April was a delight from the beginning very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. She gave me great options and a variety of different selections as well as her personal opinion which is excellent when it comes to having a long term commitment with a purchase. We had to leave for roughly 30mins and not once did she push us but thanked us for coming in and she’d see us again soon. We came right back and did our purchase with her two mattresses, protectors for both beds and a sheet set for the Cali king. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and we will be returning customers.

I went to Mattress Firm to replace my uncomfortable bed. The products offered were top of the line and the sales were awesome. However the best part of the experience was my sales associate April. At the time April was the only employee to assist numerous customers. She was professional, polite, informative and while going back and forth between customers she treated each of us as if we were the only customer in the store. Excellent Service! Armed with a brave heart and a firm resolve not to mention deep pockets also a morning star, we made our way past nighmares into the gaping maw of the endless void. Mattress firms christmas sale featured a very sexy and voluptuous deal which we met the manifestation of, in corporeal form. Jesus christ. I hope my wife relished the company. I watched as the staff gracefully recieved my delicious input and my credit card. More restoring than a trip to the bahamas (they have water slides) 10/10

New mattress was delivered in our room upstairs saving our backs, and they removed our old mattress saving us from disposing of one of those new multilayer foam roll up vacuum packed mattress that became terrible within a year. Excellent customer service! I needed a bed frame in a hurry. The location I called didn't have one, but they immediately searched and found one close to my location. I was able to pay online and the frame was immediately ready for pickup. They even carried the box to my car for me. Truly excellent customer service which seems to be very rare these days.

Store experience was fine, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The delivery was less fine. They charge $150 if you want to customize the delivery window. I work nights, so daytime delivery is problematic at best. Decided to take the risk and received a call the night before saying the delivery would be between 11:15 am and 1:15 pm. Fine, I could make that work. They showed up at 10:20 am, while I was still asleep. Not ideal. Why give a delivery window at all if you're just going to ignore it? Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't woken up. It's not fun dealing with strangers in your house when you're half asleep, especially when they don't speak very good English. Maybe consider a different company if your schedule isn't flexible.

So far so good! I am waiting for a delivery scheduled for tomorrow. The plan is for Mattress Firm to call me tonight to give me a two-hour window in which the next day they will deliver box springs. Communication and payment is clear and complete. I wish the box spring didn’t cost $229, but that was the least expensive Queen-size that they had. I am fully satisfied with Mattress Firm’s customer service and recommend them to you based on my experience thus far in the process.

About 2 months ago I walked in and had my heart set on a Purple Matress. This location was the closest place in my area that sold this brand of matress and I wanted to try it out before I got it. I don't quite remember the lady's name but she was fantastic. Super helpful and very diligent with Covid guild lines that helped me feel safer. She let me sit and try all the mattresses I wanted for as long as I wanted and when I decided what I wanted. She instantly sprung to action. Gave me every deal she could. I even went on there website and addressed a deal I found there and she had no problem upholding it. We got everything wrapped up. I walked out with 0% intrest free financing for 3 years and went and picked up my bed from there warehouse the very same day. All in all it was an amazing experience and in 10-20 years when I need a new bed, I'll be back! But until then, I will recommend all my friends to go to the Gresham Station Matress firm!

I recently bought a mattress with Mattress Firm in Gresham and I must say I am more than happy with my experience! I generally dislike making purchases like beds, furniture, or cars because I really hate dealing with salespeople but this experience was different. Upon entering I was welcomed and greeted with a smile by Amanda and when I told her I was just browsing she told me to take my time just let her know of I had any questions. This was a pleasent surprise I must say cause I'm used to being hammered with strong arm sales tactics! After browsing briefly she asked if I had any questions which I did, perfect timing! Amanda was a phenomenal salesperson. We came in to try out some mattresses, see what we thought and ended up buying a Purple 2, mattress cover, and scheduling delivery for the same weekend. She did not act like some kind of greedy salesperson, we chatted and not only one was she able to answer all our questions but she was patient with our (my partner and myself) conversation of what was right for us. We really appreciated the laid back attitude of just trying to help (an attitude as sales people ourselves utilize in our own jobs) instead of making us feel like we are a burden if we don't make some extravagant purchase- an experience we had with others. This lady deserves a raise she really seems to enjoy her job.

