By far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a mattress store. So I had just got my own house and figured It’s about time to upgrade my sleeping area as well, and had been to plenty of mattress stores seeing what kind of deals I could get. Not only did I buy a mattress same day, but I had bought a different style of mattress than originally planned that had felt very accommodating to my needs! the customer service was absolutely phenomenal as well, so of course I had to leave a review. Robby is the guy you want to go and see. Very patient and helpful on guiding you through the selection to your sleep style, and very intuitive on just general sleeping habits. Had not tried to up-sell, push recommendations, or discuss further topics that I had stated weren’t options. Robby really took the time to put that extra confidence in my purchase by discussing warranties, ratings, sales, and showing me the units themselves. The pricing was rite in my alley for a quality mattress that suits my needs and I couldn’t be any happier with how my visit turned out. Thanks for the good work Robby!

I honestly went in to find the mattress name I'd previously liked so I could buy it on sale elsewhere. I just wanted to be sure I was ordering the right one. Robby rolled with that no problem in helping me find the one I was looking for, and compare the sale I was looking at to their pricing in store. It turned out that the "sale" price I had seen online was a competitor marking up the original price of the mattress so they could create the illusion of it being half off. I ended up getting my new Mattress and base from Robby because at the end of the day, he was honest, he could joke around, and he made sure I got what I was needing. (Sarah joked with a bit too. She's a delight as well!)

Update: We needed a lower box spring for our bed my husband has become partially disabled and had difficulty getting in and out of the higher bed. It was incredibly difficult to find, especially one I didn't have to assemble. A giant thank you to Stephanie who did all the hard work if finding my box spring (all over the phone no less) at a great price and is getting it delivered next week. I'm so grateful for how easy Stephanie made the whole process. Thank you! We went in looking for two beds. One for my son and one for my husband and I. Akil greeted us as soon as we came in and was extraordinarily helpful. Brought us in under budget, never tried to over sell us, and got us exactly the mattresses we needed. When I came back a few minutes later because I ordered the wrong size for the box spring I had he changed it all in just a few minutes with no hassle at all. I highly recommend for easy, no pressure mattress shopping.

Went early in the morning and had the store all to ourselves with plenty of time to ask questions and try different Mattresses. Sarah was amazing, and super knowledgeable! Very friendly and easy going staff. Nobody rushed me, and I felt like all my questions were answered fully. Being able to text questions to the staff was also a fantastic option. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive stuff, which actually led me to buy the expensive stuff all on my own! (But I'm sure I wouldn't have, if they had been pushy. I was looking to purchase a new mattress and frame for my father who lives in Deerfield beach, FL. We accidentally called this Hillsboro location because our local Mattress firm is located on Hillsboro Blvd. Despite the confusion, Sarah gladly wanted to help us from across the country to get the exact items we needed in a timely manner. After finding out the bed frame wouldn’t make it in time for delivery, Sarah took it upon herself to contact my local Mattress Firm and make sure that a replacement bed frame would be ready for pick up by the next business day. My father is currently going through hospice care, and a comfortable bed is crucial. Sarah was simply just doing her job, but I hope she knows that her above and beyond customer service brought a lot of comfort and peace to my father and I during this difficult time. Thank you!

We had a great experience! We were looking for a new mattress for our daughter and didn’t want to spend too much money, but still wanted a good quality mattress. The associate took us directly to the value section and within a few minutes and some helpful tips to consider, we had selected a very nice and reasonably priced Serra mattress. We also qualified for a discount which made the whole experience even better. Delivery of the new mattress and haul away of the old will happen in two days. We went in just to look and get an idea on what we wanted. We had a plan set, just in case we wanted to leave in a hurry. Mainly because we know how pushy sales people can be and we do not like it. My wife and I stopped in to look at a new mattress and adjustable bed frame with no intention of making a purchase. We met Akil Flowers and he was fabulous and very helpful! He arranged a few mattresses for us to try on the adjustable frame which was great! Needless to say, we purchased a king mattress and adjustable frame and delivery will be on Saturday! Amazing service! Joe helped my sister and I today. When we walked in, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, which I rarely see these days. Joe helped us both find the perfect mattress! We had an amazing experience buying a mattress here from Akil. It was very low pressure and very informative. He wasn't trying to steer us to any particular brand or expensive model and wanted to make sure we found the right mattress period. This was our first stop of the day and when we told him we still wanted to check out some other stores and brands before buying, he didn't try to pursue or make us feel bad. The other stores we went to felt like scripted sales pitches and we ended up coming back to buy from this store. The 5 year zero interest financing is pretty sweet too! Would recommend this as a stop for anyone in the market for a mattress!

