left and I called Macy's and immediately they scheduled a full replacement couch for the next date that was convenient for me. Honestly I would recommend anyone here and the stuff I got is USA made and we'll built.

Great shopping experience for our new couch. It was great to go later in the evening and have the store to ourselves on a weekday evening. Deborah was absolutely amazing to work with and we will continue to work with her for any future furniture we want to grab from Macy's. Definitely check the in store sales before you buy. The delivery service was also fantastic and respectful.

After looking for a new sofa set at a variety of furniture stores we ended up here, not expecting to find anything but were pleasantly surprised to find and purchase a corner sectional. Pleasant service, trademark Macys sale reducing the price by a few thousand dollars, and delivery only took a few days. -1 star because part if the delivery included one piece in an entirely different color due to a picking error @ the warehouse. This was corrected the same week. Would return in future.

Overall: Would definitely do business here again, BUT you have to know a few key things - (a) Firmly decline worry-no-more protection and don't sound hesitant about it. (b) To ensure you don't have to deal with customer service, be sure to REJECT delivery of any item with defects/blemishes. It is 1000 times easier to reject the delivery than to convince them later there is a defect and should be replaced. They will try up to 3-4 times, after which you'll have to either cancel the order or accept the final delivery and take a rebate of some amount. PLEASE GOOGLE Worry-No-More, because there are literally hundreds (thousands?) of 1 star reviews of this program where the customer was asked leading questions and then the claim rejected on various frivolous grounds. Once you even TRY to make a claim, you are disqualified from getting your money back at the end of the 5 years. So the common consensus is that this program is a huge scam. That said, I bought a couch/recliner and living room table from here as it seemed to be the only store hitting the right balance of price/quality for me, and I'm pretty happy with all of the items. Each delivery attempt was made on-time, close to the start of the time window (2nd delivery was early but they called to check if that was OK). The delivery teams were polite and seemed pretty careful with the items. The leather on the couch had some quality control issues (severely dry/wrinkled in places) and I had to reject two deliveries before they brought one that was acceptable, however this was expected since even the floor model in the store had some issues. Other couches on the floor looked like they were more consistently made. Dealing with customer service was a big PITA, their customer support # told me I had to go in to the store, and when I got to the store they said I had to call customer support. I was given really hostile looks by both the manager and salesman as soon as I mentioned I was looking for an exchange - they tried to brusquely (not quite rudely) tell me off while I was trying to explain the issue, though they were helpful enough once I was able to get them to look at the photos I took.

At this particular location, I really enjoyed not being harassed by employees as soon as we walked in the door asking zillions of questions about what we were shopping for. We've been to other Macy's locations and felt accosted right from the get go because they work on commission. At this place, we were allowed to walk around the whole store, with only a few employees saying "let us know if you need any help" briefly as we walked. Overall, a much friendlier and less stressful shopping experience than we've had at other locations.

Horrible experience, i placed an order for recliner sofa a month back and still i have not received it yet. My order was scheduled for delivery yesterday and it auto cancelled and no basic followup from store. When i tried to reach the store on phone, staff pick the call and take notes and promise to get back, which will never happen. I strongly recommend to go and purchase some where else.

Pretty good selection of furniture in the showroom. It’s nice to be able to see furniture in person. So much of it looks great but is uncomfortable when sat on.

Nice furniture. Considering it's all new there is some decent value to be found in here. Very clingy/ high pressure sales people though, every time I go in there. I wish there was a way to say, "I'm just browsing, thank you", and have them get the message. Nice people, I just feel so bad pushing them away because you can tell they are on commission but, when I wanna browse, I wanna browse!
