Kale was an EXCELLENT sales representative; he was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and transparent. We went to three other mattress stores before we went to the mattress firm. Sam, the salesman that helped us, was very kind, very knowledgeable and let me explain the problems I was having with my current mattress. Sam gave me straightforward honest answers which was very refreshing compared to the other places we were at. The store was well laid out, very well lit and had a much better atmosphere than the other stores. Sam saved us $1,000 over the other stores on the same mattress the other stores were offering. I would highly recommend the mattress firm if you're looking for a mattress.

This was my third time purchasing a bed from Mattress Firm. Twice it has been at this location. From the minute we walked in until we left it was a great experience! We were greeted by Gabe, the store manager. He was very professional and polite. I was shopping for a guest bed for my sons spare room and wanted to take my time so as to get a bed that would suit everyone’s needs. Gabe was extremely patient. I went into mattress firm last night in Salt Lake City hoping that if I went at the end of the day I find somebody who is maybe a little tired but not too busy and I found somebody who was still Smiling after a long day and by far one of the most helpful sales managers I’ve ever met in my life and I’ve worked in this business for 45 years with customer service. May I just say I am impressed, if the mattress and what I purchased is anywhere nearly as awesome as Gabe then you’ve got one very satisfied customer. We arrived about 15 minutes to closing time on Black Friday. This was the 4th mattress place we had been to. Josh made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. He was very attentive to my needs (I need to have a couple surgeries in my neck and back) and pointed out a couple mattresses that I might feel ok in. Including the Black Friday promotion. I finally (after 4 stores) fell in love with a mattress. While laying on the bed making sure it was going to be comfortable for me to sleep in, Josh went and worked with my mother who had been looking at mattresses as well. He was able to find her exactly what she needed. He made us aware that they have a promotion for a free adjustable bed frame. But, him and I knew that I would benefit from the zero gravity option and I knew I didn’t need or want all the bells and whistles with the high end frames. So he found us one that would work with my mattress and would give me the elevation I need. The entire time he was extremely attentive and offered as many options as he could to help me find the most comfortable mattress. In the end he had stayed after closing to work with us and was able to get my mother and myself into new beds and even was able to get the mattress I wanted into my budget!!! Thank you so much Josh!!!! And Kudos for making our experience the best bed buying experience we have ever had. I could even think about having a better experience than I had with Josh!! I don’t write reviews often but, this one was warranted!!!

Originally they were unable to deliver my mattress as scheduled at the time of purchase because the sales rep ordered it from the manufacturer and not from their own warehouse. But after a few frustrating phone calls, the store manager was able to complete my order. Overall I was happy shopping here and their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking a new mattress. If not for the mix up on the order, it would have been a perfect experience.

So, a follow-up on the above: we were told the mattress would arrive on 1 Feb, but now we're told it won't be until 8 Feb, and maybe later. Something about Covid and delivery and hospitals and blah blah blah, but we weren't given a heads-up about possible delivery delays when we bought it, even though they've apparently been experiencing them for some time, now. We'll see if it comes on 8 Feb...

Keep in mind that if you don't purchase a mattress protector at the same time as your mattress, any stains on the mattress will void the warranty.

You can buy a pillow online any day, but you don't have the ability to touch, feel and see the actual product, and you definitely won't get the kind great kind of service I received today.

Knew what I wanted, went to my local store about five minutes away, price was as advertised, then headed out to the warehouse (15 minutes further) for a super efficient pickup. Within an hour I had a new Serta mattress in the house for 1/2 of the normal price!

I went into this Salt Lake City Mattress Firm a couple days ago to purchase a new mattress and mobile frame for a new upholstered bed. Chris, the awesome sales associate there, helped me find the perfect mattress and moving frame that was equipped to function with my new upholstered bed. Chris was also very respectful about my price range and helped me find multiple mattresses and frames that fit inside that range. After choosing the mattress and frame, I got to choose the day of delivery, obtained a 10 year warranty on the mattress, and Chris suggested two protectors for the mattress to ensure longevity with cats in the house. Since a third of your time is spent on your mattress, I believe I made the right choice by going to Mattress Firm. I'm very pleased and happy with my purchases and would recommend anyone to go here for a big investment like a mattress. Thanks again, Chris for the great service and help!

When he didnt have exactly what I wanted and couldnt get me that mattress when I needed it, he quickly thought of another option for me and totally solved my problem. The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and got me what I wanted. I drove to the warehouse to pick it up myself the same day, and they had it out to me in a few minutes. I never would have guessed that a king size memory foam mattress could come rolled up in such a small box for $300. I could have fit 6 or more of them in the back of my 2014 Subaru Outback. You could fit one in the backseat of a Honda Civic. Helpful staff, good price, good product. I'll sleep well tonight.

This was my first experience buying my own mattress for an unfurnished apartment and this was the perfect place to do it. I walked in, tried a few mattresses, got a great deal, and got out. They arranged the perfect delivery appointment for me. The people came on time and moved a queen size bed into my apt within a matter of 2-3 minutes. The owners are very friendly and easy-going; this could not have been a better experience.

My fiancé and I worked with Jordan Peterson and he was amazing! We walked in not thinking of buying a bed and we walked out confident that we could afford a king size bed! Jordan is probably one of the most intent and genuine salesmen I have ever encountered! I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a great price and a great bed. They work with you and don’t turn away when they check your credit score! He worked with us for hours to get the best deal possible with our not so great credit and low income because we are students. He called around trying to get us a good deal and spent a lot of time on his computer looking at mattresses that would fit our budget! The same model was no longer available, nor was any information available about it to compare with current models. Josh sought a recommendation from a colleague, and this new mattress was bought and delivered. There ensured several nights of ever worsening sleep on a mattress that was significantly softer than what we were used to. My wife likened getting off it to trying to crawl out of ditch. Back to see Josh. Based on our experience he was able to suggest an alternative model and jumped through hoops to speed delivery of a replacement without any financial or logistical hassles. Much more satisfying sleep has ensued since. Josh, thanks for taking care of a bear with a sore head.

Wow, never realized how fun and easy it would be to shop for a mattress. I've bought a couple matresses before, but they were pretty lackluster experiences, except this one. Nathan at Mattress Firm was just the best sales person I've ever encountered for any product, he is an excellent human being, and although I was only in there for 15 minutes tops, I enjoyed chatting with him! I had a pillow top and it was so soft it hurt my back. I started sleeping on the spring side because it was firmer, until the springs started to go through the fabric. I left work and went immediately to the store to purchase a firm mattress. I received immediate attention, the sales people were nice to me and asked me all the appropriate questions. I was nervous I would be "sold at" by high-pressure sales people when I walked in but instead got a lot of genuine, fun help and felt no pressure at all. Nathan the store manager was amazing and made buying a new mattress a more informed and entertaining experience than I could have ever imagined. It's a super laid back environment and we and another customer even ended up just hanging out for a couple of hours after they closed talking as we wrapped up the sale of my new $2400 purchase, which I feel great about. I myself run a retail business based on treating the customers right and having fun in a no-pressure environment and I have to say I might need to steal some pages from Mattress Firm and Nathan's play book. I went to the SLC store on the last day of a sale. The sales person was Bryce, who was very helpful, charming, and knowledgable of every bed I wanted to try out. By the time I came back a second time that day I selected the Misty Creek Queen Size mattress plus some other stuff. On the counter as Bryce was writing out my bill I saw a button that read "GROOVY". We joked about the button and how "COOL" it was. As I write this review I would have to state that my buying experience at Mattress Firm was both Cool and Groovy.
