This was our second Sleep Number bed purchase. Already knowing our sleep number, we were ahead of the curve. That time we spent with our initial purchase 21 years ago at the Providence Place Mall was not needed. After spending over an hour with Tim exploring our different options, we left to compare another bed. In the end, we called Tim back and purchased that same day. Tim already had our information in the computer which streamlined the sale process.

The Garden City Store is amazing and friendly.. Our Salesperson David Brown was competent, knowledgeable and extremely patient.. We bought the bed of our dreams and helped us realize that we should look at the adjustable.. We did, we saw how much more comfortable it would be.. Who ever is training your staff is doing an amazing job, However it the people your hire, David is a gem!!

When first entering the store, we were very quickly and kindly greeted by Keith. He immediately started taking the time to understand what we were looking for to ensure he showed us the products that best fit our needs. We tried a few and during that time he was very helpful, explained the differences between each sleep number bed and always made sure he was focusing on both my wife and I throughout the process. His level of knowledge, professionalism and just overall great personality made it a great experience for us. We ended up making a large purchase, largely because of Keith and his ability to match our needs to the right product. Thank you Keith! Andrew was very courteous, and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. The store is very clean and looks new. Andrew asked many questions to ensure he understood our needs. He showed us only what was appropriate for our needs. He offered us every feature, and accessory, and explained the benifits, and in some cases the downside so we could make an informed decision. We own a temperpedic bed and appreciate that Andrew didnt bad mouth that brand. I've been in retail sales for over 30 years i know a great salesperson, and for that matter a great brand when i see it. We decided on the top of the line bed and features as my wife and I understand the value to our health of a good nights sleep, and needed the features that it offered. About a 3rd of ones life is spent in bed, if not asleep. We spent what we could justify and afford to that end. If your concerned about cost take the final price and devide it by 25 years, the warrenteed life of the mattress. Probably less then what many spend on their morning coffees...
