This month was my second time going to Mattress Express. I had a really smooth experience with them last time, several years ago, buying a mattress for my son. This time, we went in for an upgrade, and Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable. From the time we walked in to purchase, until the delivery (and pick up of his old mattress/box spring), Bill was wonderful. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’m grateful to have a small business nearby that I can give my business to, with easy access to great customer service. My son loves his new mattress, too. High quality and he’s never been more comfy! Thank you!

Mattress Express is a small store in North Providence. We had already been to the big guys and happened upon this. The big guys, I won't name names, wanted double what we paid for the same thing at Mattress Express. With better service and quicker delivery you can't beat mattress Express

Met Bill yesterday when my husband and I went to shop for a new mattress set. It was an extreme pleasure working with him. He showed us several sets and let us try them all. No pressure at all. We left with a new set, matress cover and two amazing pillows. Need a matress? Go see Bill you will be glad you did! Thanks Bill so glad we shopped at your store!

Came in today for a mattress for our spare bedroom, COVID has made me seek out local businesses lately. New to the area and passing by every day I took a shot. Bill the owner; more that hit the mark, informative and helpful without any pressure. Made my purchase and had it in my home in about an hour. Great service, great job. Awesome. The service was incredible. Asked how much delivery and setup was. $20 for me? I lived close, but still... Competitively priced bedding for sure. We asked when it could be delivered. This was noon on a Saturday afternoon. We were told between 2 and 3 the same day! What? Really? By 2:30 PM they had come and gone, and the bed was set up and set to go. 5 stars all the way.

This might sound corny, but forget the rest and go with Mattress Express. Just thought of that, I should get paid for that. All kidding aside, I've bought and my family's bought mattresses there for the past 11yrs. and not one complaint, I and they love'em. It's one of those hidden gem type stores, one owner, one guy and does one hell of a job. His name is Bill.
