Tim SaarNever thought I'd review a mattress store, but they made the experience so easy I felt I had to. We were given ample time and these little private rooms to test out the beds, and the sales person was very knowledge and not pushy at all. I'd even go so far as to say it was fun!
Mitica ManuExcellent experience when working with Kelly. She was super helpful, shared very relevant information about the different options, and very accommodating to ensure that we are getting the best option for us (including multiple follow-ups to our questions).

They had every mattress model set up in mock bedrooms. Each was inviting and clean.
When you lay down to try one, they close a curtain and leave you to it. Imaging that.
The staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. They answered all our questions.
When we were ready to buy, they asked me to pull out my phone. Within 30 seconds I was approved for an 18 month 0% loan.
We payed nothing in store and left with a queen sized Hybrid.
The clerk who showed us the different models loaded it into our car for us.
I don't see how a mattress buying experience could possibly be better 🤷♂️
Kelly BroughtonThis is the only location in WA and thank goodness they’re here! It was great to be able to come in and try out all the mattresses because buying online can be so challenging. The reps were wonderful and so knowledgeable. We had such an amazing experience here and being able to take home our mattress the same day in a box without having to tie it down on the roof of our car is wonderful! They even offered curbside service which was a plus! Highly recommend Casper ❤️
Kristina PavlovichHad a great experience here. Par was very helpful and patient with us. We did our homework before coming in but wanted to try the mattress before buying. Par gave us all the time we wanted to try out the mattresses. She was also very helpful with finding the best discounts to apply when we were ready to check out. We planned to buy online but it ended up being cheaper to buy in store on this occasion. Nothing but praise for this store, Par and Casper in general. Thanks Par!

She presented different options and was very good at communicating in person, over the phone, and through email. I didn't feel pressured to buy or buy more than what I needed. I love the mattress and adjustable bed frame that I got.
