Bill was very helpful in getting us the right mattress. It really boils down to personal choice I feel and then price range. It gets perty pricey but paying for a good night's sleep is worth it to have comfort. The delivery went smoothly as well and they brought it up to our room with no issues.

The mattress we chose was a better deal than on the brands official site! Bill is the man!! Very knowledgeable with mattresses down to the thread material. He was not pushy or hovering over our shoulders and let us be. When we had questions he was very attentive and thorough with his answers. My wife and I went in to mattress firm at the Orem location today to look for mattresses for our new home we are about to move into. My wife and I honestly did not know really what we were looking for. Bill knows mattresses like a car salesman knows his inventory. He was effortless without hesitation explaining the difference’s in mattress brands, styles and what materials they are constructed with. We landed on a (sealy posturepedic plus hybrid high point 14 plush mattress). He also helped us choose a mattress for our son. Bill made our purchases as smooth as possible. He had us in and out within 35 minutes. Go see bill for your next mattress, he will most definitely help you make the right decision.

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm to look at and figure out what kind of mattresses we liked - to then go look for something used. I 100% walked in with no intention of buying a mattress as I felt they were all way out of our budget and in general I dislike salespeople. Talking to a salesperson can just stress me out. But my husband convinced me to go in and walk around and Trent was the one who helped us. He asked our budget and what we were looking for. He assured us he could find something we’d like. I seriously doubted him. But for our minimal budget of $250-300 he took us to some mattresses that happened to be on sale and found us an incredible quality mattress that is normally around $700 but was on sale! It was so comfortable and great quality and we would get a warranty. We walked out of that store with a mattress that perfectly fit our needs AND Trent was kind enough to schedule the shipment to the store right before we actually moved so we didn’t have the hassle of storing an extra mattress at our place. Trent was absolutely amazing and totally exceeded any expectations I had at a mattress store!! All the thanks to Trent for helping us out and being so kind and helpful!

An appreciation and outstanding review for this store manager, Mandi Hansen. I placed an order online and after waited for 2 weeks, my delivery came WITHOUT my mattress. I’ve tried to reached out to customer service numerous times and nothing was helping. Feeling helpless, I called my local store and Mandi saved the day. She went out of her way to understand the issue, thoroughly investigated and found a solution to help. Instead of waiting for another two weeks for my mattress to be delivered (hopefully, there were no promises), Mandi made it possible for my mattress to be delivered within two days. She’s prompt and responsive, eager to help, and very polite. Mattress Firm is lucky to have a store manager like her. Its online customer service, on the other hand, 0/10. If you need a mattress from mattress firm, highly recommend you go to the store in person. I’ll be going to Mandi for sure.

Went in to try a Purple mattress thinking that if I liked it I would order one on line. All models were on display and Bill was great help. Also compared several other mattresses, and decided to have delivered and set up from there, including an adjustable frame I had not previously considered but which did seem to make breathing easier on "snore"setting.....addendum: the above was written after initial visit. I was told items I wanted were in stock, but only after paying via their email link was I told delivery would be delayed.another week. In interval I opted to try Puffy instead. Canceled order and was told refund would take 7 to 10 days

We just recently moved to Utah from overseas. It was Christmas Eve, the store in Orem was closing early - and we urgently needed to buy some beds before moving into our new home in the coming days. Bill was a hoot. He was every bit the salesman, but that is meant entirely as a compliment: cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable, a good listener and quickly able to determine our needs, whilst giving us a number of options to fit our budget. If you're looking to buy a new bed, he's a great guy to talk to.

UPDATE: Corey have me a call and clarified a couple things. He was able to give me the $500 price for my mattress and was very helpful in explaining the return process. I should have been a bit more vocal at the time of sale, he knows what he’s talking about. He also explained the store policies. Thanks for the help, Corey! I wasn’t super happy with my experience in store, and I’m hoping for a better experience with delivery and the bed itself. The salesman was pretty unprofessional and didn’t really listen to the comments I was making. When I walked in he seemed to be napping on one of the beds. When I left he went back to that same bed and laid down again. During the visit he told me the price of the mattress I wanted was $500, but it rang up at $700 and he didn’t say a word about it. He didn’t mention any of the information regarding the 120-day trial period, savings opportunities, or rules regarding returns. I’m hoping this bed is worth it...

After trying both, Trent, the sales rep, recommended that we try the Intelibed before making our decision. We loved it. I went to three different mattress stores. I went to Willeys first, I have an account there. I was there for 10 minutes. I saw three sales people, men, standing around talking and laughing. No one asked me for assistance? I don’t get it? A simple hello would have been nice. So I left. I went to the mattress firm, Gerad helped me within 2 minutes, answered my questions, I bought a mattress. Educate your sales people retailers. They will make you or break you.