I went into this store today to buy a new mattress and even though I had been in before and thought I knew what I wanted, I still wasn't totally confident in making such a big purchase. The man who helped me, Dan, was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process! I knew I needed a bed and was considering an adjustable base, not only did Dan help me purchase everything I needed and wanted, I walked out with confidence knowing I had gotten a great deal and had all my questions answered. Some salesmen can come across pushy, and only interested in up-selling, but that was far from my experience today, I was treated with care and received the highest quality customer service. He asked what I was looking for, price, etc., he showed me two options, and a week later I went back and ordered. I saved $400 in comparison with 4 other stores, had an option for free delivery, they will take away my old mattress and I was able to pick my delivery date. In addition to that, the warranty is longer than any other store I went to.

There was a lot of goldilocks moments with the different types and picking a pillow. Joe was super patient and helpful while I made my decisions. I wont be needing another mattress for a while now, but I would HIGHLY recommend this location. They give you the time you need and they have the knowledge. They know people need to actually lay down for awhile to really test the bed, so they are patient and accommodating to that. Great experience, great options, great deals. Check it out of you even THINK you need a new mattress. No pressure from them to buy, just knowledgeable and they want people to enjoy their sleep.

Had a great experience having just bought my first legit mattress. Walked in on a Sunday having done a little research online, and testing a few mattresses from other stores, so I had an idea of what I was looking for. Daniel understood my budget, and worked with me on finding a combo adjustable base and mattress that would work for me. He also listened to why I was looking for a new mattress and had some suggestions that might help. If you know exactly what you want then come anytime, but if you are still shopping around then maybe try asking when it will be slower, so you can take your time to feel the different options. AMAZING!! I am a 12 year old child looking for a twin sized bed for my new room. Me and my family had already checked the Internet and found a nice bed, so all we wanted was to try one out in person. We had already tried to go to another Matress Firm down town, but the service there was terrible. After that we had no idea what to do really. Then, we saw this place. It was shiny and glittery. I was looking to buy a Purple Hybrid Premier mattress but wasn't sure which one. I came into the store just to test the options, and has little expectation to buy it in-store as I expected there to be an in-store mark up or worse service/extras when buying in-store (Purple is very generous to it's customers who order directly online). I spoke with Joe (who was very helpful and not pushy) and it turns out Mattress Firm matches whatever price, service and extras Purple lists on the websites, and includes 5-6 benefits I could get by buying in-store as opposed to online (including longer financing options, longer trial period, and faster delivery). In fact, when we arranging delivery, Joe indicated it would be an extra charge for delivering the mattress and setting it on the frame. I pointed out that Purple includes white glove service for free when purchasing a Purple Hybrid Premier and, once we found it on the Purple website, Joe waived the delivery fee. The best part was that instead of it taking 2-3 weeks (which it would have if I ordered online), I scheduled deliver for 2 days from now (which I am REALLY excited for because I hate my current mattress). This was a great buying experience. Very glad I came in as opposed to just ordered online.

After making the mistake of walking into Kohl's on Black Friday and quickly exiting the mob, I decided to take a look at beds. It was time to upgrade but I had no idea what I was looking for. I was greeted promptly by Marcus who guided me through the process. I told him up front that I was NOT buying that day because I needed to look at my budget and get input from an impartial and common sense party (a woman of course). Buying a bed nowadays is NOT as easy as it once was. However, the staff at the store makes the process much easier. I settled on a bed and being Black Friday, was offered several steep discounts I would have been offered otherwise. I discussed this all with my girl (the impartial common sense half) and she agreed to come back to the store with me on Saturday. Marcus was busy with another customer so Joe took care of us. I asked him to take her through the same process Marcus took me through. Joe was also very knowledgeable and in the end, after much discussion, we worked out that what I "wanted" was out of my budget. I needed to reconsider the purchase another time (or another year). Or, go with a less expensive mattress. Joe asked us what we "needed" and how much we wanted to spend. They worked out a package deal for us within our budget and we got the mattress we wanted. A few extra discounts were tossed in and we went with a very basic adjustable (motorized) frame. That alone shaved over two thousand off the price. Meaning, the product line is all A++ and there are mattresses to fit ALL budgets. Adjustable bed frame prices can easily approach the cost of the mattress depending on what you want. If you want your bed to invert you, zero gravity you, make you coffee, drive you to work or give you USB and 110 VAC plugins - they can do that. But, point being, they helped us focus on what we "needed", shaved off all the fluff and made it happen. It was a great experience. Will update after the bed is delivered and we have a chance to utilize it. Thank again guys!

Wow. My husband and I put off buying a new mattress for a year. We’ve been wanting to upgrade to a King...and with all the bad reps that mattress stores get, we wanted to shop online for a mattress in a box. Positive experiences: 1. Joe in here is very helpful, we had an hassle-free exchange of our 'Split king' (two twin mattress) for a regular king. 2. A young sales member took our toddler to play area and this gave us the required minute to have a keen eye. Downsides: 1. Other sales rep I found were perfunctory and misguiding. 2. Tulo mattress are good to sleep on, but it is not possible to have a 'Split King' (two twin XLs) - Design flaw gives a huge gap in the middle & kills the whole purpose of a 'split king'. I wanted one Firm and one Soft twin XLs which I did not get in Tulo so I exchanged for a King.
