I visited a Tempupedic flagship store in Cranston due to a warranty issue to retrieve accurate information on a mattress. My initial purchase was at Cardis… need I say more or shall I say less of a desirable experience, including the sales staff,whom I will not mention but she was beyond friendly or helpful In the Cranston flagship store I came to meet Amy..need I say more.. I can’t say enough of the pleasurable experience, between her knowledge and hospitable personality that is second to none, you felt like you were talking to your best friend. So if you’re looking for anything Tempurpedic this is where I would shop.. hands down the best experience

Easy smooth experience. Store was well put together, employees were attentive kind and helpful. No aggressive sales tactics. Found the best bed set to treat my sleep/back issues. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about all equipment, and very helpful to meet my needs. I am so pleased and thankful to have entered this location. Love my purchase! Will be back to buy beds for my children as they grow! The base was completely worth it and has helped immensely with posture, acid reflux and snoring. Don’t go cheap, you’re health and sleep will thank you for it. See Amy, she’s phenomenal!

Amy was just THE BEST! She patiently guided us through choosing our new king mattress set & pillows & we absolutely love them! She even invited our dogs in & gave them water & Milkbones! The Cranston store is an hour & a half from our CT home but was well worth the trip due to Amy’s fantastic customer service & product knowledge. We opted to purchase from her & the financing was very simple. Mattress set arrived quickly & they somehow managed to get it up our very narrow old staircase. Just a perfect purchase experience. We expect this set will last us as long as our last one, purchased in 2006. We will be back for the guest room when the time comes!

Had a great experience in this store. Antony patiently did a demo of the mattresses and adjustable base features. Mattress was extremely comfy and the quality was great. They used mattress protector over mattresses and pillows so it was safe and hygienic to test.

Drew, Amy, and Anthony were amazing! Loved the pillows we got and it’s helped my fiancés back! Love the store it’s very clean and they keep the store up to standard! They take Covid-19 very seriously and keep everything clean for each guest. Will be coming back.

Mattress is softy and supportive. It becomes slightly less cloud like after mattress cover and sheets are on, but still very comfortable. It is lighter than my previous foam mattress and easier to lift.

He strongly made that recommendation and he was so knowledgeable and informative, that I could not refuse. Drew truly cares about his customers, even ones he just met. We did some shopping in Garden City and saw the the new TempurPedic store and decided to shop around. The store Manager Amy welcomed us as we walked in. Amy was very helpful and after asking our sleep preferences she setup a couple of clean beds based on our preferences. We have a TempuraPedic that is about 20 years old and time for an upgrade. We both liked the soft LuxeAdapt mattress. Now we just have to agree on a new bedroom set.
