This is the place if you want to try out and buy any of the Purple pillows or mattresses, which are heaven, btw! The salesman is awesome, he doesn't push anything at all, just gives you info and orders what you want. Honestly, I don't think he needs to push anything with these mattresses and pillows - they just sell themselves!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm! Our salesperson, Keith, was incredibly knowledgeable but more importantly, patient, as my husband and I tried out nearly every mattress in the store (yes, we're those people). We never felt pressured to make a bigger investment, and Keith was transparent in the pros + cons to everything we considered. He talked us through differences between brands, warranties, bed bases, coils + springs, foam density, mattress protectors - everything! But always in a no-pressure, friendly, approachable way. We felt well-informed when we made our purchase, and because of a sale we were even able to add pillows and a sheet set without breaking the bank. We can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!

He showed us viable choices at several price points, with no pressure toward the “latest and greatest”—just the bed most likely to meet our needs and tastes. The bed has not been delivered yet, but delivery was scheduled without requiring a long wait. So far, so good. We’ll see over time if this was the good purchase we think it will be. Sam was excellent, but all the staff here were respectful and gave me space to look around the store for a bit then carefully approached and answered my questions. I bought a mattress because they were not pushy or overbearing. They love mattresses and know the science of sleeping well. Limited selection of high end products and more expensive than I anticipated, but this is because their product quality is what sets them apart from other stores that just sell "any old mattress". Go here only if you're serious about investing in good products for good sleep.

Bought a new mattress yesterday at Mattress Firm from Dan. We were so impressed with his knowledge and salesmanship! He listened to what we were saying and didn't pressure us at all. I had a wonderful experience here!! I was having terrible back pain from a brand new bed I just purchased online and was now in need of a different bed. I was a little nervous trying out beds during the pandemic but it had to be done. Sam assured me they were careful about sanitizing everything and I felt pretty safe. I told Sam my situation and about my back problems (spinal stenosis) and he helped me find the perfect bed. I had so many questions and tried quite a few beds and he spent lots of time with me and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at home. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a buck like I sometimes do at other places. I haven’t received the bed yet so not sure if it really will be the bed of my dreams, but I will definitely stick with this place over any other to purchase another bed. Best customer service ever and great quality beds!!!

I had a good experience with this location. I worked with Kelly, who approached me initially offering a presentation, with information about their product. Even after dismissing his presentation (explaining I had a headache), he was helpful and attentive to our needs. I explained our primary focus was price and comfort and he was respected boundaries while still offering helpful suggestions. After a long day dealing with salesmen (hence the headache) it was refreshing to just go in a store, talk to a human, and get the mattress we needed. I will add, however, that the adjustable base doesn't offer a way to connect a headboard. I didn't find this out until after I had chosen this free option. It would have been nice for mattress firm to offer brackets with the package. Adjustable base is nice though.

I was treated like a King. And from the time I walked in to the time I left there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I got to lay on the mattresses I liked for as long as I wanted to, to insure I was choosing the right one for me. They went above and beyond to get me a great price and they even tried to find me one close by to take home that very night. Which we weren't able to, but I'm very happy with the quick delivery and atmosphere of the store in Ogden, Ut. Thanks again for all your help.
