The mattress is very comfortable, supportive, and well constructed. The service was excellent. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was perfect. They arrived at the appointed time, the set up was speedy, and they removed all of the packaging. I would not hesitate to by another mattress from them.

After purchasing a well-researched eco-mattress online, I had hoped I'd found the "one". Alas, it was not to be and as the days and nights passed, my hips and knees and muscles let me know I had made the wrong choice. I again turned to online options and after checking out a neighbor's purchase, realized I just needed to try a mattress in-person. Portland Mattress Makers to the rescue! I had plenty of time to sample their products and ask all my questions of their patient and knowledgeable staff. We had our new (made for us!) mattress delivered a few days ago and we are so very pleased with it. We have indeed found the "one".

Alex and Tony did a great job of delivering our new Sebago Lake queen-size mattress and box spring. Sales people are very helpful. The mattresses are of great quality and comfort. This is the third mattress I have purchased from Portland mattress maker and have been happy with each one.

All aspects of the purchase were excellent. The only comment was in the delivery. The guys were excellent but in order to fit the mattress upstairs it had to be folded over which I was not happy with because at the display room I read that that should not happen. Not sure what they could of done different thou.

No pressure atmosphere. Very helpful staff that does not work on commission and encourages customers to share their specific preferences and make themselves comfortable. Product is high quality and service is top notch. 5 month update. My wife went from 2-3 hours of broken sleep to 7-8 hours of good sleep and my CPAP shows an average of 8.5. Recently. We discussed our old mattress daily, but haven't discussed mattresses since. We love our bed!
