Paul was awesome. He had us try many different models to get what we needed. He spent the time needed. Very helpful, very thorough, and a very nice guy. 100% recommend this location and Paul particularly. Edited to add: just had them delivered. If I could give more stars, I would. I walked into the store and told them I knew nothing about prices. My salesman Kelly said no problem we are here to help you pick the best one for you! I like soft a soft mattress so that’s what he showed me. Told me all about each and everyone! He answered all my questions and I chose the perfect one for me. Well with his help of course. Kelly was a perfect salesman. All in all it was an amazing adventure!!

Carolee was amazing…. We have been going through every bed you can imagine. Total of 10 over the past 5 years from expensive to cheap trying to get some sleep. All beds are comfortable in the showroom. But she asked us all the right questions made recommendations. But when I found the one that I liked the best due to all the questions she asked the one I liked was in the top 3. So we left feeling good about our choice for the first time in a long time.

They keep their word. When we first got a purple mattress, there was a strange line at the top. It looked like it was somehow damaged or defective. They didn’t question it and were ready to replace the mattress. They started processing right away. After another day , the mattress filled out the weird gap so it wasn’t necessary. (These mattresses come in a roll from the factory, ) Thing is, the mattress firm was right there for us. And didn’t balk or anything. They were easy to work with . And the sales process was low pressure—truly consultative. Now , many months later, still no problems with the mattress. I will definitely buy from them again.

At first, I left so frustrated because I wanted a new bed so bad and an adjustable frame. we decided to go back on Tuesday to see what we could possibly do in our budget. We needed to replace a horrible mattress that not many years ago cost us a boatload. I researched online and saw many options, but when you enter the store most of those options are not on the floor. We tried many options at the store and eventually found one at (no surprise) a higher price, but we were willing to pay it after actually trying them. The sales person stayed late, gave us a discount that seemed to make the price more fair, and even worked out shipping options that fit our unique circumstance. Highly recommend.

We went on a Saturday evening. first dropped my Nicholas was the salesperson that assisted. He took my information to see if I qualified to finance a bed. My wife told him that had to get me from across the shopping center. We got back and then proceeded to ask us what type of mattress we would want. We told him. Went in to browse mattresses, wasn't sure I would leave with anything or have made a decision. Cathy helped us out and she was wonderful, she gave us some mattress care instructions and was very patient, we were there for 3 or 4 hours and she was so helpful the entire time, even suggesting items and options for payment I didn't even know about and explained them. It was a relief because I have never bought furniture or anything large for myself where I would need to consider different repayment options. I left confident about my choice and excited about the new mattress that my partner and I don't have to worry about replacing for a long time. I never give 5 star reviews but this one is well deserved. From the second I walked into the Jordan Landing store, Bill was there to greet us with a warm Welcome. Usually Sales Men/Women bug me but Bill was different, he was empathetic and even took the time to go over different options and listened to my needs from mattress preference to budget. Not once did he try to push us into buying something and was very patient as I was being indecisive. I left the store with an Awesome deal and a friend named Bill.

My wife got our bed and the girls mattresses from here recently. She said a sales associate was extremely helpful. I think she said his name was Rory. She was rather impressed with his sales knowledge of the product and his sales technique. The two gentleman Jose and Juan who delivered our mattresses and bed were very polite. They also setup the beds quick. They did have to push the appointment back but they called ahead and let us know that they would be late. Afterwards though they were then early and. I wasn't quite prepared for their arrival. I thought they would be there later which did end up working for me in the long run better. The only negative thing I can say is I wish that they took all of our old mattresses that they replaced. They did tell us earlier though that they wouldn't be able to take some of the old mattresses because of stains and rips. We do have to find a way to haul them to the dump but overall a pleasant experience. The beds are better than we expected, the service was outstanding and personable. The company will definitely get our business again. Oh and they offer an affordable payment plan. Kudos to all who work at Matress firm good job!