We bought a Tulo mattress for $500, a box spring for $150, he threw in a mattress protector for free and we got two free pillows. We ended up upgrading from the two pillows that were free (originally $30) to pillows that are $100. Those $100 pillows he marked down to $60.He was very friendly and helpful. 3rd post 4 stars The day of my 2nd post I received a phone call updating me on my refund status. They advised me my refund was in process on the previous day. I had my refund in three days. I was impressed that someone read the comment and I received a phone call. I adjusted my rating to 4 stars because of the follow up. But I did not go to 5 because I did not get an update on the package and there was no apology for the confusion. However, because of the response I will consider Mattress Firm in my future bedding needs. 2nd Post 2 stars I have to update this post. While the purchasing experience overall was a positive experience the day of delivery was disappointing. When I received my bed and asked about the additional bundle I bought I was told that would be mailed to me. I visited the store and yes sir the package I bought is sent and I will have to wait at least 2-4 days get my sheets and pillows! Also the company was supposed to refund me over a 1000 dollars and I was told that would be 5 days. Well Wednesday was day 5. When I asked the man at the store he said the refund does not process until all is invoices and delivered the. It will be 5 days. I spent the same amount on the day I was to get a refund, why hang on to the original purchase? For me this means I WONT BY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM mattress firm. If you wish to so than make sure you get ALL THE DETAILS. This is original post 5 stars I started my purchase with Brice in the Downtown Salt Lake Store. That experience was perfect and he meet all my needs and questions. I visited the store in Orem to pick up my order but decided to go a different direction. The process is lengthy in working with customers. But Jill keep the area informed. As well we were testing mattresses so we were not rushed. When it came to work with me it was closing time but she blew right past that without even a reference to it. During the process she listened to understand my needs and helped me get a return, refund, purchase etc without a snap. Returned to the store the next day have a delivery scheduled and she went right at it again. She is an awesome employee and treats your customers right.

Today was you're basic average day...me wondering around checking out the neighborhood and looking for somewhere to buy those giant white cookies with the yummy pink frosting...okay...well that didn't happen. I walked into Mattress Firm and was kindly greeted by Carson Quinn and asked him to show me some mattresses, considering he was not selling cookies. I must of layed down on about 6 or so mattresses after telling Carson my price range. I fell in love with one particular mattress and so we walked over to the desk to see if I could get financed. "Yay" I could. Told Carson that I would be back the next day. Well...I backed down and called him and said it needed to be next month. Okay a few days pass and I back in the store with my friend. Cory was working that day and I had the same polite greeting. I told him of the mattress I liked and we went over the figures. Cory gave me the confidence to go ahead and have it financed. "Yay" I did. About three or so days later I have the mattress and the adjustable base in my apartment and I love it! Thank you very much to Mattress Firm, Carson, Cory and great delivery guys! Looking for ward to many years sleeping on this great setup!

UPDATE: Since the original post below Kelsey has personally reached out to my wife and I to apologize for all of the miscommunications. We greatly appreciated her apology and her help, and we do enjoy the mattress we purchased, so I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3. #1 The customer service problem... I wish I could give Mattress Firm a better rating, but we had a horrible experience. It all started when we arrived to the store and began looking at mattresses. After working with Kelsey, and her further questioning us, we told her that we had previously gone other places to shop for a mattress, we even showed her a quote we received. IMMEDIATELY, she began to discredit that company and diminish their reputation, talking about how poorly their business was run, and that we must avoid them at all costs. I was about to leave the store but the only thing that kept me there is she offered to match the price on a better mattress for the same quoted price we received, so we ended up purchasing the mattress. #2 The delivery problem.... When we purchased the mattress they told us that we will receive an automated phone call the next day to confirm our delivery and we can deny or accept the delivery time. The next day I answered the phone and had to deny the delivery time since it was in the middle of the work day. The automated call told me to call mattress firm again to re-schedule. I called Mattress firm and spoke to another worker this time. He told me that I would have to wait, and receive a phone call from the delivery people the next day and when they call me, (at the original delivery time that was inconvenient), to tell them I am not home and they will just deliver it later that night. The next day I received the call from the delivery guy and told him I was not home, he then told me that I need to call Mattress Firm AGAIN to reschedule. I called and this time spoke to the same guy, who then transferred me to Kelsey, the one who sold us the mattress. She basically informed me that it was my fault for calling the wrong location to schedule my delivery time and that I should have called her. She then had to RESCHEDULE AGAIN for our mattress to come nearly 1 week after the original purchase date. I am dissatisfied with not only the customer service, but also the delivery inconvenience. Lastly, I find it very unprofessional when a salesman talks poorly about their competition, and tries to sell over what others fault, in stead of the VALUE of their product.
