We are very thankful for the service, communication, and selection Mattress Firm had to offer. Anthony was beyond helpful in dining us exactly what we wanted in a new bed. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything they had to offer and unlike every other store we had been to he wasn’t pushy like any other consultant we’ve dealt with in this process. Anthony made our mattress buying experience a million times better. We knew from the moment we spoke with him we would be buying our new bed and base setup with him! I typically don’t leave reviews however I had to highlight the great experience I had buying a new mattress & adjustable base. No longer did I have to navigate through the overwhelming amount of options alone for “Mattress Mark” made what I thought was going to be a difficult process EXTREMELY easy with his expert level knowledge & guidance. He has truly earned his moniker and unlike the “service” I received at the big name furniture stores, making a sale was not his priority it was me the customer - and that is why/how he earned my business. If you are looking for a new mattress/base, you should absolutely go see Mattress Mark - the guy is awesome & a certified sleep expert (maybe even a PhD in sleep)!

My girlfriend bought a mattress from mattress firm. After almost a month we decided that we didn't like the mattress. We were going to get a refund and go else where until, Mattress Mark came to our rescue. Mark did not raise his voice or pressure us to keep a mattress we didn't like. Justin is excellent at his job. He is knowledgeable, friendly, honest and not high pressure. He tries to give you the best deal possible. I know this because we shopped at other places and one was high priced and did not seem to care about giving a good price. The other was high pressure and kept changing the price. That salesperson even said the sale was over on Labor Day when another store said prices were good until the day after Labor Day. These are the reasons we returned to the Mattress Firm on Greenwich Ave in Warwick to purchase our mattress from Justin.

I walked into this location because for a long time I have been waking up with immense back pain from my current mattress. For months on end I simply put off thinking of buying a new mattress because I had no way of knowing where to start. The day I walked in I was in so much pain from that morning that I could cry and I needed to take the step to relieving my sleep and pain. Mark was immediately amazing and understood how bad sleep and pain effects all areas of our daily lives. He showed me all the options for mattresses and bases from the high end to the best options in my price point. Just laying on a few mattresses awake felt like more rest than I had gotten in months of restless sleep on my own. The financing options added to my ability to find the best fit for me. I am so excited to have a new mattress that I am not financially burdened by buying and that will relieve months of pain. The service was exceptional and I wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't feel comfortable affording. So happy with 'Mattress Mark' and my new purchase! 😴🤗

Went to look for a new Mattress today with my girlfriend and we really weren’t sure with what we wanted. Whether it was a king/queen mattress or what brand we wanted. The salesman’s Mark was very nice and welcoming. He showed us all the different mattresses they had to offer within our budget. I never felt like I was pushed to spend more money or anything like that. I ended up getting a queen mattress with a free raising head base. He also helped us pick out some pillows, ended up getting everything for 1750$. I was very happy with the purchase/visit. Will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a mattress to go to Mattress firm and see mark.

My salesperson, Brandon, was very polite and moved the transaction quickly. He answered all of my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I could hear another salesman reviewing a “senior” couple’s receipt. He went over it multiple times, as they weren’t understanding everything completely. He was extremely pleasant and didn’t seem bothered by this, at all. The store was clean. It is in a convenient location, Warwick RI, less than five minutes from rte. 95. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking to purchase bedding.

She demonstrated to have a lot of knowledge about the products that they sell. Bought a Purple 4 in 2019, it started separating at the edge and was still on warranty. It was a bit of a hassle through the corporation to get the warranty honored, but was sorted out within a week. Mike at the Warwick store was very responsive and friendly through my many, many calls, and was the person through whom we ordered our replacement. I was not impressed with corporate, but I would order from this store again.

They had the same mattress at a better price, in addition to the bed frame also at a better price and more features available and offered free shipping with a much better return policy also. This review is long overdue! I decided to go to mattress firm because of the horrible experience from Bobs Furniture. At first I felt like I was being talked over on the phone which put me in a place uncertainty about the service. Yet, I still went and I’m glad I did because I tried out the mattresses ranging in soft, medium and firm and found which one worked best for me. Not to mention the service got better once in store. I now have a mattress that I love!

I was very please with Anthony’s service in the Warwick office. Very detailed, personable and displayed superior customer service skills. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because my massage base will not be available an estimated 4 months due to Covid!! Anthony should truly still be reecognized accordingly for his supreme customer service acumen. I was going to buy a lesser quality mattress however as a result of his attentive approach and his acute listening skills, he sold me the mattress that was more fit for my purpose!!! The actual delivery team was also fast, clean and very professional!!

From someone who also works in retail, I am blown away by the service my fiancé and I received from Bob. We initially only went into Mattress Firm to check options and prices in comparison to Jordan’s and Cardi’s. We walked into Mattress Firm overwhelmed by the many options and had no idea where to start. Bob approached us within the first 5 minutes upon arrival and helped us narrow our options down right off the bat. He was extremely patient with us as we went back and forth between our three options. We never felt rushed or forced for a minute. You could tell he wasn’t trying to just make a sale he wanted us to be satisfied with whichever mattress we decided to go with. He even went the extra mile and gave us my fiancé’s military discount on top of the promotion they were running for Presidents’ Day. Never mind the other great offers like free delivery, buy one get one pillows, a pair of sheets free of charge as well as a mattress cover free of charge! I never heard of Mattress Firm before I walked into the store that day. I can confidently say that is the only place I will purchase my mattress from moving forward. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had thanks again Bob!

Kyle at the Seekonk location was absolutely incredible. He was so knowledge and the fact that I had fibromyalgia he was able to hone in on exactly what I needed for my body. I like to call myself the Princess and the Pea because I can feel every crease in the sheet and I wake up feeling like I slept on rocks on even the nicest of mattresses. I explain to him that I needed some thing that was firm while also being soft which is also kind of hard to accomplish, but he set out to really help me find the most perfect mattress for me. It just felt really good knowing that somebody that’s been in the industry for so long really cares about selling the product that they’re selling enough that they do research and make themselves knowledgeable of different kinds of pain and reasons why certain people can’t sleep on certain kinds of mattresses. I’m still trying to figure out exactly which mattress is right for me, but I know that Kyle is going to help me, he’s reassured me and he has let me know that he is dedicated to making sure that I do not have to live or wake up in excess pain any longer. And THAT is a person I’d recommend you go and see if you suffer from any kind of pain or pain related illness!!!