Rory was amazing! We weren't sure what we wanted and had good doing experiences before but somehow still ended up in a bed that wasn't good for my husband and I. Rory was a wealth of information. We opted for an adjustable base with an original purple mattress. Not even going to lie, we went in around 1230, left at 230 for lunch and to get kids from school. Highly recommend at least going there to take a look. Placed an order for a king size medium intellibed on 2/20/21. Had to drop the rating a bit due to delivery issues. Delivery scheduled for the 3/1/21, we were contacted on 2/28/21 which is the day before delivery and told a delay has come up the new delivery date is 3/12/21. Not sure if this is typically trending this direction lately but just be aware that it is happening. I think mattress firm should be able to confirm these dates a lot closer to the actual date they tell you. Update: Received mattress and other items on the 12th. The delivery and communication was great. Thanks.

I came here about a year ago and was not impressed. It was a bad experience and it made me stop looking for mattresses until now about a year later. I decided to give it another shot. When I walked in I was created by the new General Manager. He was super friendly and gave me the breakdown of the deals they were having and explained the color scheme of the beds. I asked him if I could look around and I’d come to him with questions and he did just that. He wasn’t following me around like the other guy. He gave me space, answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt confident enough that I bought a mattress from him. He gave me an amazing deal, threw in some perks and I left feeling so happy and excited. I, for once didn’t have buyers remorse. The stores new staff is amazing and I’d recommend them for anyone. I’m so glad they re-staffed and brought in an amazing manager to bring this store up. It has a lot of potential in my eyes. Kudos for Mattress Firm for making that change.

She pulled at least a half dozen out and had him try them out. Based on what he said she pulled out the next one until we found the perfect bed for him. We tried 5 beds before anyone even acknowledged we were in the store. The moment we entered Jordan Landing's Matress Firm Rory greeted us and immediately started the conversation of what he could do for us. He helped us pick an amazing adjustable platform and misquoted the price(in our favor). He immediately realized that was wrong but still held to the original price quoted. We couldn't refuse buying everything right then. Rory completely sold us on something we already wanted. His kindness, knowledge of the products, and honest customer service was such a breath of fresh air. Now for the delivery... even the delivery was excellent!! We were scheduled from 3:15-5:15 which normally means we'll see you at 7. Right? Not these guys. They were here at 3:00 and had removed the old and installed the new and were gone by 3:20. They were curtious and even came with their own rug and boot covers so they didn't track anything in. Can you guys start selling other items so we can get this kind of service with every purchase?

Well when we arrived, we were promptly greeted and allowed to shop, Bo was our salesman he had showed us all the bells and whistles of the adjustable frame we were fond of, he told us of the wifi features that it had, we were sold, We signed papers, and we're on our way we waited patiently to for the weekend when it was supposed to be delivered we then found out that it had been postponed we were still very enthusiastic about our new bed set so we waited patiently when the bed set arrived it was a bit of a disappointment to find out that the Wi-Fi features were not available on the bed that was delivered only to find out it was an older model on the showroom floor that had the Wi-Fi features I called the salesman I talk to Bo and he got back with me after a short. Of time after he talked to his manager and said the Wi-Fi feature enabled us to have a second way of controlling the bed the reason I wanted the Wi-Fi feature was to have a second way to control the bed he then told me they would order me in a remote that could be programmed to run with the remote we had so we both had remotes he then offered a Wi-Fi module that wasn't going to be out until the next year still hopeful we decided to give it time for the remote to come in after a while we hadn't heard anything so we decided to stop by the store only to find out that Bo had dropped the ball not only did he drop the ball but he no longer work there so nobody had any idea that we were waiting for anyting and the remote had not been ordered Chuck Lindsay another salesman at the store picked up where Bo had dropped the ball he had talked to his manager and they offered me a solution to my problem Chuck is great I would definitely send my friends to him overall the experience was was good they do take care of their customers if they are aware that there's a problem if it was my choice to buy here again I definitely would but go see Chuck he's a good guy
