Very helpful, great service, large variety of foam products & options. I had a somewhat non-standard foam problem - trying to modify the armrest for a wheelchair/scooter. The staff was very creative & helped me solve the problem. They didn't try to sell any specific product; but we looked at various options. Highly recommend the "friendly foam shop" - the name says it all!

We converted a service van into a camper for our road trips, then purchased a foldable queen size mattress from The Friendly Foam Shop. During our first trip through the southwest, we slept as comfortable on their foam as we do at home on a very expensive mattress. We are impressed with the mattress and very happy with Friendly Foams Shop’s customer service. I highly recommend them for any custom foam work!

Matt was super helpful. Helped us choose exactly what we were looking for. Pretty fair prices, keep in mind they are higher priced than online but the quality is much higher as well. We tried a few "firm" options online that would flatten when laid on.

They really are friendly! I live in the south end and don't get up to the U District very often, and the Friendly Foam shop is the only place in town that I know of to buy the kind of lumbar cushion I need for driving. Today, I was up that way for another reason, and on my way back, I was hurrying to try to get to the Friendly Foam shop before it closed. I arrived a few minutes late and the door was locked. However, unlike most businesses, they unlocked the door and let me come in and buy my much-needed lumbar cushion anyway. Dear Friendly Foam Folks: My back and I thank you immensely for going above and beyond the call of duty!!
