Talk to Shantal! She is great. Gives you all the info you need but also gives you space too. Do NOT talk to the other guy! He got everything I ordered wrong. Thankfully I got it all sorted out except the purple pillow I ordered (he ordered on the wrong size) I couldn't return because it was shipped to my house. But mostly a positive experience.

First of all, we love the mattress we bought at Mattress Firm. The salesperson we worked with was helpful and helped us narrow down our choices and find what we were looking for. I wish he had told us before we bought it some things, like that the sleep guarantee is NOT fee returns (you have to pay a pricey restocking fee) and that the mattress takes a few months to get used to. But we ended up really loving the mattress so we didn’t need to return it. Another thing to beware of is that the company they go through for the “interest free” financing is a little tricky - do the math yourself to make sure that your monthly payment will result in the mattress being paid off before the ridiculously high interest kicks in. The original monthly payment we were recommended was not going to pay it off before the interest kicked in and we would have paid significantly more had we not done the math ourselves and set up auto payments for the correct amount.

Miranda was very helpful. Helped me find exactly what I needed super quick. Great experience. ***Update the platform frame Miranda recommended actually collapsed with my elderly dad laying on it, on several occasions. This is not okay. I specifically told her at the time of purchase that it was for my elderly dad and the fact that she would actually recommend a frame that is commonly returned for collapsing is incredibly inconsiderate. I went back to Mattress Firm and spoke to the manager Colby and he was very understanding of my frustrations. He explained that she shouldn't have sold me that type of frame especially for an adult. They are just not stable enough. I was going to drop my 5 stars to a 1 if it had not been for Colby understanding the situation and being willing to help me out. I paid the difference for a better frame. And he said they would delivery it for free and take away the garage frame also. Which I think was totally fair. I think Miranda was friendly but she recommended a terrible frame which caused my elderly dad to fall out of bed several times. I heard she no longer works at this location. So if you go to this location Colby will take good care of you.

I had first put 3 stars. The experience was great in the store. I knew what I wanted and it was easy. I bought a bed and a frame. When I got home the frame seemed like it had been damaged and was missing a wing nut. The store reached out to me and said they would replace it. Today they sent someone with a replacement frame. They set it up and took the old one away! It was a very pleasant experience.

After experiencing pressure point pain, tossing and turning, and waking up feeling beat up, we decided it was time for a mattress upgrade. Our experience at the Spanish Fork Mattress Firm location was seamless. The team members (Shantal and The Real Danny) we’re so Knowledgeable and friendly. We left the store and 3 hours later our mattress was delivered to our Sandy home. I’m sure that’s not always the case, however, I was blown away by the speedy delivery. I woke up this morning with a pain free body after our first night on our new Sealy Hybrid. Well worth every penny. Treat yourself!! After all, we spend nearly half of our lives in bed. ALSO….. The in-house financing give everyone the opportunity for a restful nights sleep.

We haven't bought a mattress for ourselves in a long time. So when we went shopping we stopped at Mattress Firm in Spanish Fork first because it was closest to our home. What I wanted to find was a person at a store that was knowledgeable, could answer all of my questions, and educate me about what was available. Jill was all of that. She asked great questions and then showed us all of the different options and the whole time wasn't pressure or try to guide us to the mattress she wanted to sell. She worked really hard to find the mattress that was right for us. We got her quote and then went to another store to compare. What we realized was that not only had she helped us find what we wanted, but she was the salesperson that we wanted to buy from. We went back and purchased from her. Great experience and great customer support. I will definitely be recommending her and her store to friends and family.

I purchased a box springs and was told they had it in stock, but I didn’t have a way to take it home, so I set up for delivery which the earliest time was 3 days later. My son got time off, so the next day we went back to pick up the box springs. They didn’t have it at the store. I was told in stock meant in a warehouse somewhere. I assume in SLC. Previous to going to the store, I called the store 3 times and each time phone rang then the word busy came on my screen, so they had a live agent text option, so I texted them. Never got a response, so that’s why I made the trip to the store to be told they didn’t have the box springs I paid for the previous night. The night I purchased the box springs I was told it was $ 170.00. I was told there was a $20 delivery fee. When writing the ticket, the gentleman told me he would just add the box springs and delivery fee together, I said okay because I don’t know how it works. The total for the box springs and delivery was $190.00 plus tax ended up costing $204.73. When I went in today, there was a different person who said delivery is free and that box springs cost $198.00, so someone doesn’t know what they are talking about. It has been a frustrating day. I need the box springs now, so I can get a good nights sleep. I don’t like being lied to, so I am not a satisfied customer. Hope your experience is better than mine. I was just contacted by Mattress Firm and asked how they could fix the miscommunication. They were willing to refund my money and bring me a box springs on Monday. I am impressed that they actually want to do what was right for the customer that rarely happens these days. For this reason, I am changing my rating to a 5 because their willingness to do what is right. Thank you Mattress Firm for serving your customers properly.

Recently have been on the lookout for a new pillow. It's been an exhaustive search with constant guessing if a said pillow will be comfortable and I've tried EVERY pillow from the Big Box store cheap ones to Amazon shopping mid range to premium pricing that local manufacturers sell, none of them have been what I was looking for. So, instead of wasting more time and not sleeping, I walked into Mattress Firm to see if they'd have test pillows before purchasing. Luckily Trent was able to show me like 10 or so to try out on a bed that was similar to my own. That way I wouldn't have a hard time with finding the right pillow, only to then go home to a different mattress and having my purchase be for nothing. Eventually settled on the perfect one! Really appreciate the help I received, no pushy sales tactics, just helped me to find the best option!

If only we had known about this place when we bought our first mattress. We went in just to see about getting a new bed. We were willing to pay the price for a comfortable bed. We talked with Nathan Terry and laid on the beds over and over again. Initially wanted a tempurpedic (they don't sell them) but, after laying on the Dream Bed we were sold. We have had our bed for over month and I have never slept better!! Not to mention the amazing pillows he introduced us to, Columbia Omni Freeze. I love this bed and was so happy Nate took the time to make sure we were getting the best bed to fit our needs.

Minus 1 star for pushy upselling. Minus 1 star for only carrying 1/3 or less of online options. You go to a store because you want to try before you buy. Salesman was helpful with answering my questions when he wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive mattress in the store. Prices are high but so are other places that have a brick and mortar store. Nothing terrible nothing amazing. Ended up going with a mattress liquidator instead saving thousands. Note: I am rather frugal and would never pay for a mattress that needs the equivalent of an auto loan--but that's just me.
