Kevin helped us find the perfect mattress for our new house! He asked us questions about the way we sleep, how we feel when we wake up, and what our budget was. We tried several different options around the store and Kevin gave us what each mattress was ideal for, pros, cons, and quickly answered every question we had. Most importantly, Kevin never tried to oversell us! Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be sending all of our family and friends to him!

If I could give Kevin 100 stars, I would !! I cannot say enough about how he assisted me with my purchase. He was the utmost professional. He knew all of the information regarding all of the mattresses I tried. Never once did he have to stop and look up information. And I asked a LOT of questions !! I never once got that "salesman" feeling from him, and I am VERY particular when I'm shopping for something with a 4-digit price tag. He made certain I selected the mattress that was right for me. Never once did he come across as in-patient or tired of me going from mattress to mattress. (I kind of felt like Goldilocks !!) He was so extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Kevin, and this store, to anyone who wants to make the correct decision regarding a mattress.

Kevin quickly recommended a brand over the phone, let me know about a sale and offered to deliver it same day! We had the box spring later that evening and the process could not have been easier. I had a great experience. I purchased a mattress, adjustable base and a sleep sofa. The bed was great but when I set the up the sleep sofa it was like sitting on a piece of wood. I called them to return it and they called me back the next day to schedule a time for it to be picked up. The customer service was wonderful. I will definitely go back and make another purchase.

After trying out the mid-price range frame, we decided that we needed the best, more expensive model. He put through an exchange and actually saved us money in the process. Went as expected, great service and selections. Prices are great as well. Couldn't have asked for a better 1st time experience here. Kevin and Bob were very helpful with all our needs and concerns. But, since getting my mattress home and out of the box, it had a manufacturer defect on one corner that obviously went unnoticed by Sleepy's quality assurance team. Now my bigger issue with this was that they don't accept returns back to the store. So I had to wait for a delivery exchange 10 days later, which cost me time out of work to be home for it. Not to mention there's an extra charge to remove the defective mattress from your bedroom and setup the new one. So I went with the free "at front door" exchange. In my opinion this return policy and customer service needs improvement, which is why my rating has been changed from the original 5 star rating I gave after my purchase.

My fiancé and I went to get a replacement for our mattress because the mattress began to sag in the middle. The warranty process was really simple and the warranty claim was approved the same day. We went to this location and Mehgan was the person to help us out. I must say, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Mehgan was welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I have significant back problems so picking out the right mattress was really important. I explained to Mehgan my needs and she showed us three different mattresses that fit those needs. During this process, she was really funny and made us feel comfortable. I had initially gone to the store to do an even warranty trade but Mehgan up sold us on a dream of a mattress. We got to test the mattress. She showed us all of the different settings and features of the mattress with the adjustable base. While showing us this mattress, she also made it a fun and enjoyable experience. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed that hard while being sold on something. I really enjoyed her personality and approach to selling us on this mattress. We ended up buying a mattress at a higher price than we had anticipated but after sleeping on this bed for the past week, it was worth every penny. I even got a purple pillow to go with this purchase and I haven’t slept this soundly in a long time. If you’re looking for a fun, charismatic, and genuine salesperson Mehgan is your person! If you’re reading this, Mehgan, thank you again for your time and effort!!!! Also, the delivery process was very smooth. The delivery guys were in and out of our apartment in five minutes or maybe even less. They took our old mattress and set everything else up with no problems.

We needed an adjustable bed and after a lot of research decided on a purple mattress with an adjustable base and my wife found a good price at mattress firm. We were very happy with the purchase and the mattress and frame have been great. We ran into some problems with the base and I called mattress firm and they could not have been more helpful. I want to name out the salesperson who helped with that, John Puccio made an extra effort to make sure that we were helped and able to get through the warranty process easily and quickly. Shocked to say the least because it was not on sale the day we went in and he did not have to give us the money back. So on top of all the other good stuff They are an honest company 😊✅

The salesperson (Abraham) was very knowledgeable of the products and took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. There was no sales pressure as we had experienced at another furniture store. We’re looking to have some good quality products delivered to our home next week. We added an adjustable base to our purchase which we opted to buy the 10 year extended warranty. What disturbed me is that they overlap the coverage. It comes with a 2 year warranty but the extended starts from time of delivery, so in effect you get an 8 year extended warranty. Why not be factual and state it that way?

Well, I bought a new mattress today. It’s not something I thought I’d be be spending money on during a pandemic (or even want to spend money on) but I’ve been having major issues with my current mattress. Aches and pains that I shouldn’t have at my age. Tossing and turning all night and never really achieving the quality sleep that I should be getting. As someone who is VERY active recovery is extremely important to me. I have been part of the Health and Fitness industry for over 12 years. My background is in Anatomy and Physiology and I take much interest in how nutrition, exercise, and recovery effect mental and physical performance. I met with Brian and I can tell you not only is his customer service exceptional but his knowledge and understanding of the products that he has to offer are extensive. This clearly goes beyond what the company provides as training to their sales reps. He has an understanding of what good quality sleep is and factors that can negatively impact it. His knowledge of the body and how it reacts to different stimuli when it comes to sleep is extensive. He was able to point out a few different options for me based on cost, issues I have been dealing with when it comes to sleep, and how each mattress would benefit me or not work for me at all. Depending on your sleep quality you will either see an increase or decrease in your mental and physical performance from day to day. If you are on the market for a new mattress, don’t want to be played around with by a sales person, and gain an understanding of the science behind sleep go see Brian Morrison. I promise you that you will have an excellent experience and learn a lot in the process.. Brian- thanks again for helping me out. I’m so impressed with the knowledge you have and how you deliver your information in a way that anyone can understand. I hope the rest of Mattress Firms Sales staff is as knowledgeable, passionate, and professional as Brian is. He was never looking to just sell me a mattress .. he was making sure he could provide the best SOLUTION based on the issues I have been dealing with. Invest in your health people. It’s not just something that you sleep on! Your immune system, mental and physical health depend on it. It’s worth the price you pay and if price is a concern he will find your something that fits in your budget! After all, with their finance options that they have available I can tell you that it is cost effective for anyone out there. Here’s to a good night sleep and better performance!

Due to my own late work schedule, we arrived at the store a half hour before closing. The employee, Allison, was friendly and knowledgeable. We were not rushed, she actually offered to let us try more mattresses to make sure we were satisfied with our selection. The delivery team was efficient, no complaints with them. We were expecting a confirmation call the night before to narrow down the delivery time, but that call never came. Just as I was about to call the store on the day of delivery to discuss the delivery details, the call came in saying they were on their way. We have only had the mattress/box spring for two nights, therefore we will reserve any comments specific to the product for a later time.