I went to this Location because it had good reviews and those reviews really hold up. I had a mattress in mind which I found on Amazon, and walked in to hopefully buy that mattress in person. I worked with Amanda, who was able to price match the mattress and even though the exact mattress I wanted wasn't in stock, she was able to find me a newer version and actually keep the price! I hate being pressured by salesmen and she didn't pressure me at all and has only been helpful. Also super flexible with exchanges in case I end up not liking the mattress. I chose the intellibed midnight I am 50 years plus, full figured person who needs plush and support and sleeps back and sides this was a great choice

Our whole family was looking for new mattresses and we chose this location based on reviews. We were not disappointed! Our sales person Larry, who did make mention he works at a near by Mattress Firm, was absolutely fantastic. His style drew me in and from that alone I could tell he really enjoys what he does. He respected our questions, concerns, and most of all gave us the appropriate space and time needed to make a choice on our purchase. Larry's explanations of the differences in mattresses was easy to understand and he made the whole buying process simple. The store itself was very clean, open, and of course comfortable! Things to note: When it comes to picking up a mattress at the warehouse you as the customer are responsible for tying down and securing the mattress to your own vehicle. The warehouse works WILL NOT assist in this process. Makes sense, it's a liability issue. Not complaining at all, just making sure it's noted in the review. Overall, great experience, friendly service!

We found what we wanted from a different store. However, after checking online stores, Mattress Firm had the same mattress for far less $$ (*one day deal) on top of Memorial discounts. Cheaper than everyone else like Costco, Amazon, Macy’s, Mattress World... all of them. I called and manager was super nice and friendly. When I arrived at store, I didn’t need too drive but I like face to face sales, the manager did fantastic job helping an elderly man in front of me. He had concerns with Covid-19 and delivery. In short, manager covered all angles and put at ease all concerns! For my purchase, there was no pressure to upgrade or buy something I didn’t need. Business was pleasant and to the point. I don’t like putting employee names down but she gets two thumbs up for customer satisfaction and attention to detail! 5 stars for that and the incredible price. Store was very clean. Purchased Thursday night and delivery is Saturday afternoon. *Keep eye out for their one day deals!!

When we got down to 2 different beds that my husband and I liked, she reccomend we lay on each one for 10min. We switched between the two beds several times while she looked up sales and clearance options for us. When we made our choice the check out process was very quick and easy. We had gone out that afternoon thinking we would look at several different stores and compare prices and matress options, and that it would take several days! So thankful we found a great matress at a great price in a couple hours, at one store!! It was a no pressure experience! April was so helpful in giving us options that matched our feedback, and was very knowledgeable. We ended up with a great hybrid matress that had the best of both worlds. Coil springs on the bottom half for stability and support, and memory foam on the half top. One of the most similar to a temperpedic. Great reviews from consumer reports too. The "I Series Hybrid 3000" medium firmness should be a great bed with good longevity. We also got the Free adjustable head up base. I highly recommend asking for clearance options for the matress you like to save some money. Mattresses that were slept on for a night or two or showroom models get clearances out, AFTER being professionally cleaned and sanitized! Saving up to half the cost of the mattress! Happy shopping!

I had purchased a mattress in December and had not received a bill at the proper address for more than 4 months. Amanda G did an outstanding job. I think it’s worth noting that my fiancé went into the transaction insistent she was only interested in looking and that she hated adjustable bed bases, but we left with a top tier bed and adjustable base and with her excited for our new bed. She later told me she changed her mind because of how Amanda wasn’t like a typical pushy “salesman”. I’ll have to agree that working with Amanda was extremely easy and laid back. We were very indecisive and spent around 3 hours at the store, while Amanda was so patient throughout. Although I’m sure there exist incentives to purchase certain items (E.g clearance items) over others, she always used the right amount of suggestion. Working in an industry where gaining the trust of a stranger is the key to your success, and being able to do so while wearing a mask says loads about your capability to make a good sale. Went in sat on several different beds. Wasn't pressured to upgrade at all which was nice. Finally we decided on a queen set that we liked. We also got a couple things throw into the deal for free. Got the bed next day. Did some looking around online and found the bed cheaper some where else. All we had to do was call in give them the info on where it was cheaper they verified it and then issued a refund for the difference. Great buying experience will buy here again!

Jeremy took the time to work with us, mattress by mattress, to see what the best fit was. From the start, we told him we weren’t sure if we wanted to buy anything yet. He didn’t pressure us into buying anything, but made sure we were educated in the different options we had. After one night sleep with the troublesome mattress we had, we came back and were ready to invest in a great mattress with an adjustable base. I just want to tell anyone that has taken the time to read this: Jeremy is fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, and doesn’t pressure you into buying anything you don’t want to. He showed us our options and only ever had us on a bed outside of our budget to show us how the adjustable base works. Absolutely no pressure AT ALL to get something outside of our price range. He was also knowledgeable about sleep hygiene and how sleep can affect your life - really has done his research not just on the product but also on the science of sleep. It didn't ever feel like his goal was just to make a sale - he really does care about how this will affect your sleep and life. Really great experience, we'll be recommending our friends come work with Chris if they're needing a new mattress - it's worth the drive even if you don't live in the area to get this level of customer service.

I purchased a mattress and frame back in September or August. I got an additional part that would allow you to attach a headboard to the frame and I could not get it to work. So on May 25th I went into the Gresham store and brought the box with me with the part and said his or possibly a different part and the lady that was there she pulled everything up took a look thought there might be a newer version and ordered it and said she would check the two against one another when it came in and then give me a call.
